To always have an accurate snapshot of your profit, here's how to set and forget your shipping cost in the app: click the "gear" settings button at the top left, click product search, scroll down to "cost by weight" right under "shipping to Amazon" and enter your cost per pound. I have mine set to 0.40 and that's been pretty spot on.

Also, I favorite everything I purchase and pull the asin directly from my phone when I sit down to list on the computer later. I bought a scanner, but this has been easier. Then I use the buy cost plus the ship cost from my app to make an accurate break even price with revseller for my sku.

WOW...YOU DID THAT SO WELL...PROPS TO YOU...Im recently Disabled and My mom is Elderly and doesnt have the best retirement. WE LOVE THRIFT STORES AND FLEA MARKETS...This would be so helpful to make extra income...and still have fun...WE BOTH COULD USE THE MONEY...I want her to not worry about ANYTHING in her older years...And i wish my state of being was better to give her that...Thank you for your video

Great stuff, I have become a subscriber! Quick question: Can you use a blue tooth scanner to scan into the Amazon Seller App? I know you can scan into third party apps, but can you use a blue tooth scanner to can right into the Amazon Seller App on your phone instead of using your Iphone, which is how the app currently works e.g. they want you to scan with your phone? Hi Nikki! Thanks for all the videos! I just got approved on my Amazon Seller Account! I have a quick question: If the shipping credit is only for individual sellers, is it correct to add on the price of the product or the shipping cost, this shipping credit so the profit is closer to real? Let's say the product costs $5.. so I have to consider this $5, plus the shipping credit of $4.99 plus an average of $5 for shipping = $15 just to begin with? This is not very clear for me and I might be missing some good sales because of that. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hey, There Niki I have a question I listed for FBA the very first time and I just let Amazon generate the SKU 🤦🏽 1. I noticed that Some of The FNSku are the same as the ASIN… not sure about that. 2.) I changed the barcode settings already. I’m just worried about something you said in a previous Video about Amazon sending someone else’s inventory to the customer?? And advice in this area would be greatly appreciated and Thank you so much for your Awesome Videos

Hi Nikki. Great video! Question stupid question. What are the ways people ship their scanned product to Amazon? Do you get a barcode to use and drop off at FedEx/UPS? Can you drop it off at an Amazon HUB location? Do you need to box up a boxed item or will FBA do that? Sorry, I’m completely new to this and really want to start, but have a few gaps in my knowledge. So when you scanned the product and nothing popped up can you just create your own listing ? Because whenever I was in Walmart scanning stuff alot of the products weren't being sold on Amazon already so they weren't popping up.
So after you ship it to Amazon do they automatically put profit on your account or do it have to be sold on there website in order to send profit in your account

I bought some napkins in a 40ct. Amazon only has them as 20ct. I even tried calling the manufacturer for an asin and they don’t actually have one for the 40ct bcz they only do the 40ct for a specific store.
How would I go about creating a new item for the 40ct?

how do you scan if you buy online?
I created my Amazon seller account and see in the settings that it says cost by weight 0.00. What should I put here? I plan on selling FBA.
Hi Nikki, Thanks for the great video. I have a strange question, I know we can ship orders into Amazon thru UPS, But how would you sent FBM orders if you don't have a printer?
I would get a printer. Any printer works. You can print them at UPS store also but they charge you for it and typically my FBM orders I ship USPS

How do we know if the item is not sellable because of IP complaints??
I heard you need to buy a bar code or UPC code to add to your products to ship to Amazon. Is this true? How much does it cost?
If your items already have a upc like all mine do cause I’m doing retail arbitrage then you don’t need to buy UPCs. If you’re doing private label that’s another story and I don’t do that so I can’t help more than thag

It's the scanning into the Amazon app and the approval whatever it is that's tripping me up

Nikki what happened when your product goes to reserve, the entire stock 80-100 and need to restock without selling
Reserve is either FC Transfer meaning it’s moving around the warehouses or FC processing meaning it’s sold and in process of going out or customer order which means it sold and is not yet processed out
@@NikkiKirk I kind understand but is "sold" no money and need restock back those 80-100 units. A lot of my inventory goes to reserved " no money" right the way, It's frustrade

Absolutely not! Undercutting the sellers means they undercut right back and now this awesome profitable replen is no longer profitable and no longer able to replen and make money. Anyone teaching you to undercut is not selling on Amazon to run a business that makes money
@@NikkiKirk but if you and 10 other sellers are all selling the same thing at the same price, then theres no telling how long your items will sit there, isnt that correct ? Lets say one person has 200 of those items and you have 10, and they are a better ranked sellers...soo couldnt your 10 items sit there for months ?
