This channel is the reason why I didn't gave up on playing music.
so cool.
Completely agree
Word.
Always helpful to hear what a pedal sounds like when you replace a guitar pick with a handful of pickles.
Your Videos offer some of the most beautiful sounds ever created. Would love to listen to an ambient/soundscape type album of yours!
"The most beautiful sounds ever created"?? Oh come on!!
I really want you to make an album. Doesn't matter what kind of music. I just want to hear you make a structured album using all of the gear you've collected over the years. You create some of the most beautiful progressions I've ever heard.
Ian Haskell agree
I second this
Rahul Chitale Yeah! I'd imagine having a synth and guitar based ambient album from him would be incredible. Hopefully he comes out with something in the future. I'd love to listen if he did.
omg please do
He has. He's tim heckler
The moment we’ve all been waiting for...
(E Fret 5) (A fret 7) (D fret 7 ) (G fret 6) (B open) (E open)
simon, regal was right
The 9 is the open B string. Regal was indeed right.
simon, you deleted the comment? boorish

@@redlizard541 I feel like he just re-amps his guitar over and over for every demo with that same 9 chord. Always gets me, not complaining.
I see some people requesting for an album. I would love that, too. But I do have to add: this channel itself is a form of art that I appreciate as it is presented. These video's are their own piece of art and they make me feel happy, and they inspire me to connect all the delays i have, some modulating, and make them into a modular synth. Thank you, Knobs
I said this before I learned that your aim is to make an album. I would indeed love that
i adore this pedal. i’ve watched this like 5 different times and still have no idea how it works
Wow, lots of beautiful settings in this! Can't wait to get my hands on one
That loop at 6:52 and the outro made me feel things I had forgotten I’ve felt
Can you get that same sound on guitar
What a blissful experience..
Been waiting for this one, but totally worth it! In love with this pedal
Regardless of whether you “make an album”, you’ve made a large impact with your music/videos & have a legacy you can be proud of 👍 Thanks
i figured out how to play the guitar intro to all your videos the other day and it made me really happy
Thanks, again! You're great @Knobs!!!
Unbelievably amazing video
CHRISTMAS HAS COME EARLY BEEN PRAYING FOR THIS
Wow! That's incredible!
This might be the one video that makes me cave and buy the pedal. This is brilliant.
o boy feels like i've been waitig for this for months
The soundscapes are amazing.
It's not just a review, it's frickin' cool music video.
Never have I clicked on a video faster
Ok ... I knew that you will be the person who can present this thing in a way, that it makes sense ... 👏👏👏👌👍✌😎!
Always inspiring
sheesh this is magical
just superb
I need five of these so badly!
This pedal is a masterpiece.
Sounds lovely. Look lovely.
Thought I'd never say this but ... I love knobs
The perfect pedal to demo for knobs
from the sounds you're getting it's almost like Joel designed this pedal with you in mind. great demo.
Thank you! I finally have some understanding of this pedal after weeks of "huh?" at the videos.
2 week delay be damned - I can't wait any longer for this!
Damn even the dry tone at 6:52 is incredible.
that's why these demos are so misleading though (in a good way ftmp). the dry loop sounds amazing, so whichever pedal you run it through, it's probably still gonna sound good with a few reasonable dials. i'd really like to know what he used on that loop at 6:52: one of my favorites on this channel.
Love your videos as always and the pedal looks awesome. The video moves a bit fast though and is hard to follow/read because there’s so much information packed in. I actually checked to see if I had the playback speed wrong! I guess it’s challenging to make a short video when CBA pedals are so packed with features! (I’ve already ordered mine btw!)
I agree. Especially during the controls. Best I could do. I decided it was better to cram all the details in there than leave some precious info out.
There are much, much worse things in the world than having to rewatch a Knobs Production to pick up extra details.
I totally agree. This is still a great video and almost doubles as a brief manual for how to use the Thermae. I make YT videos too and would never criticize Knobs or anyone! I just offered the thought in the spirit of a (hopefully) constructive reaction, especially since I'm sure Knobs will be doing more CBA pedals as time goes on.
playback speed = 0.75
This channels causes the desire to spend lots of money but in the best way possible.
And this be the bliss pedal i need!
An album is really in order. I will prepay. It needs to happen. For life to have meaning.
Is there a channel similar to this but for amplifier heads? I'd love some help figuring out what sounds right for me and seeing all the different varieties. Knobs has helped me double my pedal board. Much love❤
this is insane
Damn you make this pedal sounds so amazing compared to other reviews ive watched! Makes me wonder what amp youre using 🤤🤤
A whole lot of wow.
FINALLY!
I must own this.
Chase Bliss strikes again...beyond my brain power and my budget!😵
The first pedal I ever preordered... This is going to be a beautiful journey :)
Andre G how u like it
You must be a wealthy man: $500 for a delay pedal.
