KILLED AND BURIED UNDER THE KITCHEN FLOOR - THE CASE OF ANDREW INNES
Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 лют 2023
- In 2021, Dundee, Scotland, a young Filipino mum and her daughter were murdered. The police investigation and judicial process that followed uncovered details that would rank among the most harrowing in Scottish criminal history - the full facts of which will never be disclosed to the public. This is what happens when a predator goes online to hunt their perfect victim. This is the case of Andrew Innes.

I'm from Scotland and I can't believe I've never heard of this horrific case. I've got chills up my spine. This "man" is not just a monster he's verging on demonic.
Same 😞 lets hope karma visits him x
Same I'm from Bristol and hadn't heard about it either so sad x
It’s funny how we follow true crime but seem to miss crimes in our own country 🤔
I had to do jury duty earlier this year…around the same time as this case…at the same court and I am so glad it wasn’t this case I was selected for 😢
Verging on demonic? HE IS DEMONIC!!!! And hopefully when he breathes his last breath, his boss will drag his soul to the pits of hell from whence he came. Doesn’t Scotland have the death penalty? Every country should in my opinion. There should be public executions. A tall tree, a strong limb and a short rope. Let him swing in the town square for all to see. That might and I think would deter many of these things from happening. The whole world has gone soft on crime and soft in the head if you ask me. Oh no we can’t kill the poor thing. It’s not moral.🙄 Are you freaking kidding me? We put down rabid dogs, why is it immoral to put down rabid people? Can anyone answer me that? Can you?
I couldn't help but watch your cat while listening. Sneeze, yawn, give me fuss mum and stop looking at the camera instead of me 😻 Beautiful cat too!
He's adorable, I love watching him during the show.
As someone who has struggled with crohn’s for 38 years, I’ve been on many regimes had over 20 surgeries and felt horrific pain, I’ve never been violent or psychotic. But I hope it gives you some solace Emma that dealing with the condition in prison would be an absolute nightmare, pain, diarrhoea, vomiting, bleeding all of it. If it’s not managed extremely well his life will be uncomfortable and probably short too. I’m hoping this helps you cope ❤
@Mongruadh93, Crohn’s disease is awful and I am so sorry you suffer from it! If I could, I would add yours to his and you could live a life with no pain while he doubles his suffering! Monsters like him deserve to suffer, not compassionate people like yourself.
@@foxymama2003 you’re very kind. I’m a far from perfect person. The man was such a cruel monster, most people struggling with chronic illness and pain don’t want to inflict suffering on others though - it’s almost worse to me that he did. It makes me angry that he used a condition I have as an excuse for his monstrous behaviour as it reflects on all of us. I know it’s BS but it still makes me mad.
Fellow crohnie and Emma's fan here! Just started the video and I'm browsing through comments and saw yours. So he has crohn, right? Well, that must be really fun in prison. Agree with you completely.
@@janacizova There’s always a a couple of us hiding in the wings in any group. Nice to meet you. What a pretty name you have.
@@Mongruadh93that's so nice from you, thank you! Nice to meet you too, sending lots of health wishes your way from Czech republic.
I’m from Dundee and this happened about a 10 min drive from my house 😢 absolutely awful what happened to this mum and her beautiful daughter ❤
Oh wow…we are staying there two weeks next month from the USA….can’t believe that happened! Now all I will think about is that poor young woman and her baby girl. Does Scotland have the death penalty? If so hope he gets it
@@kuroe-chan5190 UK doesn't have death penalty shame really because this thing would of got it us UK people want it bk were not even really allowed to protect our self from home invasion government all over is corrupted
My mum lives a 5 min walk from there, my kids went to the PS across from the house. Still can't believe anyone would want to live in that house, but there are still people living there 😢
كيف ماتت الطفله
I am a true crime lover, but after this case I need a break. It took me 2 days to finish this episode. Completely heart wrenching!
I want this guy to serve his entire term totally in a dark, empty, isolated room. Destroy. His. Mind. Then if he’s released, zero opportunity for government support. Throw him in the woods and let nature deal with it.
