FBI Commits the Largest Armed Robbery in American History

- In March 2021, people entered a private security-deposit box company in Beverly Hills, CA, broke open hundreds of boxes, and indiscriminately seized their contents - collectively worth over one hundred million dollars. Box holders lost their life savings, family heirlooms, important documents, and more. But the people who took their property weren’t mobsters; they were FBI agents.
Today we have with us IJ attorneys Bob Belden and Mike Greenberg. They’re going to share with us the story of an unprecedented FBI raid-and how the Institute for Justice is making sure it never happens again.

A criminal with a badge is still a criminal.
Yeah,... the most dangerous kind of criminal.
Y'all are defending a business that did money laundering.
@@alexanderwhite298 That may be true but we are not defending the business. We are defending the innocent people whose money and valuables were STOLEN by badged CRIMINALS.
@@wetzel041 the business was using what was inside the boxes to facilitate the money laundering, so that means all the boxes are suspect of having been used.
@@alexanderwhite298the only ones talking like this are the corrupted cops, who prey on innocent citizens.
These FBI agents need to spend a bunch of time in prison.
As well as their superiors, including Wray! Grand Theft and 18 US241 and 242
Qualified immunity and thugs with badges.
That's the only way it won't happen again
The ones who control them and allow them to continue are the real criminals. Even ruby ridge and waco now look like minor transgressions in comparison.
Under this administration they were probably promoted.
The fact that the FBI did not keep each box’s contents separate and itemized tells that the FBI never had any intention of returning anyone’s property. So much of the property is now unaccounted for.
And pocketed
FBI wives are now heavily bejeweled.
Bingo!!!
How is that allowed? Federal judge needs to rectify this
@@chrisgaffney7265 You live in a fantasy. Judges are in on this, they get part of the money. That's why it's so wide spread, and will never end.
Another example of how unlawful our government is.
ZOG
Y'all are defending a business that did money laundering.
It wasn't the government that was unlawful in this instance. It was the men/women in the FBI who filed a dishonest application for a warrant. They lied about their planned processes to carry out the warrant. They should be held accountable for their lies and for NOT following the warrant rules of engagement. They purjured themselves on a federal document which makes them subject to fines and/or jail time.
Infiltrators into our government. The individuals, not the institution.
@@alexanderwhite298 You sound confused, let me help. How is the FBI's confiscation of legitimate private property of those utilizing the business's lock-box services NOT stealing? ...especially when the warrant expressly prohibited the FBI from doing so? The people here aren't 'defending' a business that did money laundering, they're condemning a corrupt 3-letter agency who overstepped their authority.
It says a lot about the FBI that they did an ROI analysis of seizure costs vs "profit".
It was NEVER about dealing with crime.
It's crazy that they did an analysis that anything under 5G's isn't worth our time in fighting the INNOCENT CIVILIAN. That 100% means it was always about the $$.
And the government can't understand why the citizens are so fed up with them. If they can't tax you to death, they will steal it.
The real crime here was performed by the FBI.
Amen. My exact thoughts.
It's never about dealing with crime.
Y'all are defending a business that did money laundering.
NOTHING will ever happen to any FBI agents or cops helping them for this crime. They ignored federal judges.
Yep, the system is totally corrupt. This will be a big reason when the time comes, no will fight for it.
They got a warrant because the business was doing the crime of money laundering. Stop defending criminals y'all look dumb.
@@alexanderwhite298 You are the problem, this is a case of civil asset forfeiture. The majority of people who had their stuff stolen by the FBI were not criminals and had committed no crime

This case is disgusting. Every American should know about this. You chances of losing everything via law enforcement is extremely higher than losing it to criminals.
All of these harsh lessons have been taught, over-and-over again, throughout history.
If the 'Sheeple' are stupid enough to trust their LIFE SAVINGS/VALUABLES to another (Bank/et al), then they've earned having it seized/stolen.
Only a *FOOL* would trust this Govt. and their 'Crew' in any capacity.

The main issue seems to be the disregard for privacy. It doesn't matter what is in the box - the government employees had no right to peek, fondle, or otherwise touch other people's stuff without a proper warrant.
From the looks of it, they don't care and they will not have to care. Most voters are going to just blame the FBI but not the members of Congress or POTUS who are supposed to be keeping them in check.

