I have a bunch of these feathers on my Alliance toon L43ish and I’ve never been to Feralas. I believe they can drop off any buzzard-type of mob starting around Badlands/Arathi levels.
SodaDK aahh wowhead. The beauty of vanilla was no one knew and anything white u kept anyway... 1 main along with bank alts to cap char per server was how pros did it hahaha
One item you could add to this list is Small Furry Paw. They drop off cat beasts. Used exclusively for Darkmoon Faire. Not that hard to get but they'll be worth something when it comes.
Volatile Rum is another item that I don’t believe was mentioned. It drops off pirates in STV and Tanaris. It’s used for Engineering (Goblin Rocket Fuel) and a cooking recipe as well, I believe.
Damn I was farming light feathers. I had over 220 eggs farmed in a few hours. I cooked them all for the small (few silver) extra id get over vendoring. I wasted time and money...friend.
Alchemy and Herbalism, I was in that boat; I got up there and people really liked the Major mana potions. Being an Undead Mage people also paid gold for portals to Undercity after dungeon instances.

Sell the giant eggs on the neutral auction house and get higher value for them. Plenty of people don't come prepared for the cooking quest and would rather buy in Gadgetzan's AH than hoof it back to a capital city.
Actually Fused Wiring was farmable from Target Dummies when you placed them, waited 10-15 sec until they broke down and then could loot part of its materials back and at around 10-15% chance a Fused Wiring, but its not happening in Classic, I reported it many times during beta. I made good money in vanilla... also works on prv servers. This is how I farmed them for repair bots