Yes!!
Thermae, MOOD, Blooper, these should be released as plugins. I can't think of too many conventional guitar sounds to use these for, but holy shit it'd be amazing for creating new textures with synths, bass, even some drums. Chase Bliss is way ahead of the curve.
do you know any cheaper alternatives? thermae is hard to find and it's kinda overpriced too.
Июльское Утро this reminds me of the Delay Llama Extreme by JAM
they all have MIDI options if you use the midi-box from Chase Bliss
This thing is crazy
Finally!!!!!!!!
This channel made me pick up a guitar again
With so many things wrong in the world, it is always entertaining to hear people get so upset about things that don’t matter regarding what is best and what is worth what price, meanwhile there are people quietly working away making beautiful music while others are busy yelling about what they think is the right way to make or buy a pedal. Opinions distract from making art. The people who get the most upset are often the ones who never make anything anyway.
This honestly sounds like it could be the soundtrack for a sci-fi animation!!!
Hello this Tamae and this is my favourite soap😂
This is just the kinda pedal I want for my synths but my student budget just ain't big enough :( Great vid btw I watch a lot of your reviews when buying new pedals!
Have you ever considered uploading some videos for bass? Great content dude!
this thing is bonkers.
🤘🤘
hey. what do you record into for these? a mic plugged into an interface, running into a daw? i'm really curious
It's a bath party!
Okay so pedal goes bleep bloop bop, great demo
i listen to this while smoking weed and im telling you im FLYING flying
Damn you got #2? Lucky guy
What mic do you record the amp with?
Dam can’t find any lead tones demoed with a bliss pedal for some reason
very versatile pedal even for children's drawings, smartphone games
this is what Adventure Time sounds like
Too particular. Too cool. Too bliss
Wow
Knobber the ARP 87 is waiting for you
Thom Yorke approves this message.
Is the lick playing at 3.20 Mark's riff in Satellites by Periphery? It sounds very similar!
These guys need urgently do these pedals stereo for more pleasure!!!
Brilliant demonstration! Although I'm stuck wondering how you made that sound at 6:51 - Could you provide some insight into how it was created?
It is honestly one of the best things I have ever heard. Cheers!
word on the street is that he got caught in a vortex somewhere on Antarctica.
He's in half speed mode (green led) and using very short delay times with the LPF open pretty wide. Thermae allows you to push these mn3005 chips way further than other analog delays. What you're hearing is basically clock artifacts due to the exceptionally low sample rate being used
I feel like this pedal is a tribute to Knobs. It's the Knobs in a Box box. KIAB FTW
i just got this but i don't have a power supply just a 1 spot 9v outlet will that work.
Hey Knobs, could you do a Grand Canyon Delay pedal from EHX demo ? Please 🙏
fiiiiiirrrrre
What kind of guitar chords do you tend to play? Is there are particular scale you prefer?
Major, minor, 7th’s. It’s the harmonies that make the chords sound so trippy, especially with the analog delay warping around
More drums and synth pleeeeee
I want this... but I don't need it
*REPEAT FOR ALL OF TIME*
...it sure does hiss...
I'd love to hear with a bass ...
Enough Thermae videos, WE WANT THE FUCKING THING, I doubt I could produce anything half that good though :(
So pretty
How do you synced the drum machine/synth via tap tempo? I’ve tried to do it but the delay “holds” and starts to oscillate as soon as I plug a cable there
The AstroPhysics of analog delay pedals
Do you make films aside from knobs videos
I have recently discovered that soap is also my favorite soap.
Okay if I want to listen to just nice soothing delay guitar sounds like this with no vocals what should i listen to
Hammock
Every Knobs video, basically 👍
When it says it’s in step mode, does that mean the step dip switch is flipped?
Analysts noted a rise in soap sales after the releasing of this video.
a perfect pedal for people who have no clue about playing guitars but still want to make interesting sounds in an introvert shoegazer-kinda way. Works well with psychedelic drugs too.
nah fam, you need to be pretty decent at playing the guitar to not get overwhelmed by what this pedal does. delays punish bad playing, they make you hear your mistakes over and over again. (source-thermae owner)
AMBIENT ALBUM WHEN
I love the way the Thermae works, and it's incredibly unique. But, it's noisy :(
Nick Larsen Noisy isn't always a bad thing
There's hiss, but that comes with 4 analog delay chips, I guess. I have the Tonal Recall rkm and with longer delay times there's that hiss, too. But I'd never say it's noisy. If you go digital, you have to try the Red Panda Raster! A fantastic shift pitching delay ... just wish it had presets and MIDI functionality like the CBA pedals.
what is the font you use for all of your videos?
Whoooooaaaaaaaaaaa I want this but $500 😭
Jesus H. Christ this is like a technicolor imagination machine
Would love this pedal but.. its half a grand.
