The internet trolls have really shaken Amanda's happiness and we need to encourage her to keep her chin up. Let's encourage her warriors!!

I received two emails today concerning the original thumbnail for this video. I made the original in about 10 minutes and it reflected what I thought immediately when I read Amanda post. I think this new thumbnail is more appropriate. All Amanda needs is love from our community. Nothing more❤️

I’m rooting for Amanda. Just as a side note, Bill Nott (Bill in Alaska) has a channel he’s started and he was 700 lbs and bedridden when he started and has lost 200 lbs so far.

I question Bill Nott. A few red flags. But that is just my opinion. At 700 lbs he was way smaller than I was when I was 620 lbs. I was working at 620 lbs. I started watching Bill on Homestead now and I was 460 lbs and we were same size chest up atvhis 700lbs. He reciever over 20k in donations to buy meat and now he lost 200 lbs and at 500 lbs seems to be same size as me at 400 lbs. No full body pics at 700lbs just shoulders up during videos. Im now working a full time job and a part time job at 400 lbs. Full time job at 620 lbs. I wish Bill the best bet since day 1 my discernment radar been going off. Again just my opinion. ❤
Ask yourself seriously, how does it affect my life at all if a stranger in Alaska was 500 lbs at his max instead of 700 lbs?
It doesn't.
His story is inspiring people to take their health into their own hands and do great things. That's a net benefit, whatever his weight may or may not have been.
If you're struggling with jealousy because he got the help he needed while he was in the same situation you had been in, and you feel that you didn't get the same support and help, just reflect that everyone is here with a different and unique purpose.

I never allowed full body pictures of myself when I was 700lb , BUT I made an exception when Kerry and Emma were here last summer, they have both video and pictures when I was 700lb, and you will see them in Kerry‘s documentary.. Feel free to ask them both about it on thier channels. I am an extremely private and self-conscious person. I still won’t do full body pics until I reach a more comfortable weight, but when Kerry comes back this August at the one-year mark, he will be doing a full series of pictures and videos again.

The thumbnail he used with Amanda photo and “suicide” is disturbing. Amanda would rarely if ever use that label for her mental state even though that’s how she felt. He crossed the line.

Want to help her? Tell her to get the hell off of social media if it's an emotional stumbling block for her. Live your life Amanda. Forget inter-trolls. Shut it down until you are the strongest version of yourself and to the point the trolls don't rule her.
People don’t really have to shut off social media what they may have to do is turn off comments and stuff. You have more control in the situation than you realize. I can’t make a person feel guilty for blocking people or turning off comments and shutting people up. However I think that is a good thing. Turn it all off and have a safe place just her friends and family. Of course it is her choice. This is what I am trying to do for myself.
Well people don't understand is it's the Internet. You're going to get bad comments. People will start to question you. You can either let it bring you down, or you can just laugh at it. One of the things she has in her daily routine though that I think she needs to Get therapy to slowly wean it out, is that depression medication. I think it's starting to lose its effectiveness and because of it her depression is really starting up again. That stuff is not meant to continue working. Hopefully she'll try to work on that while she's off on her break. I know they don't continue to work because my brother has been through the same thing.
Couldn't agree MORE!!!! Ive done a slow, methodical weaning off Effexor and I recognize the need in each of her videos. Her med should be getting proper, very slow increments of dosing. Unfortunately, doctors don't know how to wean someone properly so they can't help. @sonjawalkerreactionscommen3501
I’ve had the joy of meeting Amanda in person as she hosted her first Carnivore Meat-up. She is a wonderful and soft-hearted person, so all those horrible words wound that sweet spirit. Thank you for encouraging her! I’m praying for her, and I’m hopeful she’ll come back for us that love her!

It's unfortunate that some carnivore people have turned it into a religion just as vegans do. Legalism benefits no one. Everyone's body is different and we have all done damage to our systems and have to figure out what will work. This is so sad, but this is where no understanding leads to no compassion. However, we all reap what we sow and they will one day need compassion that they weren't willing to give out.
I've got over 200 pounds to lose and was thinking of starting a channel to document my carnivore journey, but I think Amanda's experience has changed my mind. I really don't think I can handle the negativity. I'm very sorry this happened to her and I'm extremely sorry that there are so many haters on UA-cam. I wish her the best and I hope she returns!

This is why I do not change my channel from wildlife kayak photography to a carnivore channel. I AM a carnivore. But my emotions could not handle the negativity. I feel so sorry for Amanda. I appreciate your support of her.

