I see what you did but I'm still not sure why. Signature Guitar parts are worth more in original condition, and strat bodies to paint are a dime a dozen. As far as "Beck" strats, just sell the green one and get that nice off-white one they have now. (No not the old banana yellow one)
The body was originally banana yellow. The poly finish was peeling off in big chunks and had taken a few hits as well. Not a desirable wear and tear look. It was purchased just as a parted out body and paired with a Fender neck, tuners and bridge as well as other high end parts other (partscaster)
Great finishing tips. The end result was real nice. 👍
Thanks!
Love that contraption for holding the body while painting. Paint looks nice, would love to see it all together!
sure makes things a lot easier!
Cool!
Hi Mikey! I have a couple of refinishing vids in the pipeline including a hydro-dip project of my own.
Nice job...
Thank you!
Do you use anything between the compressor and the gun? Driers, oil separators, etc? Loving your channel!
Yes. There's moisture trap/air filter at the compressor. Thanks! So glad you enjoy it!
Love it lol….. 😆😆😆😆😆
Not Brett style finish but I'm working on it!
I need to get down to see you. My twelve string needs bridge work
