Good to see you back.
I’m a 9-1-1 dispatcher and have developed tinnitus from two decades wearing a headset and having people literally screaming in my ear. I’m really curious how these would sound compared with my traditional in-ear headset. Enjoyed the video and look forward to more of your music mixing content. 😊
Sorry for this, thank for you work on 911! Maybe this kind of product can be a solution.
@@RiccardoMerloVegan thank you! Hopefully I’ll get to try it someday!
As a remote worker in a high pressure job, this would be perfect to reduce zoom fatigue. Thanks for sharing! Didn’t know these were mainstream enough to rely on until now.
Glad to hear your recovery journey is going well and hope the rest of it ends with the best possible outcome! I've always personally appreciated your focus and love of audio and music, esp when it comes to the tech world. Thanks for reviewing this!
Not having something in your ear sounds just wonderful, especially for a prolonged period of time. Looks like great stuff.
Thanks Johnathan for continually creating videos even though you’re going through your own problems… love how these headphones don’t have to go in your ear. I hate how earphones hurt my ears after awhile.
The fact that you can hear everything around you perfectly is the most insane feature for me. Definitely thinking of picking this up
it's so cool, it's like have transparency mode on all the time and hear what going on with surrounding clearly without turning down music. also the microphone sample seemed fairly good.
It’s really awesome to see you back Johnathan, honestly I would LOVE to have these as I work from home and having the bone conduction vs traditional earcups would help soooooo much. not to mention that awesome battery life because a lot of days I work 11hr in my call center.
Glad you're feeling better Johnathan! The best feature of these is definitely not having something in or over your ears. I have 3-4 different types of headphones but they all, at some point, make me miss something that's going on in the environment. While that may be good for some instances, it's not good in the way that I need to use them sometimes. Keep up the good work!
Bone conduction allowing me to keep my ears free would be my favorite feature, I’d definitely use this in the office for calls.
The fact that tech keeps being this imaginative without compromising much quality blows my mind
Am excited to experience that bone conduction thing. I'm kinda shocked (pun intended) that such tech exists. I also love that this doesn't require you to put it in your ear because as much as I want to listen to calls or music, I don't want to be completely unaware of my surroundings. Yeah. Would love to try this.

Love that you can hear music clearly while also still hearing outside noise clearly without microphones that other earbuds/headphones use to let outside noise in
Glad to know you are feeling better brother! So happy to see back making content you love. Minimalistic vibe, comfortability & bone conduction are my favorite features on this one.
The lack of fatigue on your ears is probably my favorite feature! Definitely worth considering over on-ear headsets!
"Being out of the way but entirely there" is such a great summary of why this product is interesting. Certainly would be a good enough differentiator for people who are in the market for a headset who are on conference calls for hours on end.
the fact that they dont go into your ear is best feature keeps my ears clean and healthy
I think my favorite feature by far is the fact that it’s built to be worn all day. Battery life, breathable build, and lightness are huge for the gym. Being able to hear around you and the ability to listen to music is awesome!
Very cool. So glad you’re on the mend and appreciate your dedication to amazing content. Thank you! Love the portability, battery life, and most importantly that nothing is actually in the ear.
My favorite feature would be the fact that it’s not inside your ear the entire time. Ear fatigue is real. Especially as I work remotely so all my meetings are online. Thanks Jonathan.
I watched Shevon's video just before this! I actually really rate these headsets and I feel like the fact that these are are lightweight could make video editing much easier for long periods. Especially since most times I just need to be able to hear not tune audio. Love this!
I would have never expect them to be this cool
This is pretty cool! Thank you so much for taking a chance on these, even though they are sponsored! I love that these aren’t in your ears, and I can wear these at home while I’m working.
I feel like this is the perfect headset for me. As a content moderator, my job requires me to listen to audios and attend online meetings from time to time. When I’m at the office, this headset should be perfect if i can talk to my colleagues while doing my work 😮
Bone conduction is just such a wild concept. Would be really useful for video-calls in our open office . No more shouting!
I've tried something similiar like this many years ago and it was weirdly strange how clear the audio was while at the same time it didn't obstruct any noise from the outside.
Supercool for using them in office, for meetings as well as listening to music. It’s like having a background music playing all the time, just like in the movies.
