How the Right Arm ‘MUST’ stay Under the Left

Hi everyone,
Thanks for stopping by again, I again really appreciate your support. I might not have the best facilities in the world, as I know hitting into a net in a garden isn’t totally ideal, but hopefully it’s the content that is the most important, not the backdrop. I do have a ball tracking machine, a Flighscope Tour xi (I think it’s that anyway) which is very accurate, so it does give some indication of ball flight for you.
This is one of those drills that really hits home from the first time you do it. Keeping the right arm (or trail arm it is being called now) under the left coming down is one of the basics for stopping coming over the top, and this exercise is fabulous for that feeling as it keeps both arm in the correct position coming down. I’ve seen far too many golfers with their arms away from their body too early coming down, this exercise will definitely give you the feeling of the opposite, keeping tight and into your body.
