Yeah I’ve seen a lot of peoples test results where they think they’ve got a slow metabolism but in fact it’s fine and I find with myself it’s the motivation that’s lacking so it’s up to yourself to find a way to get motivated but with myself I find watching David Goggins gets me motivated MINT
Thanks for the update! It is excellent that you reflected on what happened, what lead to those decisions, what works and doesn't work. Many don't understand weight loss is not a steady loss. It can happen in stages. Sounds like you learned some new tools to help you move forward. I like your channel name too but I understand if you want to change it. I will still be here 😁
You nailed it! I feel like too many of us get frustrated and discouraged when we don’t consistently lose weight. It just doesn’t work that way. The reflection was very beneficial and we’ll see how it goes. I’m more than likely going to keep the channel name the same 😊
The only way I’ve been successful all these years is because I went to therapy to deal with WHY I was sabotaging myself with food. I highly recommend it. ♥️
This journey is just so exhausting right now. It seems so can't win. We know what to do but, cannot really put the effort Into it right now. Trying g so hard to get back on track. Start focusing on the goal but Sigh. Keep trying as I am also.
