      Simplified Gary Brecka Routine
      1. Morning Sunlight & Breathing
How: Upon waking, go outside and expose your eyes and skin to natural sunlight. While outside, take several deep breaths through the nose, hold for a moment, and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Duration: 5-10 minutes of sunlight exposure combined with 10-20 deep breaths.
      2. Hydrate with Electrolytes
How: Drink a large glass of filtered water, adding a pinch of sea salt or an electrolyte supplement to boost mineral intake.
Duration: 2-3 minutes for hydration in the morning, ideally before eating or coffee.
      3. Cold Exposure
How: Take a cold shower or ice plunge. Start with lukewarm water, then gradually turn it to the coldest setting. Stay under the cold water while focusing on deep breathing.
Duration: 1-3 minutes in cold water for maximum benefits. Beginners may start with 30 seconds and gradually increase over time.
      4. Nutrient-Dense Meal
How: Prepare a breakfast focused on high-quality proteins (e.g., eggs, lean meats), healthy fats (e.g., avocado, nuts), and minimal carbohydrates to maintain energy levels.
Duration: Allow about 10-15 minutes to prepare and eat mindfully, avoiding distractions.
      5. Exercise & Movement
How: Incorporate a mix of resistance training (e.g., bodyweight exercises, weights) and cardiovascular activities (e.g., running, biking). Functional movement, like stretching or yoga, is also beneficial.
Duration: Aim for 30-60 minutes daily, adjusting intensity depending on fitness level. Even 20 minutes of moderate activity is beneficial.
      6. Sunset Exposure & Grounding
How: Spend time outdoors at sunset to help regulate melatonin production. Practice grounding by standing or walking barefoot on grass, sand, or soil.
Duration: 5-10 minutes during sunset is sufficient, with a few minutes spent barefoot for grounding.
      7. Healthy Sleep Habits
How: Establish a calming bedtime routine, avoid screen exposure 1-2 hours before sleep, and keep the bedroom cool and dark. Consider light stretching, reading, or breathing exercises to unwind.
Duration: The sleep routine itself should take 20-30 minutes to wind down, aiming for 7-8 hours of quality sleep.

Amazing as usual. But avoiding GMOs, meats that are not grass-fed or pasture-raised and non-organic foods is not easy for millions of people who simply can't afford the best quality foods. It's sad but true. But I do what I can for my loved ones and myself. It's important.

If you have a day off you have plenty of time to find a good spot. Grounding is great for any stress or anger issues. It reduces cortisol levels, improves blood flow and other things.

Why does Gary always say you can make vitamin D from first light when there is no UV-B. Everything I’ve seen says you need UV-B light to make vitamin D.
Also, why does he always call UV-A and UV-B damaging, when they actually have health promoting effects to a large degree.
Think Gary is great and knowledgeable but this never seems to make sense to me.

I agree with covid proticalls we're bad in the long run but 1 to 3 , percent death rate of those with already weak immune systems because of already poor health would be unacceptable and would overwhelm as it did the health system. That would be 3 to 6 million in the us alone. Thats unacceptable

Hi, Grounding i can only agrese. But this breathing, please noooo. Its useless, Its not good for body. it is very dangerous and damaging to all body systems. Please learn how to breathe properly, try to understand the basics of biochemistry, oxygen, co2, blood cells and all in context. Sometimes exceptionally Wimhof, ok. But Wimhof is a very unhealthy person, certainly his method helped him to overcome some mental difficulties, thanks to his method he surpassed himself and many world records, but it also caused incredible and irreversible damage to his health. Extremes do not lead to positive change, on the contrary.

I'm cutting it out now and looking for related ingredients in others drinks like this one in the future. Which one is a goo's drink that you would recommended?
