  • In this video I discuss how going back to work is affecting my health journey. I have been feeling too tired to workout after work and my right hamstring feels sore after workday. I show how much I currently weigh and my new meadurements.

    Finding that balance is so hard. It does requires a lot of planning and I need to figure out this planning situation soon lol because I am starting to go back to the office every day and need to find time to do it all again! I am new to the community and so excited to follow y'all

    It's weird how the scale numbers can go down and inches stay the same or the scale stays the same and inches drop. That can be frustrating!
    Social media can be like a job sometimes (which it can be but for someone like me who doesn't make money off of it it can be very overwhelming) I honestly keep up with the comments on my videos, and usually film when I have the energy and time. Most of my vids are from a week or two ago when they actually come out (except for the weight loss ones, those I always Film weekly) because some days it's not happening and I don't want to have a whole bunch of vids in a row and then a long gap of nothing. (That's my trick to stay consistent anyway)
