This is an awesome workout. Was shooting for 60 minutes and was on pace after echo bike (48 minutes). Thought I could hit the cleans in 12 minutes but ended up at 21 minutes for a total of 69 minutes.
Just finished 58:10. Had to bump the weight down to 135lbs. My cleans aren’t there yet. Bike 8 minutes and row 6 minutes. Thanks for that, tomorrow will suck
Hey Josh, big fan. I was hoping i could get some advice. I am a obese man. 6’0 415lbs. I have struggled most my life with weight and have lost weight multiple times (130lbs once and 145lbs once) and i made excuses during covid and now 80-90lbs heavier than ive ever been. I need some help. I know its not realistic to lose a bunch of weight at once but i need something steady and consistent that i see progress in every month. Ive been mostly doing hypertrophy workouts because thats mostly what i know. Can you help me create a workout plan that will help me lose weight and build my body up so that i dont have to fight as many injuries during this journey? Im not sure what else to do.
@@christopherjeremiah60 for sure I don’t want to sometimes. But, what you won’t catch me doing is accepting an invitation to a filmed workout with a professional athlete and then complaining multiple times, on camera, like a teenager you just asked to do their homework.

Awesome workout!!! I’d like to see you and one of your buds that worked out with you in SD do this; ua-cam.com/video/nzdpNsQfZ5Q/v-deo.htmlsi=vevYcjUfWoG3OPjQ Asked Jason and Dan to repeat it but they didn’t even respond. Don’t understand why. Two things Keep your butt on the bench or I’m calling a no rep. Get some paint on that sheet rock or it will turn piss yellow.
Man it’s so dope to see someone at your level use minimalist equipment. That squat rack you just threw up to get the job done…💯💯💯

Smash that , can’t wait to see you compete at Rogue in November
Love it 💪🏼💪🏼
Whoa. Tough one!
63:50 @ 155 bodyweight. Was brutal…loved it.
No excuses.
First💪🏽 fan from Texas🇺🇸
Yikes, Josh that arch is brutal
Might give this a go myself but the cleans will ruin me at bodyweight. Might change the order to do cleans after squats and bench last
Please post another Ironman Josh.
Did the iron tri once that was brutal.
185 bench, 225 DL and 135 squat clean
Do you remember Duke’s Bakery and Fast Eddie’s oh and Robert Wadlow

Bring that truck to Oklahoma I’ll get it fixed up for you.
Embarrassingly I'd struggle to do this with 60% bw on the bar. But it's a hell of a workout.
Winner doesn’t die lol😅
Josh for 2024 president of the United States of America~ please sir!?!
Why did she agree to come and do the video if she didnt want to work out? I don’t understand
I mean do you feel like working out every time you do? There’s lots of days I don’t want to do something but I still do.

Fuck man, 100 power cleans @205 (in my case) sounds super rough...
