I'm scared of Max's strength when he grows older.
If he somehow gets stronger than his dad was in his prime I’m gonna have a panic attack watching his best lifts in the future.

Why? Shotput is Max best sport what he can do! Fast hand like he's dad have and big strong body. Its totally waste if Max go strongman... Strongman is stupid sport. I ve been strongman and my best deadlift is 400kg raw. Really Eddie put your son training shotput i want see big throws. Max can do it!
People that worry about max getting injured just relax,he has his dad,luke and a gym full of men and woman that know what is safe and what is not.
Sometimes ego takes over. His dad is a pro, which means ultra competitive.
U think everyone in gym is watching him to.make sure he dies it right 😂😂😂😂. Fact is he is doing alot if stuff wrong
@@moneymaster4812 not once did i say that everyone was watching him,also if the gym thought max was in any danger trust me they would say do you not think? Maybe you should go to the gym and tell eddie,max,luke and the manager of the gym of your concern,i am sure eddie and luke guide make in his form all the time,remember that we only see a small section of the workout.

@@OP-Liftergonna be honest tho, if he ends up surprising us one day and somehow fuckin manages to deadlift that much (just like how Eddie proved everyone wrong and was the first man to ever deadlift 500kg) it would be insane as hell if max somehow manages to do the same thing with like… 550kg or some shit
Now it obviously seems unlikely, but who knows? He really could have the potential to surprise us one day, only time can tell I guess 🤷♂️

cant wait to see max when he as that drive in him. Atm i don't think hes pushing hard enough. But that will come with time. Probily 13/15 will start seeing some serious gains.

Max doesn’t seem to be doing full lockout/extension and hold with the deadlift. I don’t know for sure but I wonder if this could cause problems cause then those muscles are under strain for longer cuz if you fully lockout it rests the weight more on your skeleton.

I'm not going to kiššašš but @1:28 Max is bending his back regardless if he's wearing a belt. Yeah, he can lift it but if he doesn't fix his form, he will have his back messed up and to top it off, he is still growing. His back and bones will give up in a very young age.

That's a good question for Eddie as a dad . . . do you hope your son will be taller than you? I didn't beat my pops, neither did my brother, but my nephew is probably going to smoke his dad and my godson definitely outgrew his dad. Do dads hope for that for their sons, or do they still want that little bit of dominance?
dominance doesnt come from height, its earned!
I think Max will be taller than Eddie as both his parents are tall and he is already 5”7 at 11 so above average height so on track to be a giant as an adult.

I hoped that the deadlift might be different as it's Eddie Hall. But here we go again! Awful technique displayed by the kid and no one is correcting him. Lower back bent over as he starts to pull! The pull downs were even worse. Arse jumping in the seat, legs not stabilised, bouncing around all over the place. These videos are great for showing new comers how not to train.
Not trying to hate on max but if u got another 11 year old on same diet they would be lifting similar people just think hes gonna break world records when were just gonna have to see and find out when hes like 15 we will see
