I think it’s important to keep in mind that everyone’s different, there’s more than enough people thriving on fruit and oatmeal for breakfast because they don’t crave savory salty things all day long. I personally do better with eggs, avocado and a strip of bacon in the morning, yet 1 of my sons and my husband happily make it through a whole morning at school and work on a huge jar of overnight oats. There’s no one size fits all.
I eat breakfast everyday. But in perimenopause you must have protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs. I can have carbs but I eat complex carbs and I'm slim. I'm not low carb but having breakfast is a must for me..everyone is different.

Hi hermosa! Im trying to IF and I get hungry and leave carbs. It takes alot to not fall and make a wiser decision on my breakfast choice. My question is... will adding coconut oil to my black coffee in the mornings, break my IF ? IF not, will it help to IF a bit longer?
sooo true I can be looking so good when I dont eat breakfast. Sometimes im hungry after the gym but when I eat breakfast no heavy carbs I still feel so bloated. Im over it, its like I only can eat salad around 3pm to look my best smh its so frustrating.
@dime12345 Have you tried a probiotic? I started taking Seed, and I rarely bloat anymore. There are many probiotics in the market that are less expensive as well.

Mayra!! I am only 5 feet tall. I eat close to NO CARBS AND NO SUGAR and have for almost 4 solid years. But because I’m so short I store excess fat so easily. I gained 9 pounds recently just by going from OMAD to 2 meals a day 🫠

Hi not first thing in the morning I don't know if Your Vegetarian or vegan but I'm a meat eater personally so a simple breakfast like Eggs which is protein and some bacon or sausage but fir weight loss as a whole just eating low carb will keep Us all from being diabetics and oatmeal is very high in carbs
My husband and I share 6 eggs bacon avocado yogurt almost everyday. My mom who is diabetic and in her 70s says we’re going to have a heart attack if we keep eating eggs….. then I go to her house and there’s diet Snapple, Gatorade and diet pop….Dr even told her to have yogurt instead of cereal….
Please lower the volume of the music. I have a hard time listening to what you're saying with the background music. I tend to check out of videos that have "loud" music next to your voice

I just don't agree with fasting in the morning. You sleep 8 hours, then how many more hours without eating? Five? Six? Thirteen or more hours where you eat nothing? That's not healthy, in my mind. You just HAVE to know your foods. Skipping breakfast is not the answer. MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎁⛄
Actually it is the answer. It's amazing what fasting can do for your body. Check out the book by Dr Jason Fung. It will blow your mind esp for any type of diabetes. It's not hard. It's actually natural. 3 meals a day is marketing not nature. But it's your body...you do you.
Have eggs and chaffles cooked purple onions jam like and two TBS of avocado spread sometimes with bacon. Egg shake are good in the morning with fats and strawberries blueberries bananas almond milk ties hunger until dinner time depending on how many eggs you put and fats. I put 3 and 3 fats and fruits like strawberry's and blueberries helps not spike sugar banana not so much if put with berries but everyone's body is different have to use your intuition

I went from OMAD to eating 2 meals. You are so right. When I eat an apple first thing, I have the munchies all day.

I try to eat low to no carbs before bed but I always tend to get low blood sugar. Trying to figure out what insulin to take is so frustrating!

You can intermittent fast for 16 hours. The smaller your eating window, the better. You can have an eating window as big as 8 hours, or as low as 1.
