A lot nicer drum kits then tama has out right now I was thinking of getting a new set of starclassic but with the ugly colors I will be looking at the pearl kits now
These drums are beautiful like a piece of Fine Furniture. You could set these up in your living room next to your couch and it would be part of your living room decor.
To me this sounds like a total insult, but you're right.
That’s exactly what I did. Lol
These two guys are drum video masters.....so comfortable in front of the camera....articulate....great vibe.....and I love Pearl drums.
I've never been brand specific when it comes to drums but I am always blown away by Pearl. I have yet to own a Pearl kit but I know that when the time comes to upgrade to something better than my midrange kit, it is very likely that I'm going with Pearl.
Same here. I am a little bit brand specific only considering Tama, Yamaha and Pearl when looking for a kit but when I upgrade I will most likely go with Pearl too. The sound of their drums is just outstanding and they look the best to me.
I love Pearl....and their maple gum kits are some of the best sounding kits out there. Absolutely beautiful sounding drums.
That Cain & Abel kit is so awesome looking!!
I suggest the colour on the heritage recipe kit is butternut squash.
Really liking the look of the gloss natural Session Studio Select, I was originally a big fan of the crimson burst but I think that's my new favorite!!
I remember Pearl in the 80's. They and Tama were 'The Drum's'. Now when you see pro big bands playing, you hardly see Pearl.....or Tama....or Ludwig... ect.
9 times out of 10 it's a DW kit.
Cause they the best.
Tama and Pearl are mostly popular with Thrash/black/death metal bands with a reason.
Define best? I choose drums because of their sound. Measuring quality of drums isnt possible.
DW, like Gibson, is way overpriced. The drums sound thin and weak without mics and eq. I used to own a Collector Series and I've owned a Pearl Masters MMX. The Masters put the DW CS to shame. I'd never spend my money on that crap again.
Wow, we actually got some close ups of some of the product?! You should’ve had this same person film the other videos as well! Lol
I'm just wondering how many different brand kits have you used for your solo album, Nick? It's awesome you've got lots in your arsenal!
On his band, I've seen him playing on Mapex, DW Collector and DW Acrylic, And Sonor custom built him a monster set for Big Big train last year. Nice
@@dilankarun9172 wow. Matched by his incredible talent, humbleness and just an overall people person. What a role model!
What finish is that Maple Gum kit? Gorgeous!
it looks like Strada red to me
A lot nicer then the ugly new tama colors
What a surprise, Pearl is bragging again