This piece of tech seems really awesome. The thing I like about these are the fact that they don’t obstruct your ears.
The nice thing about these are that you still can stay connected to the world around you.
Hey Jonathan, so happy to hear/see you get better! Really admire your passion to continue and create these videos for us! Keep it up mate 🥂
I am open to the idea, pun intended. It would be useful for my daughter.
She's looking for decent headphones, injured her eardrum, and had an infection
in the same ear a while back.
She's doing better now, but the Opencomm UC sounds like a good idea.
I never thought this type of headset would ever compare to a standard over ear or in ear setup
They'd be useful because at work I'd finally be able to listen to music/take calls and still be able to hear my boss knock on my office door 😂
Avoiding ear fatigue is the biggest win here imho
I have been feeling so much fatigue with 9-5 calls and my normal music headphones are so heavy. This looks like a great option for someone who takes calls all day long.
Damn I want those!
I love that not having something in your ears and can listen to music sounds so futuristic and for me who likes to listen to stuff with no headphone only with a speaker "but always having to go out side" that is such a grate gadget to have
I seriously need this in my life. I'm always struggling with my ears hurting from having my earbuds in for too long and needing to have earbuds because i'm in a loud environment
Since working in a cubicle this would help me noticing a co worker is speaking to me while I’m on the phone or listening to music or sneaking in a UA-cam video lol
Love that it’s bone conduction and not in ear! Thank you for being so dedicated to giving us quality content 😊

Honestly crazy how bones carry sound well enough that we can listen to audio and have it actually sound good 😅 love the technology behind the conduction!
Seeing many bone conduction device in the past, this device certainly looks like it's execution is going to be awesome.
For me I would certainly use it in my university where I can listen to the music and professor at the same time.
to be able to use the product for very long time is the feature i love the most here!
Bizarre concept seemingly at first but it makes perfect sense
Wining this will be a great way to deal with ear fatigue. I work in a crowded environment and make a lot of calls. Its great battery life and also make me aware of my surroundings
this is one of those gadgets that you see at bed bath and beyond that you think is a gimmick but it turns out to work flawlessly lol
I hav been thinking so much about my audio consumption through Airpods and Headphones. And this looks super cool!
Hey Jon, I love the idea of these headsets. Not putting something in your ears and still be able to listen to music or take calls was not something I had ever thought was ever going to be possible. Excited to try these!
It's a useful for me because I commute a lot, so the unrivaled transparency that comes with it makes it so much convenient to listen to music while on the go.
The minimalistic design has to be my favourite feature.
Honestly it seems like bone conducting headphones have finally come a long way. Not only do they last a long time but also allow you to be aware of your surroundings, it is absolutely amazing. Though for my work I wouldn't need such headphones, I'd love to gift them to my aunt who is always working on the phone.
You've built a great supportive community on your channel here. I really like all the cool features as they solve my problems. Not requiring to charge often and feeling light having them on for longer durations combining with the minimalist design.
I’ve wanted bone conduction headphones since first playing MGS as a kid. The idea of having music/sound without noise bleed or drowning your own hearing is awesome.
I've gotten to the point where I'm not sure I'll ever leave the Airpods lineup, specifically the Pros. They're just so integrated with the iPhones *duh* that it feels like it would be impossible to replace, but this definitely can catch your attention.
Bone conduction’s got real potential, better than having earbuds stuffing up the ear
These look awesome! I’d definitely love these for shifts with numerous telemedicine visits.
As someone who listens to music/podcasts/videos and is always on calls having that ability while also being able to hear my family would be amazing
The lightweight minimalist look of the headset is my favourite portion. Often I’m in meetings for 4-5 hours a day and with normal headphones, it kinda makes your head feel heavy after awhile so these bone conduction headset is perfect to get rid of that
I like how it’s not in your ear and just kind exists around you. Def want to try it out!
Bone conduction sounds so interesting, the sensory experience alone must be incredible. I think the part that nothing is in your ear and the wear is comfortable so it can help with fatigue is really increadible and my favorite thing.
Glad to hear you're doing better! Keep up the videos! My favorite features are the bone conduction and the adjustable mic. That would work perfectly with my profession.
bone conduction is such a crazy concept
Really cool. I would love to see how well it rejects background noise into the mic.
