Idk why but I was heart broken whenever Peter B. Parker says "Miguel this isn't what we talked about!" And then Miles goes "You knew?" I love the dynamic between the two characters from the last movie and I think that just broke me...

Spiderman 2099 as an Antagonist is super interesting, he looks anguished, irritated, but deep down you know he doesn't want to do anything bad, and he looks quite imposing on the screen, without a doubt one of the things I most expect from the movie
Im calling it now, Spiderman 2099's identify will be Miles from the future!

First time I’ve seen him was in the Edge Of Time game and I’m hyped for him here too. If i’m pulling from there, his standards for Spiderman based on how much he admired him is high, that even the actual Peter is sometimes too reckless for his taste with the whole doing what’s right in the moment. That could be one of his dislike for Miles who isn’t even a Peter.
I think just by virtue of living in a more grim cyberpunk future and that 90s flavor, when he loses his temper he seems more of an anti-hero who’s not afraid to put down the threat. In the very first issue of him I’m just starting to read he swings at cops already.
I’d like to think that because he was before more of an arrogant selfish person, as spiderman he thinks he’s the only one that can get the job done because he has to.

I'm going to be honest, after me and my dad watched the first movie in the cinema, we looked at each other in awe at what we watched. We were blown away and we couldn't wait for the second one. And when we watched the first trailer for multiverse 2, I said, "one superviallian I really want to see in the MCU is Spot." He is a marvel nerd he knows more than I ever will. But for some reason he didn't know this one. The first time I saw the second trailer was back in the cinema yesterday, watching the Super Mario Bros movie. And I leaned to him and said "fucking called it" safe to say I was treat to a McDonlads when we left. Never felt so untouchable in my life

I think that bracelet is identical to the strings of magic in No Way Home. The way Miguel is turning yellow and orange resembles the strings of magic Doctor Strange used. That band is glowing goldish yellow. So whenever the fabric of the multiverse is tampered with, he gets notified like with Strange's magic.
9:15 that creature looks like Spider-Punk. I see it as him sitting on the wall. I can also see what look like his hair and a little shape coming off of the side that looks like the top part of a guitar. And in other shots, he is highlighted in a different way. Or maybe just Spider-Woman since there is a shot that looks like it comes after it with her behind them.

Spiderman is the most popular superhero character in India for obvious reasons..and seeing Pabitra Prabhakar in this film trailer feels great but what I want to appreciate is they showed India so accurately in trailer and being a Bengali I was super thrilled to see Bengali language writen on a Hollywood movie frame ...Just excited for this one and thanks Canadian Lad for your amazing works❤️

I think the 'thing' moving towards them that you talked about around nine minutes in is Spider-punk without his mask. He has the right hair style, and you can see a little bit of a guitar he's holding. There's just some weird paper-like outline around him because of his unique animation design.
Anyone else see how much more JACKED they made 2099 Spider Man?? In the first movie he wasn't that buff, but now he is a lot bigger, making him look more of a threat and even stronger

At the moment where everyone starts doing the pointing meme, you can hear Manolo Rey and Sérgio Cantú's voices, which are the official Brazilian VA for, respectively Tobey and Andrew's versions of Spider-Man. That basically confirms Tobey and Andrew are in the movie (along with Tom's version who, according to some leaks/rumors, will appear as a live action appearance in the movie)
In the Indian version of the trailer the trailer start with the close up shot of all three spiderman with their voice overs

The Indian trailers didn't had the starting scenes of spot , instead of that they had close up shots of spiderman suits and above dialogues in Bg.
When you mentioned that Miles always keeps his eyes on Miguel's hands, I thought of the scene from the first movie where Peter B Parker says, "Don't watch the mouth, watch the hands." It could be possible that Miles tries to remember the things that Peter taught him.

There is one more details you missed and that is the trailer released in Sony Pictures India is slightly different from the trailers released worldwide. The trailer released in India begins with the introduction scene where we see all the 3 spidermen we know from real world and their logos - Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland saying the dialogue from their respective movies in which they had to make some sacrifices and go through hardships after wearing that mask, and it also tell us about how "one spider-man(Miles) will change his destiny" unlike the other spidermen who thinks its the "sacrifice" that actually makes you a spider man, which you covered in this video that how Miles think differently, "Miles believe that he can save everyone, he doesn't need to make any sacrifices". This also shows that we can actually expect Miles in the real world of Spider-man movies soon.
Here is one more important dialogue "Anyone can wear the mask... but how you wear it , that's what matters" and he jumps from the tower crane exactly like the one he takes at the end of first movie but the dialogue actually changes from "anyone can wear the mask , you could wear the mask" to this one which shows how mature he has become who understands the weight of the mask.

Maybe, but strength doesn't mean weight, right? I think it's because he's heavy or it could be that those cars were actually flying just like in the Ultimate Spider Man animated series, when he visited Miguel's universe, there were flying cars, and whenever he jumps on one, it loses balance
@@again-again-again in order for weight to make a car to lose THAT much balance means that either the car is extremely light or the weight is very heavy. If I'm not mistaken, Miles was jumping on cars as well and they weren't affected. It would have to be alot of force to make a car stop it's foward trajectory
The creature on the wall is probably spider-punk. Since you can (i believe) see his guitar. And in the next scene where Miguel says "let me take it from here." you can see spider-punk which has the same colors as the creature.
Also his giant hair is kinda obvious.