I find it hard when people use autism as an excuse. I have autism and as a child it made me more vulnerable and I can’t imagine ever hurting anyone
I agree…no where in the scientific world does it say autism cause people to be criminals!!! Hold your head up high because you are beautiful!❤
Its insanity so i think its just his lawyer gimmicks maybe
Some people need an excuse to be who they are, so they use their disabilities as a shield. It’s really unbecoming.
Oh my god. That poor poor little seven year old. I hope she was given the therapy she will need to live a healthy productive life. She is SO brave. I hope his fellow inmates learn what he did bc people who hurt children have a bad, bad time in prison.
He killed her
@@paulchristopher8634 he killed the baby but the 7 year old was saved
@@paulchristopher8634 Hi u mean he killed the 7 y/ o also???
@@paulchristopher8634 No, the 7 year old lived, the young baby was killed. The police rescued the 7 year old when she bravely told the police he had kidnapped her.
Wow. Very sad.
I'm not typically for torture but uhh... maybe we could make this one exception??!
OMGosh, You with the cat is priceless! That cat loves the hell out of you and watching this interaction between you two had me smiling from ear to ear. It was so pure and honest and heartwarming that I had to pause your story just to thank you for keeping that in your video. What a bonus! He owns you! lol It's adorable, endearing and really sweet. 🤗
Same! It's such a serious, HORRIBLE case, I actually felt a little guilty stopping and rewatching the cat part and smiling. 🥺🖤
Cat took on the role of emotional support animal, no doubt could pick up on the distress the retelling of this case bought Emma 😢
I guess if you can’t have a dog, a cat is alright.
I was engulfed in the story I saw no cat. Crazy huh.
The cat is so beautiful too! And I loved hearing that purr in the audio.
I'm a new subscriber. I love this lady! She goes dark on her commentary regarding these monsters, which I appreciate. Honest and not always in that box of socially acceptable expressed thoughts. She's relatable and funny. Thanks for the content
I worked with a girl from the Philippines and she was in one of those relationships. So let's call it what it is. It's a financial operation. The wife does everything the husband says and in return they get a gifted life with money to send home to the family.
Yep someone I went to school with moved over from the Philippines as her mum married a wealthy older man. My friend hated him.
Not just in the Philippines, basically all countries with people who are desperate for a better life and thought this was the easiest.
What a sad way to survive
Marriage of convenience
Yeah I lived in Asia with a lot of Philippinas, and this is exactly what they said. They rarely marry for love, its basically a financial contract. Its normal there. Also part of my extended family is Philippino, and they say the same thing too. Its a really sad thing on both sides to live like that.
Thanks, Emma!!! This case needed some light shone on it!
You tell the victims story with so much compassion and caring its like actually reading the police and court report for ourselves but with so much feeling and respect. I have not heard of this case so it was good to hear the sentence he was given. As an expat from London and half Scottish your videos are going to be keeping me up to date with my home country and news. Sadly all iver this world there are so many men like this yet to be caught. Thank you for your excellent reporting 💕🇦🇺
I appreciate all your expressions of rage and disgust and share your sentiments 100%.
The little girl will now always associate the words "job" and "money" with this nightmare. Those are 2 words she can NOT escape in this world.
Ummmm sorry we all have to deal with being a wage slave….she’s young she’ll get loads of help….so there’s that….
AquaStar. Disagree.3 words. I LOVE YOU
OMG - Emma, I’m from Dundee and this happened just across the road from my fathers house - horrific 😢
Woo another Dundonian 🙌 😀 me too!
