Dumbbell Superior Superset
In this workout we will be performing Antagonist Supersets, or we will be targeting opposing muscle groups…Chest-Back, Bis Tris, Quads-Hams, Shoulder and Traps
You will perform both exercises in each opposing superset for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds x2 times before moving to the next superset with no rest in between and repeat the same protocol.

5. Standing DB Biceps Curls
6. Single DB Kickbacks

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
One of the only channels that actual show the work being done. No fluff, just hard work!! Great content as always.

That was my first real workout since knee surgery in January. I have done bits and pieces of workouts but this was the first one that felt like before the ingury. I had to sub the meet the queens and sumo for reg bodyweight ones but gotta start back somewhere.

How often can you do this workout? 3x per week?
I really want to do this workout but it would take forever for me to change the weight on my dumbbells cause I got the ones were you got to screw the nut thingy to put weights on and take off. I was thinking of trying with the one weight but I feel like it won’t do enough for some of the exercises

BUT (yes, there's a but, everybody has one so it is normal that my comment has one too. ) now, i'm disgustingly sweaty, the 40 seconds of efforts with only 20 seconds rest....is pretty brutal on the metabolism.

Funk... I get super hot quickly.. I've always been like that. (on ski hols, people say "is that all your wearing?"). Not an issue in air con gym.. but at home it's murder... Gave up my gym membership start of lockdown..so all at home now.
