what if in your heart of hearts you know you're right and you fight for your right and, in essence, the rights of The People, yet you lose? That can leave a sense of "why did I do that instead of comply and have my civil rights violated, and give the tyrants what they ask" Lawyer fees are a lot, and it's understandable due to the amount of work. But that can put the majority of people back in square one. What if a judge offers you a six month sort of probation where your charge, which you believe should not ever have been charged on you, will be dismissed? Then you decide you will not accept that deal and want to take it to trial. Then your public defender tells you that because the police had to block a lane to pull you out of your vehicle, due to a lie of suspicion of DUI, it caused "resisting delay or obstruction", and you will be found guilty. Then it leaves a person losing faith in the system, and rightly so. And then you start to wonder what the point is of fighting for freedom.

He would be a stellar A.G., but I don't think he wants to give up living in his beautiful, cozy home with his family. I think that's his sanctuary and he wants his family to be there.
Don’t think I’ve ever defended a judge. I’m certainly not going to defend her actions or her arrogance. However, prison cells are for dangerous people. Only people who are danger to society should spend any significant amount of time in a prison cell. I have lived through that horror. I can assure you that this elderly woman does not belong in prison. Should she be charged with a crime? Sure if there’s a statue she can be prosecuted under, I think going through the arrest process and get a little taste of reality would serve her well. But if she were to be found guilty of a crime, a person like that has no business in a state penitentiary. For one simple reason, she’s not a violent offender. And no other person who has not yet been convicted of a violent crime should be sentenced to a maximum or medium state penitentiary. That should be the last resort. 800,000 pre-trial detainees. 2 million people serving criminal sentences. And it’s virtually impossible to implement any meaningful reform because you will be labeled as soft on crime. Which is only a phrase a person who has very little or no actual working knowledge our penitentiary system, what it physically feels like to be in there. We’re not soft on crime in this country. In fact, one of the most draconian unforgiving punitive societies on earth. And the numbers do not lie. Convincing people to believe in ideas concepts ideology that is indirect conflict with their own best interest is the American way. It’s the long con. And it’s gotten to the point now, where even if you refuse an accurate data with actual fact, people will just scream fake news fake Source. Building more and more bigger and scarier prisons does not make people safer. The damage they cause is too complex for this medium, but the obvious one is simple enough. People come out far more dangerous. We already have more than enough prisons and punitive ones for that matter. We need to weed out all the people that don’t really belong in prison and find an alternative that is not so damaging. It was an impassioned speech if not oh well structured diatribe. Just do me one favor dragon stop and think about what you’re saying when you say that person belongs in federal prison. And if you still think that nonviolent arrogant ass of a judge belongs in federal prison, then maybe you should go take a tour because you are under the wrong impression and if you do have that information and you still think that. Better Help is a good service.

Prisoners should be alone in a cell for their whole sentence not allowed to socialize with each other. But today in our day and age they have become criminal resorts where they run gangs and crap out of them.

Doctors have liability insurance. Great interview - great work. Let's change law together. "There have been powerful hydraulic pressures throughout our history that bear heavily on the Court to water down constitutional guarantees and give the police the upper hand. That hydraulic pressure has probably never been greater than it is today. Yet if the individual is no longer to be sovereign, if the police can pick him up whenever they do not like the cut of his jib, if they can "seize" and "search" him in their discretion, we enter a new regime. Is there any law that allows for clients to sue former lawyers for egregiously failing to represent their client? No doubt would be some thin lines in any such thing. Then again, I've heard of so many cases where the lawyer did more for the plaintiff than their client, putting them out on a silver platter, as they say.
Even LackLuster only got started because a cop answering a call for the address next door couldn't stay in his own lane or police his own ego. Look at LackLuster now.