Sorry your father was so close to this tragedy 😔 so horrific. I used to work in care in the community and had a couple of patients in the surrounding streets, but that's the most I've had to do with the particular area. So sad. I hope the fellow neighbours are doing ok, must be hard to see the house knowing what happened there. Xx
Another Dundonian here too ladies! WooHoo 🙌🏻🙌🏻💙 My friend lives in Scotscraig Rd just around the corner & we were just stunned! So so sad 🥺
I know this is my second comment but I’ve just finished watching and a case has never cut deep like this one has. I’ve watched hundreds of hours worth of true crime and for the first time ever I had to take a break when you mentioned the condom with Gelica’s DNA on it. It broke me, I knew it was coming but a part of me was just praying and hoping that, that little girl didn’t have to experience something so awful. I don’t know if it’s because I’m the same age as Bennylyn was with a 2 year old but wow this case really hit me. Plus the 7 year old having to endure what she did is devastating, beyond angering and honestly I’m against violence but put me in a room with that “man” and I’d snuff his life out with my bear hands with a smile on my face. I really hope the 7 year old in this case is surrounded by love, care, compassion and receiving the best help available to cope and move forward. I could make this comment 100x longer than it already is because I have so many thoughts and emotions. I’m unsure on what I believe when it comes to life after death but I truly hope with every fibre of my being that Bennylyn and Gelica are somewhere beautiful together in the great beyond. No one could have presented this case better than you Emma. The time, care and empathy involved in sharing cases like these is admirable. I love that you don’t hide true emotions even when it’s anger, there is not an anger more righteous than one felt in these circumstances. Also for what it’s worth I’d 100% back you being “Queen of the UK justice system” we are always on the same page when it comes to thoughts of a sentence and this country would be a much better place. Anyway apologies for the novel🥴
CONGRATULATIONS to Emma,Pete,2 sons,Emma’s bro and the cute fluffy animals all around them 😂 160K yes 🎉 Only Emma can deliver true crime like this,it’s a journey and we become so invested and feel every single word she says.We cry and laugh throughout but Emma is a master at ending on such a positive note and a lesson learned. Her victims are all she cares about and my god we all end up loving them also.Another fabulous episode Emma 💗💙💙💙💙
Emma you get so emotional ( It is a tragic case..😥) You have such a huge heart 💖.. It's hard watching Emma choking up while talking about these hard cases. Hopefully little Molly 🐾is snuggled up near her🌹🐈
I have said this before, you are the best narrator and it's like you think and speak straight from my heart, when you describe what you would like to do with these monsters! What a horrible crime this was! No words can be strong enough.....
Thank you.💖
I loved to see your cat! 😍 It's fur has the same colour as your beautiful hair! 😄
My sister has a papillon with the same red colour and freckles as she does, so cute!😄😍
The unfortunate part about this is that “F”ing monster will be put in protective custody in the prison. Hopefully someone will accidentally leave his cell door open.
This happened literally 2 mins away from my family home. Absolutely horrific
This happened in my city. Its crossed my mind daily. I am so mad this wasn't covered in the media how it should have been. He is so demonic for what he did. I feel like Scotland aways covers up cases like this. Breaks my heart.
This dude is hideous. He gives me the creeps. I don’t understand how someone would look at him & would want to go into his home alone. I also don’t understand why you would bring your baby girl to meet a stranger you met online.
This whole situation is disgusting.
I thought the same. Not blaming the victim, there's only one murderer/rapist here, but nobody should ever expose their children to such a danger. The world is full of evil people.
Rest in peace Bennylyn and JeliccaThe Angels will protect you from here on.🧸🌹🧸🌹
I’m Dundonian and I remember hearing about this case at the time. Absolutely horrific
I love the way you speak so beautifully about the victims. Your non judgmental approach and explanation of differences is so refreshing. Even with such hideous cases such as this one.
Emma you are a huge part of my week thanks for never letting us down . Just realised it’s Dundee . That’s where I am
Best true crime channel out there, you deserve a billion followers. Thank you for all the hard work, sweat, tears etc. You put in every single episode. I love your approach and compassion in telling these people's stories. They aren't just victims of horrific crimes, they are people like you and I, with dreams and goals and people who love them. You help share them as people and not limited to just the circumstances of their death. Thank you Emma🥰
Rest in peace mother and daughter 🙏 she seemed like a girl who had self respect and she deserves our respect after her brutal murder and I can't imagine how she felt must have felt so terribly terrified for her little girl as she lost her own life. Horrendous case 💔
I always love your videos! You and That Chapter are my favorites ♥️
Please cover Lucy Letby when the trial is finished?
