#2, the cat game. Feels weird that this video is counting up to 5 when before it has always been counting down throughout the video. Might confuse people 🤔
There was feedback in the previous video about how counting down makes it feel like there's already a "best" one according to the video which doesn't happen when you're counting up.
Thank you so much for mentioning Hyperslice! It's always a pleasure to see so many cools Godot games. I've worked a lot on the game and it looks already much better, I can't wait for more people to try it :)
Thank you for the mention StayAtHomeDev, very cool video. I was quite suprised to wake up to 28 new wishlists this day, not a bad monday :) I will release a detailed devlog soon on the steam page about some updates regarding auctions, trades and finances in the game. From the trailer the graphics have already been updated, in the racing scene we now have crowds and soon buildings. If you are interested you can wishlists the game to get information in your steam news section about future updates!
Godot really needs some variety. These videos are not doing it too many favors. I think making compilations like this one might be doing a lot to box Godot in as a 2D pixel art, basic gameplay engine. Not sure this is the marketting they need. Maybe if you have to dig for the games that hard - skip an eppisode.
When I started the video I definitely thought that it would be number 1 for me, but WOW. Number 5 just looks more like my cup of tea, I love management style games.
Love the overall quality of this week, shows an upward trajectory with Godot output! 1 for me, with 2 3 and 4 grabbing my attention, and 5 earning my appreciation despite my lack of interest. Good stuff this week!
I hope one of these days, the list will have 5 3D games to choose from without any castlevania vampire survivor 2d side scrollers for a change... A man can hope.
As a lover of 2D games, I gotta say... I hppe so too. More hoping the 3D side of Godot can be improved and more tutorials emerge, and more 3D games as a result.
@@SpentAmbitionDrain Blender is already an industry standard in its own right as a 3D modelling and animation package, for indie dev purposes it's more than enough IMO
you have changed the countdown to 1,2,3,4,5 count :) this seems and feels way better as it doesn't indicate like doing a countdown to the best, nr 1, game :) anyway, my vote goes for #1
Hey, thank you so much for mentioning Mira, Godot community been amazing since we switched, and thank you for all who's rooting for us in the comments. 🙏❤️
Thanks for the mention of Bravest Coconut 🐱 So many great games this week.
Number 2, it looks really cute and charming.
#2 looks really good, but lots of strong entries this week
Man this is a tough one. I'm gonna go for 2 because I've seen some of his devlogs
#2 Bravest Coconut, although 5 also looks awesome!
#2, the cat game.
Feels weird that this video is counting up to 5 when before it has always been counting down throughout the video. Might confuse people 🤔
So the order WAS reversed. I thought it felt weird, but wasn't sure that it wasn't just me.
There was feedback in the previous video about how counting down makes it feel like there's already a "best" one according to the video which doesn't happen when you're counting up.
all looks cool, but i'll vote for #2 bavest coconut, because i've been following the dev journey of the game

Always love hearing these videos create some wishlists!
Number 5 - horse racing

i vote for number 5 Mira and the legend of the djinns
Going to give it to number 5 for an original concept.
When I started the video I definitely thought that it would be number 1 for me, but WOW.

#1 Mira and the Legend of the Djinns
Whoa... those all look really good this week! My vote goes to #1.

@@isaelsky21yeah tried dipping my toes in 3d in Godot and almost no content is available :(
@@nubunto What type of content do you think is missing for 3d games? You mean tutorials and stuff?
Godot is just not there yet. That time will come if the Blender dream works out.

Gonna go with #1 today!
#1 - especially if they're a Unity migration. Love to see all the unity devs moving over to Godot.
#5 for me.
It's hard, some weeks are full of good games and others, like this, it's difficult to find only one to choose. 😶
I'll vote for 1# and #3 ✔
My personal favourite this week is no 5. As always: thank you for the video and congratulations to all developers on making it into one of your videos
Number 5
#1 looks really polished =o
I vote for 3#
I vote for #4!
Detailed management games are rare breed so number 5
#4 hyperslice (and MrEliptik) are awesome ;)
#1 definitely, its the most professional. #5 looks like it could lead to addiction! (not good!)
Definitely Number 4. For the sheer juice shown in all clips. :D
Number 4 for me!
#4 Hyperslice
I vote for number 1.
1 - art is amazing
#2! The order was reversed, but I do think it makes more sense like this, since is not positions but a count.
I'll vote for #1
#1
the art goes incredibly hard and i love seeing projects getting moved to godot
My vote is for number 3: it's a really fresh innovation to those vampire survivors clones out there.
I’m going for #1
1 | Mira and the Legend of the Djinns 👈
No 5
Number 1 for me
Again, a week with not a single bad entry. Gotta love that.
Personally I would go for Nr.1 this week. Full of personality.
Number 1 for sure, the art on it is gorgeous, but I would say it's pretty lacking in the animations and the game juice
Ye its very lacking in that department. The running animation for example looks very static and boring
#1 - really cool
#5 got me !
I like #4
I vote #1
As a creator of sports games, I will vote for number 1.😏
Number 1 moving mid developement is crazy and its gorgous and looks like a rad Metroidvania.
1, 4, then 5
you have changed the countdown to 1,2,3,4,5 count :) this seems and feels way better as it doesn't indicate like doing a countdown to the best, nr 1, game :)
anyway, my vote goes for #1
Number 1 looks great!
My favorite is clearly #1. Thx for the vid.
Lovely games this week. I think I'll settle my vote on #1.
I vote for number 1. Looks good
Favorite is number 1 | Mira and the Legend of the Djinns
Muy favorite is 1
Number 1
#1!!
I like number 1

though i think every dash move gives me slight nausea, so i'd suggest the developer check that with testers
1 or 4,both of them looks good

Toss up between 1 and 2 but I'm gonna have to vote for #2. Just feels like my type of game.

#1 or #2, I don't know if I could pick one over the other this week.

I vote for number 3. Really nice variation of the genre.
#2 is pretty neat 😎
#1 or 3 for me.
#3
#3
Every game looks awesome ... 🤩... I could vote for any ... but I choose #1
Why are most Godot games side-scroller 2D? are there not at least five 3D first person games?
i like the number most, even my game is little similar to this type adventure but it is under devlopment,i hope i also win godot best game of the year
