Have you heard of HowToBasic?
@@jobansand ft HowToBasic
haha
Here’s very brief breakdown on the proper technique for each obstacle. I didn’t cover all of the ones on the kids course because I have never done any of those and they aren’t official obstacles. Also I do ninja warrior on this UA-cam channel and you can check it out if you want. (This took a while btw)
5:50 you want to run across that quickly either with your feet pointing outwards. Also make sure to keep your chest foward so you don’t fall backwards.
7:40 you want to do that one with your legs strait and your arms out to balance you. Also you can do it duck footed too which is what I usually do.
9:10 that’s not a real obstacle so I have no clue how to do it.
12:51 you did that right but you can also take 3 steps on each one if you want to be cautious.
13:08 nice job shuffling across but I really recommend going faster if you use that technique. Never do this one with your feet directly forwards because you’ll probably fall.
13:11 rock your hips hips to the the swing side to side and also when you reach to the next one pull backwards on the one behind you get get momentum.
13:55 you want to cat hang each bar and that means to clamp the bar with your feet but have your feet at about waist height so you don’t slip off.
14:30 push your waist forwards to go forwards on the rings and when you have to go up on the lip you want to drive your knees upwards and pull with your upper body.
14:50 you want to face foward and put your hands and feet against the wall. This one is hard to explain but you can see this on the tv show.
15:20 run as fast as you can and get your first step as high as you can on the wall. When you get to the point where you can run up it anymore you want to push upwards and reach for the top.
@@MiloDoesNinjaWarrior nobody asked for that, stop spamming just to attract people to your channel
When you dump all of your points into strength and leave one for agility.
Lol
underrated hahahahahahahahahahahaha
His agility is impressive for that weight
This made me laugh more than it should have. Well played Luke
Basic HeroQuest rules: don't have your barbarian jump pits and traps...
Eddie running through these obstacles is better than any professional safety inspection money can buy.
When he was on the monkey bars, I was thinking "I hope whoever designed those built them strong enough for freaks of nature over 350 lbs. who could actually support their own weight." I don't think they were supposed to sag like that.
I want to see Eddie, bryan, Rob and Nick do this together haha
oh that would be great
Yea thatd be awesome
That would be awesome but i can't help fearing for an injury on nick :D

Pole dancing.

Year 2(because it’s the uk)
And very dehydrated...
You made me laugh out loud.
Eddie: Grabs a wall.
Building: *falls apart*
He sounds like a machine releasing steam when he really puts a lot of effort into something, what a man
Because he is...lol
It’s surprising he didn’t break half of the equipment lmao
Who tf is dr swole
Purelifting no idea 🤷🏻♂️
He could've leg pressed the two walls apart
AlecTyssen easily lol
@@alectyssen2118 I was waiting for a wall to slowly start tipping over, into a dominos situation
Considering what he's trained his body for, which is to lift crazy amounts of weight... he is surprisingly agile. I also just rate how open he is too trying everything, seems a top guy.
He used to be a champion swimmer
I am more suprissed that he has the stamina to do it XD
WSM is actually really athletic with quite a bit of agility and stamina related events.
he has an excellent body - I don't think there are many people like who is built like him - athletic through the roof
It's not only to lift it, but to lift it quickly, most of the time, so it's not SO surprising, but is impressive nevertheless. For big guys the main limitation is the cardio and not really power.
Not gonna lie, the monkey bars was ridiculously impressive, having the upper body strength to carry 170kg across.
What do you mean upper strength lmao these guys are all strength, have you seen the shit they lift with their upper bodies?? The Austrian oak is 400lbs that's Eddie's old strongman weight and they lift it over their heads.
@@stpbasss3773 Lifting it above your head and swinging your body across the bars are completely different things.
Mind you, all that with a ripped off bicep.
Pancouver venguins theyre still specific movements. Calestenics make you strong in a different way than weight lifting. They both have advantages and disadvantages
@@PremonitionGamingVid you use a ton of biceps on monkey bars
My gf came in while I was watching this and said: "Look at Kung Fu Panda go"
The fact alone that Eddie is that agile for his size is unbelievable lol. I'm surprised that most of the equipment didn't cave in on him lol.
you call that agile ? LOL
@@u982245 for someone that weighs 170+kg it is
@@u982245 For his weight yes. Obviously it's not compared to a 12 stone person.
Peter Rayhan compared to everyone else his weight he is very agile though. Most 170kg people can’t walk easily let alone do a course like this.
@@meonyoutubenow sorry who are you and what have you achieved? Worry about your own life before you start lecturing people who have actually amounted to something more than a keyboard warrior.
Eddie: "my pal has the mentality of a three year old"