The fact that this vibrates my bones to stream sound to my brain is so amazing. Every other feature is an added bonus...
Honestly, one of my friends recommended me this device and I was really interested since you dont have to worry about the ear fatigue/pain. Looking forward to trying these in the future!
Pretty crazy that sometimes the latest tech is still replaced by time even when it feels super advanced! Having that sound awareness would be great to use during work while enjoying the audio.
What surprises me the most is that a piece of hardware with this form factor doesn't stand out all that much. Thanks for the video! Keep it coming
My coworker where's these everyday and swears by them.
Prevention of noise leakage is the feature where i got sold into these
I used one of their previous Aftershokz products years ago, and they were pretty great then but I'd imagine now even more refined and better now with a mic
Wow. Still can’t believe the bone vibration technology

I mean this is so cool and the audio quality from the microphone is so good. This would make a great tool for the instances where I have to sit and listen to lectures 4-6 hours a day.
I’m learning so much from your channel. I’ve recently been trying to get more into technology and understand what to look for in a gadget rather than just buying cause of a name. Your so helpful!!
This is absolutely great for my uncle, when he get ear infections he could put this on instead of regular earbuds
its really interesting to hear sound from different angles
Honestly glad your doing great as of lately. I watch my content creators daily and always look forward for something new to see just seeing the vibes you put out.
These are pretty cool. I feel like these would be good during the work day so you could hear if someone is talking to you.
Honestly having that uc connector is what stands out to me. For some reason Bluetooth does not work with my work equipment so the change to wireless has been difficult with finding accessories that have a receiver.
I had a chance to try this type of headphones. It's such a strange, yet cool feeling to be hearing music, but not having anything in your ears.
Really glad to see you making videos again! Hoping for a 100% recovery fam! My fav video is the Final Office tour!
The battery pack with long battery life and quick charging is a must have feature that just makes it great for my use
My first cell phone came in a bag with a shoulder strap. I am constantly amazed at tech.
This is like the better version of good old heavy headphones but a bit slimmer
I never understood why someone would get bone conducting headphones. But now that I have a baby, I get it. I could be on a meeting and still have open ears to monitor the little one.
my professor at University used this type of bone conduction earphones. Always wondered what they feel like. It's almost liberating to have your ears open while listening to something only I can listen to.
I've been eyeing these for the work from home times. I've tried their other bone conducing headphones and liked them but never bought one. These could convince me to make the change. That mic sounds so good too!
That's so awesome! Ever since I was young I always wondered if it would ever be possible to make headphones that create the sounds only from vibrations. So crazy to see it irl. My favorite feature would have to be the protective case that comes with the headset
The favorite feature is to be able to walk on the street without getting in the way of safety/ awareness
I'm glad to hear your recovery quest is going well, I've always admired your dedication to and love of audio and music. Thank you!
Bone conduction is a neat thing. I love being able to keep stuff out of my ears and hear what is going on around me when I am out and about.
Really happy to see that you are doing great. Keep up the great work and stay healthy brother.
Being able to enjoy your music without thinking that you'll get fatigue with your headset is awesome. Would love to try those out 👌
Thanks for bringing to the big audience bone conduction! The first time I tried headphones with this tech it felt like magic. Great to hear healing is going well. Have a nice day!
The thing i like about this headset is it's not obstructing my ear. Because sometimes my ear gets irritated when using a headset for a long period of time.
I've been intrigued about bone conduction audio tech ever since I learned about Shokz back when they were Aftershokz. I love the ability to not have anything obstructing your ears while in use. Would definitely love to try em out!
Hey man, glad to hear that your health condition is better now. Really cool to see you come from team crispy days to making music now. Loved your airpods review video the most out of everything. All the best for your further recovery & thanks for keeping us entertained & informed with your videos!
These look neat! Glad to see you doing better and creating more.
Always love to see some videos on these kind of unique tech, it looks strange but kinda cool at the same time!
These look Awesome ! for Zoom meetings and conference calls, its great to be able to hear your colleagues but at the same time have the ability to hear if someone calls you outside the headset. Wonderful! Keep it up Jonathan!
Hey Jonathan, please keep making videos. You always seem to find your space in a very clustered tech space with a unique style. Always a joy watching them
