In the bottom right next to aliases, it says "AKA, The Prowler". Meaning that he is the anti-hero from the comics. When his hand is webbed to his trunk, he even mentions that he has a nephew in queens, referencing that Miles Morales is Canon in the MCU.
He literally says his name, so knowing that his nephew is miles is not unknown information. I didn’t know that it said prowler, you’ve got some keen eyes.
