    I'm sure everyone here will agree that Max should go much lighter and much lower. Eddie you know that technique trumps poundage. Is everything about showmanship, Ed, you are making it to hard on him. He is your Son at the end of the day.

      It would certainly be interesting to see this kid in the future. The squats for example, from a technical view, the form is seriously lacking. That’s not to take anything away of course, and the interesting factor will be, if this kid grows up as strong as his dad or at least competition level on a global scale then we can say that technique isn’t everything. Me personally though would never get my kid to lift heavy with poor form because I did as an adult and have caused permanent injury.

    Sending Prayers to Maxes joints😂 Knees caving in on the squats and no ROM on the leg press. Pretty clear he struggles with the weight. Think Eddie cares more about his son looking strong instead of the damage awful form does to his joints.

    Really awesome to see Max training hard. I'm sure he'll end up being a monster like his Dad when he grows up 💪
    If I was going to give any criticism at all, I'd try and get max to go a bit deeper on the Leg Press by putting his feet a little lower and having his knees track out to the sides a bit more. You can sure lift a lot of weight with that ROM but I feel he may be losing out on some strengthening in the lengthened position for his quads and glutes, the lengthened position is also quite good for hypertrophy too.
    Keep up the awesome work Max 💪👏

  • @Liam301987
    @Liam301987 Місяць тому

    Watching your knees buckle like that under that squat was worrying.
    Your muscles are strong enough to lift that weight but your frame isn't ready. I would focus on KneesOverToes style training to strengthen your frame rather than doing this style of training. I'd say that to anyone but particularly someone your age. You are clearly going to put up beastly numbers eventually, suffering a serious injury because you pushed too hard too early would be tough on you. Really surprised Eddie is letting you do it like this tbh. If you do keep going like this, I hope I'm wrong. Best of luck