Manumusic exactly!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ninja warrior course was like "I'm going to try Eddie Hall, wish me luck"
I'm surprised the chains held.
Strength to weight ratio is definitely a thing for ninja stuff. Being strong and lightweight makes these courses so stupidly easy compared to the agony you guys are going through. That being said yall did great :)
I like how he’s secure enough about himself and his skills that’s he’s comfortable and willing to try things he’s knows he won’t be great at. Amazing personality
When you put all your points in the wrong skill line
You some kind of God?
Haha best way of putting it
Who said it was wrong though??
Samuel Petrowitsch no he’s the god of gods
@@lemack677 one could say the one above all 😄
Next challenge: Eddie tries horse riding, but the horse is on Eddie’s back
Technically speaking that is horse's eddie riding...
That would be funny
One of the really old competitions had them do laps with a vw bug body strapped to them.
Horse, back riding
That would be called Eddie riding
Eddie's upper body strength is impressive. He did the monkey bar really well for his size, the loops, too. And when running up the ramp he pulled himself up at the end with like a champ.
9:49 lol he's literally steaming
For someone who is nearly 400lbs, this is pretty impressive
For a 250 lbs guy that would be impressive. What Eddie did for his weight is literally unheard
@@sbsid1994 it's a record of the world! To see..
Most people around that range are usually morbidly obese. Luckily for Eddie, he's just morbidly o-beast.

Eddie trie mma
Anyone else picturing Eddie in a tutu right now😂
Yes... how do we get him to do it? He’s going to find out how hard it is being graceful... his calves are going to be screaming from the torture of some of the stuff they do at 175kg... the lifting will be a sinch though for him
Well that's actually pretty possible since ballet mostly use leg strength
His weight is his biggest disadvantage in these types of sports. But he is still doing... respect 🙏🏻 🫡
Eddie *breaths*
Also Eddie:"that must be a world record" 😂😂
As clumsy as Eddie seems, if you think about it, he’s actually quite agile for someone of his stature 😂
Yes
Hes a hell of an athlete
Strongmen in general are pretty inhuman. The top strongmen weigh 140-200kgs but move around like they're half that WITH weights are often twice their bodyweight... that itself is ridiculous. That's why I love strongman, They aren't just strong - they are some of the most impressive athletes the world has ever seen.
@@generalmaul4615 I agree, though I have noticed a somewhat strong decline of running/speed events like the super-yoke and loading medley.
8:46 was legit
The "Wrecking Ball" obstacle had me crying.. this is why I watch these! Eddie, your humor is just as strong as you man!
For a man of his stature and body form, its impressive that he can do that much
It’s actually really impressive how Eddie could do all this being he’s almost 400 lbs. he has incredible grip
Strider no it isn't.
Yeah i was thinking the same THE BEAST💪🏻
Yeah no joke that was amazing to watch but what else can we expect from the beast
"a world record, a record of the world for everyone to see" *smiles like a 3year old

This is absolutely mind blowing. Never in a million years would I have thought a strongman could do this. I mean seriously, I know he's strong but to be agile at that size on top of his strength is just beyond my imagination!
Just finished the video: This is one of the most impressive physical feats I've seen.
He was a Champion swimmer & has participated in other sports, Eddie's an all around athlete as well as a BEAST. Indomitable
