In the song when they sing "Where do we go now?" they literally used that as filler when they were writing the song. They didn't have lyrics, and so Axl Rose just starting singing "Where do we go? Where do we go now?" on loop, so that the band could keep riffing. It ended up being catchy, so they decided to just turn that phrase into the lyric itself. Pretty cool!

Most bands are comprised of a singer, guitar player, bass player and drummer. They have a rhythm guitar player to hold down the groove while Slash plays solo parts. The sounds you’re hearing are based on the tones they choose for their amps. Distortions, reverbs, etc. all play a key factor on the sound the guitar makes through the amplifier.

I met my first love on a Florida trip the next month, she gave me a copy of the Appetite for Destruction album. It became one of my favorite albums ever. But thats as far as it went for me GnR wise. Ive seen em once on their Use Your Illusion Tour, and Ive only listened to a number of songs since. But theyve made their mark. And I think Slash is truly one of Rock's most gifted guitarist out there. Ever. I love that he's of color. I love his style of guitar play. I love the top hat. 🎩 The man is Rock n Roll. Hands down.
She doesn’t think much of this song? This is a classic! An anthem! I’m shocked!
I mean, it's a pop song essentially and the edited version makes it even moreso. Slash used to hate the song for a reason. lol
Of all the thousands of songs I have heard in my life, this is my all time favourite song, I have heard it way more than I could possibly count but the impact it had on me was like no other song. This is the soundtrack to my youth.
Lex would like ‘Night Train’. That one is 🔥.
You guys RULE!!!Thank u for making my days brighter....Lexs smile is so contagious....I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!
Rocket Queen is a good one
It's pretty orgasmic ; )

Axl has got a six octave voice range that most women would kill for

Brad you’ll love the sound!
Me and my wife are loving watching you two on your journey of expanding your knowledge of music artists. Don't worry about it Lex as my wife and I are the same way when it comes to our personal tastes in music. I look forward to see you both finding more artists that you enjoy in the varied genre of music. You have just begun as there are so many good bands that you probably still haven't heard yet. I can't wait to see your reactions to some more of our personal favorites. Even when its a band we both love there are still some songs that we don't like. Remember music is an art form so its very subjective.
MORE ALICE IN CHAINS :)
"Dirt"
"It Aint Like That"
"Put You Down"
"I Can't Remember"
For me, Dirt is the song that defines Alice In Chains, specifically Layne’s wish to just end the pain he endured for so long…
Should do nutshell unplugged, I'd also love to see them do some mad season live especially river of deceit. Imo nutshell and River of deceit are 2 must for any reaction channel.
"It ain't like that" rips. One Layne and Jerry's best vocal choruses imo. Their harmonizing was what made them stand out. Jerry's guitar riff in this song smokes too.
Rotten apple is a hidden gem for me
I remember dancing my oldest to sleep to this song. He was a couple of months old at the time. He is now 32, good memory.
*G&R (November Rain) Brad* will like the calm music *Lex* will enjoy the video concept
"What do you think of the Lyrics"
"I dunno, not listening to them"
Not sure I've ever been so upset in a reaction - the lyrics to this song are pure poetry.
GNR next songs Don’t Cry , November Rain, Estranged 👍
When this song came out my buddy just gotten a boat and we blasted this song the whole summer on the river - Great tune and full of engery