Xoxo
I love That Chapter Give it a go with Mike
i love her. she is so straight forward. the first time i saw her before youtube was on a show called britain's darkest taboos on crime and investigation here in south africa. but seeing her just being her true self is so much more endearing. even more so that not everyone wants to send explicit pics of themselves. i thought that i was weird but now i feel ok with my choices. thank you Emma ❤
Omg my heart is just breaking for what happened to this beautiful Mother and baby girl and for what that little 7 year old girl went through. This man does not deserve the sir he breathes!!! I do hope the other inmates treat him the way he deserves. Made me sick to my stomach listening to what his did to those sweet babies. Send my love to her poor family. No one should have to go through such a loss.
I have a couple of questions: Where was the 7 year old family? Why wasn't she reported missing? Why wasn't anyone looking for her?
This made my blood boil 🤬 there's a special place in hell for ppl like him. Let's hope the other prisoners find some pvc pipe, barbed wire, and no lube...just saying.
Emma, another in-depth episode, well done!
Like you, I'm my son's cats pet, I'm his human 🥰

This episode made my blood boil, I just can’t understand how this kind of monsters are made to look like any of us, the should have three eyes or something so people can stay away!
As you said Emma, prison is way to good for him, I would recommend goulags to be build for these kind of monsters, with hard labour forever!
I hope he rots in hell for eternity!
Hard labour he doesn’t deserve to live.
I love Emma’s unfiltered honesty - I agree he is physically repulsive and we know he’s repulsive inside and out based on this case!
Horrifying and so sad, my thought and prayers go out to all involved, a beautiful mother and her precious child, the precious 7 year old, taken and trapped by this monster, the families, the police and medical professionals who have an awful job to do, God Bless them all. On a lighter note.....Emma, I literally can not decide which is more epic, your Scottish accent or your wonderful furry co-host.....I have a wonderful furry darling, so my final choice may be biased. All my best to you, thank you for the excellent work!
I am in the US and I wish we had more CCTV cameras. I hear people say that it is too much “Big Brother is Watching” for them but I quite like the fact that I the UK, you can track missing persons easier with them. Not that they seem to stop crime, but at least there is video to track a victim or perpetrator. I agree with you on bringing back torture for this monster (and all the others who hurt children and vulnerable people)!
Halfway through and can't believe I hadn't heard of this which is only an hour away from me. And I also have to say your cat is just the most beautiful cat.
How horrific. Thank you for your bravery of covering this case.
Thanks for posting! ❤
PERMANENT CASTRATION!! This story makes me so angry and sad for the victims, but especially the ongoing suffering the 7 year old girl has to live with.
Awww miss the live chat. 😢 Hi to everyone watching.
Thank you Emma for researching this heartbreaking case. Your live Chat was missed but as always your upload was here. I hope you are well and look forward to Sunday. 😊
Harrowing case 💔 Thank You for sharing this with us xx
Thank you for your hard work, also loving the background 😍🫶🏻
I wish you were a judge Emma!
I’ve just found your page and I love how you tell your stories! I’ve been a true crime fan for years and I’m watching videos every day about cases. There’s not much anymore that’ll make my stomach turn, but this one, my god did it make me feel sick. I hope he rots in there. I also love how angry and emotional you get, as an English woman myself I love how you show your anger about these cases and your sadness for the victims and their families. I haven’t found many English true crime creators I enjoy watching but you are certainly one of them and one that I relate too extremely deeply with the same empathy!
Img how terrible. What sort of monsters do we have walking our streets. This is absolutely terrifying. Thank you for this video and for telling this poor young family’s story.
Love the coverage as always Emma. One thing I was curious about, while I completely agree the 7 year old needs anonymity, why was he able to hold her against her will for so long, had she been reported missing?
