    I had to give up fruit years ago. I can eat watermelon and cantaloupe though. Most veggies are fine. Salads with no dressing. Chicken breast ok. Gluten free foods. I have had lupus for many years 1977 and osteoarthritis for maybe 20. Proper diet is essential. Plenty of water, positive attitude and definitely prayer! I'm going to be 78 and a mother of 10, many grandchildren too. Yes I am happy, so dont give up trying to do the best you can.

      Some years ago a friend of mine realised he was probably suffering a stroke while alone at home. He was able to use one hand, so he made a warm drink with cayenne pepper. When he arrived at his local hospital around 2 hours later, they told him his quick action probably saved his life - or at the very least, prevented permanent brain damage! To this day, he has a sharp mind. Doctors never advise their patients to keep cayenne pepper at home in case of an emergency. I often wonder what doctors learn at medical school!

      I'm glad that something mild and natural helped In your case ,but mine that wouldn't touch the bad food choices I made for decades .I was taking supplements since I was 19 .started off taking lethicin cause I thought it would make me smarter and also took zinc thinking it would fill in the gaps on my face to grow a full beard .anyway that's just a quick overview of how early I started .getting to my arteries I needed the cholesterol dissolving drugs cause I could have took 3 grams of cayenne, butchers broom, allicin garlic along with horse chestnut and that wouldn't have freed up anything in my arteries .I also smoked two packs a day and drank besides eating lots of chicken wings .now when I feel like the cholesterol drugs did their job than I will maintain keeping my arteries clean with those herbs as I have them on hand

      Many ppl just buy expensive supplement thinking that it is a be-all-to-it but the body is a system not just 1 mineral & if there are stress, heavy metal, toxin, etc it makes the body work so hard to fight that to make the body ready to do its work but guess what it already uses the energy needed for your deficiency so it goes in circle & you get other symptom of disorder.
      Stupid hospital just take blood test not from the bones to give you accurate what you need so they will load you with big pharma synthetic medicine to make you sicker; that's where they profit from.
      Its not abt health but keeping you sick.
      So make clean, healthy, real food minus the pesticides, seed oil, heavy metal, toxic water.

    I was onboard with this right up until it started touting fruits and veg. My body does NOT digest those correctly. They cause inflammation of my digestive tract every time I try to re-introduce them to my diet, because as a one year carnivore who used to eat the rainbow with relish, I DO miss them. For me, meat , fat, moderate high fat dairy and a random piece of cooked onion once per week is the proper human diet. No pain, less bodily waste, no inflammation when I stick to only meat, fat, high fat dairy, and tiny bits of veg once per week as a garnish on my plate.

      This video in my opinion was useless. So let me give it to you from what I know and whatI’ve tried. Pure Organic pomegranate juice with only its natural compounds , magnesium in liquid form which you can get a a good health food store. Nattokinase YEs and along with pure non seed oil vitamin D with vitamin K2 combined daily, good food is green vegetables stay away from kale and spinach they have too much calcium and consume raw garlic cloves. Fresh organic squeezed lemon juice in a glass of room temperature is key on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Only use organic EXTRA Virgin Olive oil to cook with of for salads. NOTHING ELSE. No seed oils No canola oil No soy no saturated fats no fried foods no fast food of any kind. All the food you consume should be organic. If you use butter make sure it’s pure organic goat butter and goat butter only. It rich in Vitamin K2 or use an organic home made avocado spread you make yourself. Black coffee is good also because it serves as a diuretic and help discard the unwanted fat cells from your body. It’s a good Vasodilation which decreases blood pressure in a healthy good way. No milk no sugar. Super cause plaque build up in your arteries. Sugar is for the most part a carcinogen which is really how one refine fuel for your automobiles. Stay away from it. Meats should be lean fresh salmon , chicken and quality lean farm raised beef in moderation. Packaged foods and soft drinks are a major NO when trying to lower your calcium scores. Limited sugar from fruits and compensate by consuming grilled mushrooms broccoli and cauliflower in olive oil with a dash of lemon and cayenne pepper. This helps curb the sugar cravings and keeps you feeling full. Cilantro, parsley, garlic lemons and apples combined in a salad or blended in a drink with fluoride free bottle water will also make for a good easier and faster way to lower the calcium adding a few drops of liquid zinc and magnesium to the mix. Best of luck. This worked for me before I had to undergo a major procedure and I will say consult your doctor and do your own due diligence. Best of luck and Blessings.

    What kind of magnesium should I take for this condition?

    • @dailyhealthpost
      @dailyhealthpost  3 місяці тому

      Getting enough magnesium is important than not enough, regardless of the form. Studies like this one www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC11091022/ that shows magnesium helps reduce calcification do not reveal what form of magnesium was used. Having said that Citrate and Glycinate are two popular choices for supplementation.

    It's my understanding that you cannot remove hard calcium from your arteries. With proper diet may be able to reduce the inflammation of the soft soft plaque thus increasing blood flow and reducing the possibility of the soft plaque from falling off and causing a clog that could lead to a stroke or heart attack. The last inflamed soft plaque what then harden and be much less likely to fall off and cause a clog.

    You cannot reverse artery calcification. You can slow the progression by doing what you talk about in this video. Once a person has a positive/elevated calcium score it usually continues to rise 20-25% every year unless you change some bad lifestyle habits. Other than that this video has pretty good info.

    It seems we are constantly under assault these days and at every turn. Subrogation is a word with two different meanings which allows a lot of double speak. A good example is the word "gay". Same word but two very different meanings. I have read some time ago the powers that be want to change our language, so vitamin, short "i" instead of a long "i" smacks of subrogation. This mispronunciation of the language here in the videos here on youtube are more than likely a subtle form. I cannot just write it off as stupid IA
