Walk with me! Welcome to A Walk with Devan Ep 1. In this video I reflect on this past year being on UA-cam. I discuss how even though I have gone up 10 pounds on the scale, I feel like I better understand myself and I'm in a much better mental state.
This series I'm just going to be giving my thoughts about health and wellness and any updates on my health journey. I might turn this into a podcast series here on the channel so let me know what you think. I feel like it would be fun making a walking podcast plus I'll get in my daily steps.