By the way, your cat is gorgeous ❤
I wondered this too. How was able to abduct this little girl without anyone reporting it?
She was Bennylyn's older daughter. The earliest news reports mentioned this but then she was just referred to as a seven year old child.
Thanks, Emma, for covering this case . It's so sad and heartbroken to listen but was eyes opening 😢
I’m from Scotland and have never heard of this case so thank you so much for covering this case and good job on the accent lol also absolutely love you kitty cat 🐈 I have 2 ❤
I love your true crime content, edited brilliantly, I cannot believe that this case never reached my ears to be perfectly honest,
Hearing that Bennylyn was 4ft 6 sent a shiver down my spine. I’m the same height as her, and if she was still alive we’d be the same age. I’m only a month older. There’s no way she could’ve fought back. When you mentioned she was small earlier in the video, I was expecting she was about 5ft. Not my height. Not being so much shorter than what is shorter than average. Knowing she’s that small and he attacked her like that just makes extra heinous. When you’re the same height as me and Bennylyn it sucks - you get mistaken for a child, frequently, you’re that small. Even if you aren’t built like a child. And it’s because you’re the height of one. And being the size of a child, you’re not going to be that strong. Everything about this is fucking sick
Emma, I love the way you tell stories. The accents and skits, and the care for victims. You're a special lady!
Well presented. Such a sad case
Love your passion on this one Emma. Not heard about this before.I agree 100% with your feelings.Well done!!!👏👏👏💜x
An absolutely horrific and despicable case. Well covered Emma. I'm a Scot and never heard of this til now. Totally understand the surviving victim's protected aftercare and anonymity. Was wondering if her identity was at least secretly confirmed and she was reunited with safe, caring, biological relatives? Thoughts go out to those beautiful people affected.
160K 🎉congratulations!!! Thanks for this one. 💖
Oh Em wow your words resonate with me I feel your rage, anger and revulsion. I totally agree with everything you said 😡💔
Back with a pretty big UK case on Sunday.
Have set my notifications to go off Sunday when you both air it.👍
Barely halfway through and this is so hard to listen to as a 25 year old with a 2 year old. I can’t stop comparing Gelica to my daughter. I feel so helpless on behalf of Bennylyn knowing that her little 2 year old girl was there without anyone being there to protect her, leaving her at the mercy of this absolute parasite of society. I was scared of death for obvious reasons but the only and main reason I now fear death is missing out on a life with my daughter. Our lives are intertwined and I feel like my life only just begun when my daughter was born and everyday everything is new, toddlers are absolutely precious, hilarious and so full of life. I have no doubt Bennylyn had those excitements in watching her daughter grow and all of the beautiful experiences to come too. This just hits hard. Gelica deserved to grow up and Bennylyn deserved to be there right beside her. Ugh, I relate to the awful thoughts of what I’d do to him. In my head he’s on fire and I won’t go into other graphic detail because SAW doesn’t even touch the torture he is enduring in my head.
Been binge-watching your videos, Emma. I love your passion and righteous anger. While listening to the details in this case, I can only say how horrified I am that this happened to a young mum and her baby, and my heart breaks for that little 7-year-old. This guy is such a monster and I hope he meets a very very slow and agonising end. People like him don't deserve to exist.
How has this case not been in the eye so much
RIP to those beautiful souls and I hope the 7 year old manages to find some happiness in her life. Thank you for telling their story Emma xx
A truly harrowing case. Thank-you Emma for describing with such passion and delicate detail the facts of this case - Even your beautiful Mog was listening intently . I cannot describe the pain I feel for these victims and am so incredibly grateful that you tell their story and are their voice . I hope one day we will enjoy a world where there is no hurt and pain to others …. I live in hope and am sparing a thought for these 3 victims - I hope that beautiful 7 year old finds peace and strength - Rest in peace to the precious ones that lost their life , you will never be forgotten 🙏 x

OMG the love in your fur baby's eyes when they look at you, that made my day :o) Great as usual Emma!

