My high functioning ex bro in law can’t get off the sauce cuz he’s a control freak above going to AA. At our age, 58-59, shit starts breaking down. Keep up the great work taking weeks off drinking. Pretty soon that famous belly will be gone!! The workouts are inspiring for me. Thank you!