@canadian lad- this movie is going to blow your mind and your analytical skills needs to be on its peak for so many easter eggs that I cannot stop counting.
In detail 19: that “creature” near Miles and Gwen is Spider-Punk without his mask. You can tell it’s him by comparing that figure to the scene where the three are walking through the Lobby. His artstyle kind of gives him a strange silhouette crouching on the wall like that.
Also, in detail 29, it’s possible that the Goober (what the bracelet was called/nicknamed in the first movie) is signaling that another Spider-man is entering the current universe they’re in.

I absolutely loved your breakdown, I didn't realize a lot the details you pointed out, not only how the details of the spectacular animation, but also how the characters act and covey emotion in the story. Also, When bringing up the creature on the side on the side of scene where we see Miguel's perspective of Miles and Gwen, I think that might be Hobbie Brown, climbing and sitting on the wall. There might have been a similar silhouette and the same animation style

2:20 Those are just smears or smear frames they are often used in animation to mimic the feeling of motion blur. They were actually used through out the trailer more often than you probably noticed ofc not just on miles but on every character, the reason you don't see it in the huge spider crowd is because it would likely be a hustle to animate on to each and every individual character.

as a native Bengali , I'm really proud that they represented my language in the movie.
Bengali or Bangla as we call it, is among the top 7 most spoken languages in the world yet it is severely under represented everywhere
at 9:17 the "creature" that you refer to is actually another spider man. You can see him standing up fully in a later frame after Miles sees Peter again. His design is very similar to Spider-punk's without his mask. Possibly him, a variant of him, or another spider-man altogether. His paper cut out style may be a hint towards his origin.

I think the "flash" on Miguel's Device where Scarlet Spider comes in through a portal is a "Spider-Man is entering the Spider-Verse" detection sequence,and on the Spider-Man with Spider-Therapist shot we see that Miles doesn't have shoes or gloves on to complete his costume(it's understandable for Mile not to have his mask on since it is the Spider-Verse after all)

3:59 maybe the spot gets ahold of the device and that why he starts glitching in the new trailer, because he has nowhere to put the the device on due to the holes on his body, meaning the device probably gets sucked up in his hole and since it can’t attach, it starts destabilizing, causing him to travel the multiverse destructively
in this scene 8:03 miles seems to be charging up his ability called "Bio electricity" which he did to kingpin and sent him flying in the last movie. spider man 2099 has a very scared reaction on his face seeing miles charging up.

The “creature” moving towards Miles and Gwen is Spider punk, he just has really fluffed out hair without his mask, and his animation style is based off of paper cut-out collage art, that’s why he’s always framed in a weird shape.

The one scene where the "mysterious creature"' shows up when miles and gwen look up to miguel is actually spider punk and u can see him in the next shot when peter b parkers starts to speak up, he's on the side
The creature at 9:20 in behind Miles and Gwen is Spider punk in his human form. You can roll back to the scene where spider punk , Peter b Parker and Gwen are behind Miguel , you tell it is spider punk. Plus , his guitar can be seen along with his cool hair.
The NWH mention also explains how Dr Strange's spell worked.
What 2099 says is "don't get me started on Doctor Strange and *the little nerd* back on Earth-199999". Notice he didn't say "that universe's Peter Parker" or something like that. This implies the spell only affected the existence of MCU Peter, making everyone forget he exists (but not Spider-Man, obviously). They can probably guess he's a Peter Parker (since he's the main Spider-person in the multiverse - i.e. most versions of Spider-Man are the respective universe's version of Peter Parker), but they don't remember exactly.
That's actually a good Continuity detail😳

In the Gwen falling scene, when Miles first looking Gwen falling, there is a billboard behind Miles as "Sacred Wars". It may be a reference to the Avengers Secret Wars.
9:26 could be the All New, All different 2099 suit that (in the comics) was made by Peter (616)for Miguel when he was stuck in our timeline...it was apparently so ahead of its time that even Miguel was impressed.
If they incorporate this suit in the movie...I will be screaming...the OG 2099 suit is a classic but the white suit is just, one of my favourite spiderman suits of all time...it just looks so badass...

Man, if the trailer breakdown is this long, it seems our Canadian lad will make a movie of his own, breaking down the details from the entire movie.
9:22 I'm pretty sure this is Spider-Punk. Earlier in the video, we see him without his mask on and he has afro-ish hair, similar to the "creature" you spoke about. You can also kind of see his guitar. Spider-Punk's animation style also outlines him to some degree. (He is outlined in yellow in one of the posters.) We see him again at 10:20.
Also the transition at 9:47 is SICK!

7:10 to be honest, Insomniac's Spiderman proved Miguel's point clearly. He had to sacrifice his aunt.
i think that bracelet is a all in one type of device. for example when ben Riley shows up it flickered... even though he was in a whole different universe the device detected the waves and frequencies of that dimensional portal, this can mean that the device detects not only bullets, missels, or etc but it can pick up even the little things... idk if i made any sense butttt yeah
the "creature" moving towards miles and Gwen at 9:17 is spider-punk without his mask on moving up and sitting on the wall. you can see his massive mop of hair and the the blocks of colour around him. you can also briefly see his guitar jutting out.
I really hope peni, spider man noir and spider-pig atleast come back for a cameo considering how much screen time they had in the last movie.

this is literally the best comic book or animation ever. So many cameos, details and spideys. Still have my goosebumps right now and can't wait for the part 3.