Ive just watched this episode and am totally heartbroken for those 2 beautiful people who have been robbed of a long beautiful life, and the little girl i hope you find comfort in the fact that that evil scumbag will never be there to hurt anyone again. I hope that fellow inmates are making him feel uncomfortable and give him exactly what he deserves. Sending lots of love to the families and friends of thise affected by this monster.
Keep up the great work Emma x
Emma will you be covering the case of Kaylea Titford? I watched her parents get sentenced today, horrific. Poor girl xx
I didn't see the sentencing, what did they get?
Reading the news report made me cry. That poor girl & what she must have suffered. I remember my mum having a reaction to medication once & her legs swelled massively. The minute she told me they were leaking I was round hers getting her to contact gp & then changing her dressing for her!! It didn't last long & I didn't live with her but I made sure it was cleaned & getting better. As a mother myself I cannot understand how you wouldn't care for your own child! It makes for utterly heartbreaking reading!
@Hayley Mouse Father 7 years 6 month but serving 6 years, Mother 6 years serving 4 years
@Ashleigh Duke that's just not enough for how she suffered with the level of neglect! 😢
@Kilou it really is heartbreaking, the report was horrific
OMG!!! Emma your Scottish accent was amazing. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 "Auk aye the noo" 🤣🤣🤣
im from dundee just down the road from this and when it happened there was a photo off the 3 off them but now everything about her has been removed

Long time follower, Emma and I live in Dundee. Thank you so much for all your hard work covering this case and bringing it to people's attention. I teach in a secondary school just minutes away from where this happened. It had a devastating effect on the local community. To see our bonnie city in these pictures where this beautiful mother and daughter lost their lives so brutally leaves a very strange and sad feeling.
Another Dundee case I suggested a while back may still interest you - Robbie McIntosh. Murdered a woman when he was 16, was due for release so was on home leave and attacked my friend's mum in Templeton Woods almost killing her. I think you would find it interesting and I hope to God he never sees the light of day again after what he did (twice)!
Ps - loved the Scottish accent 🙈

Lmao at your Scottish accent. You did well. Ever noticed that in dramas and films if there is a Scot they are a criminal/ drug addict/ all round bad egg? Does ma heid in
Rip to these innocent souls, thank you emma for sharing this case I remember this. I’m from Glasgow Scotland 🏴
I just feel rage ~ no words ~ thanks ❤
Crimes of violence (or of any kind really) against children & the elderly are absolutely inexcusable to me. There’s no good excuse or reason to prey upon the most vulnerable people in society.
I also feel the same about people who hurt & abuse animals I don’t mean hunting or whatever even though that’s not something I necessarily like …
I mean the people who purposefully abuse their animals as if they’re just objects that they own pisses me off
Emma I have watched many many of your true crime cases it clearly came through how yes you struggled with this one I did too your disgust and sympathy for what happened to this poor woman and her little toddler daughter was felt by all who watched it and agree their are monsters that live amongst us thank you Emma for your honest heartfelt words being a mother yourself this was a traumatic episode I hope this man never has a decent nights sleep for the rest of his miserable existence
Hi Emma I saw your advert on cbs reality for your Internet murders on Monday definitely be watching

Only found your page recently, now hooked, and binge watching the back episodes ❤❤ your cat is so gorgeous 🐱 what breed is he please? 🥰🥰

When Bennylyn was reported missing she was reported missing with her two children, the 7 year old was her other child
Mrs. Emma Kenny you and your cat interaction is just so lovely, pure love.
I am beyond me in understanding the evil of some human beings.
Thank you Emma
such a sad case, poor Benlyn, and Jelika. He clearly thought, as they're from a different country, he will get away with it. not victon blaming but never travel with a guy u hardly know. these days, u can't trust anyone! (so sad). love your Scottish accent, haha.
Yeah, she made a huge mistake. Unlike that 7 year old who had no choice. This woman had a choice and made the worst decision.
