HOME MADE POTATO CHIPS
INGREDIENTS
Russet potatoes
Cooking Spray
Salt
Pepper
Others seasoning to taste
Steps
1. Coat tray with cooking spray
2. Thinly slice potatoes with a mandolin
3. Lay flat, not overlapping, on tray
4. Season to taste
5. Air fry at 360° for 15 min.
DIJON BAKED SALMON
INGREDIENTS
Salmon filets
Mayo
Dijon mustard
Lemon zest
Dill
Steps
1. Combine mayo, mustard, zest, and dill in bowl; mix until incorporated
2. Spread thin layer of mixture on top of salmon filets
3. Bake at 375° for 18-20 min.

What a rare glimpse into seeing Tim Dillon eating. The more caviar he ate the more animalistic he became. Toward the end it was as though he had completely lost himself. So serious yet so blank. I had chills the whole time.

Check it out…I came up with this delish little something;smoked salmon wontons. I use the chunk smoke salmon, add fine chop habenero, crushed almonds, 1/2 goat cheese | 1/2 cream cheese, chop scallions-2/3 for mixture | 1/3 for later-dish to side. Mix all listed gingerly with fork. Heat balsamic vinegar and honey to reduce to syrup. Build your wonton *I use pre made wonton squares in produce section. Air fry those little bad boys until golden.
Drizzle crisp wontons with your set up balsamic honey drizzle, sprinkle scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
Serve with sparkling wine.

This episode made me realize something. Bert and Whitney both are best in a particular role in conversations with comics. They are generators. They have super strong personalities, and they keep the conversation moving. Random hypotheticals, stuff they have been thinking about, talking games, questions to pass around the room, they fill up the bulk of conversation. This lets comedians that are better in the quips department (Tim, Tom, etc.) sit back and chime in when there is a good opportunity for a joke. They produce a river of stuff, and the comedian in the other roll can pluck something out of that river and spin it into gold. It's a lot like the idea of a straight man, except in reverse. They are the "crooked men" and Tim is the one slam dunking all the setups they give him.

Yes. It was a perfect episode. Tim and Whitney are so uncomfortable in their own skin, like always, and I love the way they use comedy to deflect from that. They’re like two kids whose parents forced them on a play date, and all it took to let their guards down and become friends was their shared glee in trashing Bert.
The look of disgust on Tim Dillon's face as Bert prepares this meal is hilarious.
Bert even said as he was spreading the mayo that it was supposed to be "A thin layer." 🤣🤣
