    All healthy foods are expensive, very expensive, or incredibly expensive for many viewers. That's the whole problem with clogged arteries. Fish is the most expensive meat and nuts too. You will have to think of something better than recommending expensive fish to people. I'm so same smart even without yours advices.

      Recommending the best foods for the job is the right thing to do. Not the "cheapest". The vast majority of these recommendations are used daily by many people and are NOT exclusive items. Eating "cheap" foods eventually becomes the most expensive.

      Canned wild caught salmon is only $3 a can at Trader Joe's organic frozen berries, broccoli, cauliflower is also affordable at Costco and even the big grocery stores