Oh yes, they are.
another safe deposit heist was the Depositors Trust Bank in Medford, Massachusetts in 1980. several cops were involved.
Corruption does not just reside at the head of law enforcement agencies. While not every law enforcement officer is engaged in illegal behavior, EVERY officer would engage in illegal behavior if ordered to do so.
The FBI setting a $5,000 threshold to ensure they make a profit is absolutely wild.
The FBI can lose every single case revolving around this and not one single person will get so much of a wrist slap. No consequences at all other than what the taxpayers will have to pay in reparations and/or fines.
Plus all the coins / cash I'm sure was pocketed by agents since none of it was logged.
Everyone involved will be highly sought after by people for their expertise in raising revenue.
It's true. NPR did a piece on it. The immunity law protect agents/police individually from being criminal investigated to a degree. Also for civil right violations and federal money is always there to bail out. For local police it's private third party insurance companies. The pain felt from a lawsuit is managed in those ways.
Theyre protected from being prosecuted by states. Federal agents can still be prosecuted by the federal government for federal crimes committed during the course of their duties.
The issue is criminal tyrants don't prosecute criminal tyrants
The Former Bureau of Investigation should be disregarded, defunded, and disbanded right away.
And investigated and prosecuted for crimes committed!

Putting a cold stop to all those investigations into sex trafficking and other organized crimes across state lines isn't solving a problem.
Herbert hoover was so bad I'd say the FBI was corrupt AF from day 1.
Whoever is responsible at the FBI should be criminally charged and be held accountable.
No better way to let you know you are NOT secure in your person, property and papers.
If the FBI violated the terms of the warrant why did the judge that signed the warrant not call the FBI back to the court that issued the warrant. The FBI is out of control.
Yep.

Because it proves the judge was stupid to sign the warrant, which he was…..
The FBI is a criminal organization that is being ran by corrupt communists who want a revolution to overthrow the US constitution allegedly so they are doing everything possible to cause said revolution allegedly.
Maybe Director Wray needs to be fired. He has to know this is going on under his nose.
Wray is Sgt Schultz... I know NOTHING!!!
He needs to go to prison for life without parole.
The director is as guilty as is agency
Whether he knows or not is irrelevant. It’s his department and he is ultimately responsible for everything they do.
It is time all US Citizens stop recognizing any authority that criminal organizations like the FBI and the DEA or the ATF which are all alleged criminal cartel organizations and are no longer involved with law enforcement according to the Constitution!
All money has drugs on it. That’s ridiculous
Hunter’s a high roller ;)
Why can't the FBI be charged with crimes, and send people to prison? Why can't the FBI be sued for damages above just returning property, and charged punitively if they don't return property?
Prosecutorial immunity, Trump thinks they need increased qualified immunity BTW
FBI: I am here to help, and steal your money, where is your jewelry box ma'am?
I'm certainly no fan of Reagan, but he was right about "I'm from the government, and I'm here to help."
This is another great illustration of why so many people say there is no such thing as a good cop. How many federal agents protested what they were doing? How many of them quit because of of the unconscionable things they were being asked to do?
If most cops are good, and there's only a few bad apples, this would have never happened. And if it did, most of the agents involved would have complained in their chain of command and some of them would have quit fact is, these are armed thugs that has been hired by our government, and they couldn't give a rat's ass about the Constitution.
Government Employees are loyal to their pensions. Not their neighbors.
The government ( all governments ) , are merely the gang of violent armed thugs they claim would take over in their absence.

Accountability is just for us little people breaking seatbelt laws.
Presumed guilty. Must prove yourself innocent. We're delusional to think we live in a free country.
Remember this: S.948 Comprehensive Forfeiture Act of 1984 was sponsored by Biden
Under asset forfeiture the government charges the inanimate object with a crime. How insane is that? Then it's up to you prove it's innocence.
So the agents steal someone's coins and the court says the to feds 'pay them back' then the US taxpayer pays for the agents to keep the coins?
exactly, you get it! everyone else misses that point!
That's gang activity.
I saw all agents involved are FIRED and their financial house is torn a new rectum to search every dollar they have and new purchases! How can you be FBI and not know what is right and wrong? CRIMINAL
Except the compensation does not take into account the future value of those coins. A coin might be worth let's say $1,000 today. What would it be worth 100 years from now. The property should have been returned as well as compensation.
@@ygrittesnow1701 >Except the compensation does not take into account the future value of those coins.
This. It's an obscene robbery and the courts are cheating the victims out of the value by making a fiat payout.
Also look into the history of the FBI raiding the Sunshine Mint and stealing eight tons of precious metals related to the Liberty Dollar, including precious metals that were backing certificates held by private individuals.
Christopher Wray needs to be held accountable. He,amongst others, need to answer a lot of questions.
Asked by whom? US Congress? ROFL. They have no legal authority over anyone.
it will just be redacted to protect them if you did get an answer?
Chris Wray has all the videos from Epstein’s blackmail cameras….. instead of arresting the pee doze he watches those videos when touching himself……

Until qualified immunity is gone and police and government officials start to get punished for their crimes things like this will continue to happen.
TWO CLASSES. GOVERNMENTS, BY CLANS , AND THE BEES OF WORKERS' OF LIVES OF STOLEN LABOR- PRODUCTIONS WITH THEIR FUTURES.