It's sad that she's come so far in her life and has to put up with miserable people spreading their poison. You're a wonderful person Amanda.
Amanda IS loved in this community (and no doubt by anyone she ever comes into contact with). I started at the same weight she did (360). I'm 62 years old, 5'8" female, with type 2 diabetes diagnosed nearly 20 years ago. Down 75 lbs. and off my diabetes meds 7 months now, after taking a non-insulin injectable for most of those 20 years. My highest A1C was 10.9, my most recent one 3 months ago was 6.8, and that was with no meds in my system. I wear a CGM so I know my upcoming labs will be even lower. My highest C-reactive protein was 55 (that's right FIFTY FIVE, not 5.5), and my most recent one was normal at 4.3. My highest (that I know of) fasting insulin was a staggering 77, my most recent was 19. Under 17 is considered normal but optimal is under 10. To keep myself on track I stay immersed in Carnivore/Ketovore content and frequently watch Amanda. I'm also an animal-lover so I can relate to what she has experienced with the loss of her pets. I hope Amanda knows how much she is loved and how much this community needs her.

I shared the elsewhere too that it has always struck me odd that people who find pleasure in being mean to others and don't consider themselves unhealthy !? Maybe they don't have health issues or maybe they're not overweight but being healthy is mind, body and spirit and if you have to hurt somebody to feel good about yourself or find pleasure in that, you have some mind issues and unhealthiness. I just pray that she will see herself as God sees her and that she will feel the prayers and love of those of us she has touched in a postive way through her journey.

I understand her pain. My channel is not about diet, but homesteading, frugal living, living free, etc, but trolls have made their dent, including death threats and doxing me, encouraging others to come attack me on my property, making fun of my age, calling me nasty names, etc. There are those troll teams who get together and decide who to harass. I get it. But, you have to keep doing it, in spite of those naysayers, throw it back in their faces, keep in doing your thing and ban those trolls immediately. They do not matter. I hope Amanda can get some perspective about all this. UA-cam can be a cruel world. Blessings, Cynthia
Agreed! Death threats?? What in the world!?!?! I, Cass, have wanted to quit many times but Larry did a good job shielding me, but now I'm just over it and pity these people.
Yep, had to escalate to local law enforcement, just in case he/she wasn't blowing smoke. After I ignored the loser repeatedly, reported him to UA-cam (who did nothing, of course), he eventually got tired of playing the scary monster, but it took awhile. I had three channels and he stalked me on all of them, even emailing me under different UA-cam identities. They rarely have any real bite, but you have to take it seriously, just in case. Most are just trolls living in Mom's basement, though. I hope Amanda can find her peace soon.

I applaud her for taking the time to step back and turn off the negative chatter that has so wrongly upset her. I really really wish her all the best. I just don't understand how people can be so cruel and hateful to other people. And it makes me want to start vlogging here at last, so I could actually draw some crazies away from her. Amanda is a beautiful and gentle person who helped and inspired me for many months. I couldn't have started Carnivore without all of you.
Your transparency is really helpful, same as Amanda. Our children are healthier than other children because I've been watching both your channels. Our kids don't have to feel like we did growing up.
I only wish this WOE was in our lives when our kids were young. Good on you for teaching them how to eat healthy food👍

What exactly do people gain putting others down? Really! Its very upsetting! Some have no idea how hard it is to start a new way of life by changing your eating habits and sticking to it!! I have not conquered my diet yet. Its very tough. I pray that she does not give up and shut up the neigh sayers! Block em or delete them or simply ignore and prove them wrong. We need you! This makes me so angry. I have been so encouraged by the love and acceptance in this community. I subscribed as soon as I heard of her quite a while ago. Both of your channels are wonderful. I can’t imagine the level of pain for someone who is suicidal. Their thoughts are not entirely their own in that you can’t reason your way through those emotions. I read that in the community section Sunday and I messaged immediately. I can't understand how people are so hateful! I just can't grasp it. She is wonderful and I have learned a lot from her. I am very sensitive myself and I understand how she feels. I pray that she is doing better and feeling some comfort from all of us who love her!

I have no idea why there are so many jackals in the world. Those kinds of people behave as they do because something is lacking in them. Not in the people they attack. If they had something constructive to add, that would be one thing. But they don't. They tear down. Such people are as useless as teats on a boar hog and should never be given the time of day. Unfortunately, this seems to be difficult for humans. I've seen even tough guys like Old Guy Carnivore unable to resist the jackassery of his critics.
I hope Amanda reconsiders. If they are able to succeed in running her off, that means they've won. It also means that the people Amanda inspires will lose access to her wisdom borne of experience.

Larry, I echo all you have said and more. Just know I love Carnivore Quest and Carnivous me, Intentional Carnivore etc. I am obese and have lost almost 100 pounds. I also started at 360 plus, and yes Amanda it was a struggle to wipe my own butt as you have said. I understand the heartache all too much.
