Actually for the horde players, the Hand of Justice (+20AP, chance on melee) is only secondary BiS, the Rune of the guard captain is better (+20AP, +1%hit chance) and it is a quest reward obtainable at lvl 47 from the hinterlands.
Nice for those new to the class. Abit offsetting that you use some item links from retail and some from classic (stats like on the xbow 11 dps?) and hand of justice is really not bis for hunters at all. Get 2 tarnished elven rings instead
Good video but bis gear pre raid is Def not hand of justice. Better going with the trink from elite quest in hinterlands. Also best chest is prob savage gladiator chain from brd arena.
Also, once you get Scorpid sting and Viper Sting, never use serpent sting again until 60 imo. For leveling Scorpid sting melee mobs, viper sting caster mobs. Serpent sting just doesn't do enough dmg for the mana cost and most the time mobs die before serpent sting completes its duration. Also, Serpent Sting a mob, removes any chance of ccing that mob if needed. In addition, Scorpid sting against melee mobs reduces both the dmg the mob does and chance it has to crit, which reduces downtime of having to mend pet or even having to rez pet, as the pet will take less dmg when it tanks a mob with scorpid sting.
Chris Herrick Why would you use viper sting on a caster if you can kill him faster than he’ll take to empty his mana bar anyway ? Also, depending on the casters and on the +magic resistance you give to your pet, you might be worse of having him melee you than use spells. That’s especially the case for most elites.
Decent binds but screen zoom in out is already default bound. So i usually do mouse wheel down as pet return. And leave mouse wheel up as screen zoom in. Its helpful.

I switched to marksman at 60 for required raid spec but i raided Molten Core the same week I hit 60 so its really personal choice as to when you switch. No one will complain that you are doing LBRS and UBRS And strat / scholo as Beast Master if your DPS is high.
They don't "interrupt" spellcasting. Cat's just have the fastest attack speeds and the frequent attacks aid in spell pushback on casters, slowing their ability to cast.
What do you mean AT LEAST 9% hit cap. 9% is the hit cap. Any more than that and you're wasting item slots where you can have other stats instead of hit. Edit: You also never showed raid rotations.
If you are wearing tarnished ring x 2, blackcrow, truestrikes, devilsaur set, rune of the guard captain and windreaver greaves, you will exceed 9% if you are wearing the other BIS items, such as Mask of the Unforgiven. Not to mention Slashclaw bracers. Yes 9% is cap..

OMG! You don't talk at all about the fact that we have to go out and manually learn Bite, Charge, Claw in order to teach them. That's HUGE!
Indeed. It does take time to learn each class of pet if you want higher ranking abilities. I stick with a cat and upgrade claw as I go.

He also says nelf has no contributions to pve when they have increased base agi as well as 1% inc dodge

The most fun part? Definitely kill lots of mobs til getting the pet quests. Pretty much the only way to win.
