I noticed older people adapt to iPad better than they would a laptop, so that's saying something. A more approachable interface for those less comfortable with computers is probably the biggest benefit of iPad and other tablets
I completely understand you (I and agree). iPad is phenomenal computer. He feels and works like something from future. I love this device more than 10 years and never look back.
I had the iPad 10th gen but went to the 13 inch iPad Air-I love them ,have no regrets -use to be a Samsung user but went to apple 7 yrs ago and haven’t looked back
That was really fun to watch! I had iPad original, Air original, 12.9 iPad Pro original, M1 12.9 and currently the M4 11". There were a couple others sandwiched between those. For me the M4 11" is close to nirvana! It's been a great journey, not without moments of frustration. I can say I use my M4 11" way more than my 14" MBP. I still mostly edit stills and video on the MBP and I've been know to have four sports streams running on 2 external monitors which the iPad can't do (yet), but my daily work horse and my away from my desk content consumption device is the iPad. It's come a long long way in those 14 years! Cheers Faiz!
I very rarely comment on videos, but this was so well made, and so well researched. I'm super impressed. I've seen a tone of takes on the iPad since the Pro line has come out that ALL just stray so far from the original intent of the iPad. There are a couple of things I wish I could do on my iPad that closer resembled a computer, but I don't ever want the iPad to become a touchscreen Mac. Great video, great research, background, all of that.
At the moment, I would say that it was a good choice to go with a standard screen rather than the nano-texture one, as the colors might have suffered. I will mainly be using it for a drawing program, and it's really great that there’s no lag. It will take some time to install the necessary software and figure out exactly how to use everything. But the speed and display quality are really impressive.
I really hope to be where you're at with the iPad one day. I love mine and wish it could be my only device. I'm hoping that not just Apple but app developers get the iPad to a place where it can handle coding and data analysis elements such as SQL better.
I bought the original iPad when it was released, since then I have owned 2 iPad Mini’s (ver 2 & 6), IPad Pro (10.9, 2018 12.9”, M4 13”) . . . It is the ultimate “cool device” that does everything I need.
Great video! It was nice going back and seeing how it all started and how far we have come. I remember also being a naysayer when Apple first announced the iPad and now I can’t live with out it
I notice Apple wanted to change the standard computer frame from the laptop to the tablet. It makes sense the use of M-chips, iPadOS, and keyboard support. I even notice iPad handles 80% of the task for computers. Laptops and computers are now for heavy tasks.
Interesting video, I remember a few years ago I thought I would get away with not having an iPad. I was using a iPad mini 5 at the time and I needed a personal computer for hybrid work/personal tasks. So I purchased a Lenovo 2n1 14” Yoga laptop which I love, great minimal laptop. However, it is horrible for “tablet” things and I started using my iPad mini more and more for tablet use cases. That’s when I realized I must have an iPad. Fast forward to now I have upgraded my iPad mini 5 to the iPad Air 11” M2 and I’m very grateful for the bigger display. I use the iPad daily more than any of my other devices. This thing will last a long time. 👍🏽
@@FaizAlyIndeed it has, came past your channel and had to subscribe :) great content with loads of information. Went from 10,5 Pro to the Mini 6, next stop M2 IPad Pro 11” cellular 🎉
Great video. Like a trip down memory lane from my original gen1 iPad … all the way up my M4 iPad Pro 13”. Never use my 14” MacBook Pro. iPad has come so far … and will only get better. FYI: Never wanted MacOS on my iPad.
@@ThoughtsofAllah that really deepens what you want to do after, if you only need the IPad for note taking and media consumption I would go with the Air m2. The m4 would be overkill in my opinion.
@@ThoughtsofAllah I think so, my IPad Pro 10.5 from 2018 still getting updates. Apple keeps changing the devices for updates. Personally the Air does the same as the Pro except for the “Pro” features and it’s cheaper.

My 13-inch iPad Pro M4 with the keyboard and Pencil are my favourite Apple products. The most versatile! Great video!

My 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 is still my favorite apple device I use. Unrelated note are you getting the new polished titanium series 10?

I agree, it still needs to handle coding and other intense tasks it can’t currently do. Hopefully that’s soon

The iPad is my favorite all-time tech device.
Likewise 😊

Nice video I wanna ask somthing I was asking who is better the M3 MacBook Air or the M3 pro 14 inch like for study and for watching movie and games
When you say study, do you mean light study? Other than that, I’d say the M3 MacBook Air will work out fine, and, if possible, upgrade to 16GB of RAM
@@easternv1lle yes not very hard study and thanks I can stay just for 8 RAM
