I Stopped Going To The Gym And Now I'm At My Heaviest Weight

  • The whole purpose of a weight loss journey is to lose weight....well I've been doing the opposite lol I started my weight loss journey around Jan 23rd and I weighed in at 236.4 lbs. Today I am at 250 lbs even. I've had to deal with hormonal imbalances and "injuries" throughout the first half. Now my gym has been shut down due to renovations for a month and a half!
What I've been thinking lately is just to cancel my gym membership and fully build out my home gym. I've already bought the kettlebells, maces, and clubs. Now I just need to add something for cardio. Thank you all for continuing to watch the rollercoaster of me trying to get healthier!

Aye, another video! Traveling all the way to that other gym def seems like a hassle for early morning exercises. Though, no disrespect intended (I know people saying 'no disrespect intended/no offense' then saying something obviously disrespectful/offensive, but truly), there's a ton of gym talk in this for plans moving forward (which is dope!) but isn't weight loss like ~80% what someone is eating really (even without people having a gym to go to)? Like (if you feel comfortable discussing it) it would be neat to see a vid about what plans you have about adjusting your eating habits or maybe seeing another '1700 calorie what I eat in a day.' Either way, thanks for sharing and I wish you luck with maintaining or losing before the new year!

So this was disrespectful…. Lmao I’m just kidding nothing you said was disrespectful 😁
So the 80% would make sense right, like why am I so focused on the gym part right? Well there a couple reasons why:
      1. I’ve noticed that when I train I overall make better decisions especially food wise
      2. I tracked calories for months and saw no results
      3. I got a RMR test. It said like it’s 1,751 calories for me something like that. I ended up gaining weight following that so idk like should I be eating like 1,200 (which obviously seems to be very low)
      4. My next video is actually going to discuss food with what I call the “Satiation Score” which is my new method on tracking food without so much demonizing it 😊

Someone once told me that weight loss is not a straight line. You will get there. I can only stay on track when I use the my plate app to record my food, water and workouts. Happy holidays to you.😊

Oh yeah my line is definitely curving ! 😂 But it’s all good I’ll find my way back on track 😊

I’m familiar with Lebe Stark. I actually got his 90 day kettlebell plan. I’ll have to look at Kat’s Kettlebell Gym

@@dietdevan5155 awesome! I double checked, the channel is actually "kat's kettlebell dojo". She's been on the Lebe Stark podcast. Lots of expertise.
