But if us straight hairs can use curlers to get curly hair occasionally then I love that the reverse is true without killing all the curly hair. Hey I just wanted to say that as someone who’s had a keratin treatment in the past, if I remember correctly it took about 3-6 months for my complete texture to come back but honestly my hair still had most of its natural texture when I washed it but it was just more manageable in general. I know I don’t have a picture but I’m a black girl I have about 4b curl pattern. Hope this helps a bit 😊 x

Q-Q I have 0 complaints because compared to when I was doing a complete curly girl treatment I save so much time.

It’s better to detangle with a cheapie conditioner and some type of oil BEFORE you wash the hair! That way once it’s washed, you don’t have to detangle (barely) at all.

I've found keratin treatments pretty much the same as relaxers, I ended up having to grow them out because my hair didn't revert. This brand my be different.

I agree anytime you adding solutions to a cream to mix a chemical. It's seems more like a relaxer. Just some extra extra steps. Like dryer, blow dry, the wash out then blow dry again. I but yet still a perm
It's beautiful, but as someone with type 4 hair I would've need you to use Marcel irons. My hair does better with stove heat instead of electric heat. Same for the straightening process. Comb opposed to flat iron.

@@CaribGirlBrownSugar hey dear, i just found out that keratin treatment is not good for low and normal porosity hair. Our hair is made from protein which is keratin, so adding a keratin treatment to our hair will do more damage than good. If you want your hair to be managable, first detangle your hair dry with oil, then use a clarifying shampoo to detox your scalp, do not manipulate your hair when it is wet, then conditioner, then blow dry with a leave in conditioner, and then flat iron... This gonna make your hair more manageable and easier to retain length, the hair needs to be stretched to prevent knots, shrinkage an d tangles. It's going to be manageable trust me, I could not believed it until I do it myself on a consistent basis. Also make sure your comb your hair everyday to encourage hair growth, and make sure to trim your ends every 6 to 8 weeks. Hope this helps. ❤️

I think you did a terrific job. Im just browsing videos on straightening. This is my third. The first was a red head girl with frizzy hair who got a Japanese straightening. They didn’t even need to flat iron her when done and it was straight as a board. Seeing this, you had to flat iron it 15-20x makes me believe you could have gotten similar results without the products. Anyways, you still did a great job, but I think the product is inferior. The Japanese stuff, the girl could wash her hair every day and let it air dry and STILL be straight n shiny. Thx for video, appreciate it!
Japanese straightening is a permanent chemical treatment. The hair treated will remain straight. A Keratin treatment is unlike the straightening/rebonding process. It is not meant to permanently straight your hair, and results will fade out as the hair reverts back within 3-6 months. It’s not better than the other, just different purposes.

When mixing a cream and a liquid, beat the cream first to get it smooth. Then add the liquid gradually and mix after each addition. So much easier.

When the keratin is removed from her hair. Depending on the type of shampoo she uses, that could be weeks or months

I think you did a terrific job. Im just browsing videos on straightening. This is my third. The first was a red head girl with frizzy hair who got a Japanese straightening. They didn’t even need to flat iron her when done and it was straight as a board. Seeing this, you had to flat iron it 15-20x makes me believe you could have gotten similar results without the products. Anyways, you still did a great job, but I think the product is inferior. The Japanese stuff, the girl could wash her hair every day and let it air dry and STILL be straight n shiny.

Japanese straightening is a permanent chemical treatment. The hair treated will remain straight. A Keratin treatment is unlike the straightening/rebonding process. It is not meant to permanently straight your hair, and results will fade out as the hair reverts back within 3-6 months. It’s not better than the other, just different purposes.
