The 6-minute hypnosis at the start (STAGE #1) is there to help you fall asleep within the first 10-minutes of the lucid dream inducement (STAGE #2). It's therefore recommended that you listen to STAGE #1 before every session until you're confident that you can fall asleep without it, in which case just click on the annotation at the start to skip straight to the induction. The reason you have to sleep within 10 mins of STAGE #2 is so that the peak of your REM sleep/dream activity syncronizes with the triggers/affirmations at 1:11:28 secs.
STAGE #1 has the added benefit of providing several affirmations to prepare your mind for lucidity; "Tonight I will lucid dream", "I am the master of my dreams" etc. (see below)
The first 65 minutes of STAGE #2 will guide your brainwaves into a deep Delta sleep, while the remainder will transition your mind into Theta, the state in which REM sleep and dreams (at their peak intensity) occur. From 65 mins of Stage #2 onwards, there will be a number of affirmations designed to trigger lucidity. You are advised to skip to these now so that you can adjust volume levels accordingly. (1:11:28 secs )
It is important to develop the habit of performing 'reality checks' throughout the day as the affirmations will prompt you to perform these in your dream. Of course you may even trigger lucidity without this audio - but this is just a tool to help you speed up the process. The key to getting results is persistence.

I need to tell something.
2 years ago I was having a lot of lucid dreams. I was having 12-13 lucid dreams per month. But then something changed and I lost my talent on lucid dreams.
I wanted to start again. But I just couldn't. I watched videos. I listened I dosers and subliminals to be in a lucid dream again. Non of them worked.
Then i saw this video. I ONLY listened once. The first night I listen to this, I had a lucid dream.
Thank you. And I want to send a message to my dreams and my subconscious
I'm BACK BITCHES.
You need to believe that your "dreams" are just as real as this current reality.
If you truly believe in it you will have lucid dreams you couldn't even have imagined before.
I'm talking about having the sense of smell, taste, feel and seeing just like in this current reality. And after some time your dreams will feel so damn long you'll think an eternity has passed but when you wake up it'll only be 1-2 hours that passed.
@@endoftime0 Oh thanks. Is it possible to spend days or weeks in a lucid dream. Or can I create my desire reality in lucid dream. Like a movie?
@@sillylittlelily8891 Yes it's absolutely possible, you can even create "another life" in your lucid dream where you head back to every night but I wouldn't recommend cause it's actually dangerous.
But the key point is to really believe in it without having any contradictory thoughts about it.
@@endoftime0 you literally made me cry by happiness. Thank you so much. God bless you ♥️♥️♥️
@@endoftime0
old comment but how can it be dangerous?
Met a dark entity in the astrals. Got in my face. Told it "namaste", swept the leg, and gave him a Cleveland Steamer

I listened to this while doing homework. Then it started trying to tell me "this is a dream" So i'd reply back "no, this is a nightmare"

i finally managed to get lucid for the first time!! i got so excited that i woke up quickly, tho. but never mind, i finally had my first lucid dream!! I've been trying for months, thank you so much!!
Nice, Can you tell what's worked for you?
I might try this tomorrow night... these comments are freaking me out lmao.
Remarkable. This is the first program that really WORKED. I hit lucidity by 54 minutes before the last affirmations. My subconscious mind is sensitive so the first affirmations were sufficient. I discovered some things down there that I have been repressing. You better do some mental and emotional detoxing before you listen to this program. Thank you
Thanks for the notice that it’s real
How did you know it was 54 minutes?
@@SpideyMJ thats what i’m wondering 💀
I was hungry when I did this and had a dream that I was eating a giant marshmallow . When I woke up I had a stomach ache and my pillow was gone!!
lmaooo umm lol I wonder where did that pillow go lol
ewww that's disgusting.....why would u defecate on your pillow then put it in the toilet...

Makes me fall asleep in less than ten minutes every time. What forces me into sleep is mainly that moment after three or four minutes when the rain sounds stops and there's like a deep silence for a few seconds. I feel like I'm sinking into my bed, like it's sucking me in. Weird weird feeling.
I have this often, if I listen to guided meditation and it stops at the end, their is a weird deep silence and I will gradually come round and remeber I was listen to something, it's quite nice
I listened to this just to go to sleep, and I had the most vivid dreams ever! Not lucid because I haven't mastered not waking up when I realise I'm dreaming but still... very enjoyable dreams. Thanks for the beats :)
Lol yall are taking this way too seriously, the idea is to relax. Don't focus so hard on chilling the fuck out that you aren't chilling the fuck out. just fall asleep, while listening. That's all you have to do.
Nah dude, shit don't worrrk! Tis nonsense! Smoke a few blunts! 🌿🌿☺✌
+Keith Park amen, only helped me recall a crazy dream one time
+Keith Park that's why it doesn't work for you, I recently stopped smoking and I have lucid dreams daily now
its true that not smoking weed will cause you to have more dreams, but why tf would you want to do that
Timothy Pringle well depending on the Dreams and Person. I only Dream Things i remember when i smoked weed before Sleeping aß well aß it helps my sensitivity with bineural beats saying it makes Them Work 😂

I have been trying to lucid dream for about a year now. And last night I had my first lucid dream for a moment before my wife woke me up where I knew that I was dreaming and I flew. It was magical beyond magical or was awesome. I have tried other videos but this worked!
what do you do to have a lucid dream? please answer step by step I´ve been trying for 1 year but I sleep deeply or just hear this sounds awake, ty
All you mockers are missing out. I lucid dream on a daily basis listening to guided meditations such as this one. I haven't this one yet, but it is very similar to the one I use. Lucid dreams are worth it so keep trying if you would like to experience this. I have had no nightmare lucid dreams. It's been very liberating and exciting!
I had a dream while listening to this that I was at my house and everyone else in the world disappeared. I panicked and kept pacing around, until I decided to take off my clothes and urinate in my backyard. Interesting.
Maybe u just had to use the washroom 🤔
listened to this and had a dream that i was in an apocalypse except it was scary af so i thought to myself in my dream “i don’t wanna dream of this ima just wake myself up” and I WOKE UP and i deadass sat up in bed and looked around my room like wtf just happened 😅 definitely trying this again
This is the only video that makes my dreams become more vivid each time! I always come back to it because it helps me dream each time
I got a dream, lucid dream and then an OBE all at the same night. Thanks!

Bro, still have to keep the volume all the way down in the first 15 seconds or else I’m jolted into consciousness. It’s a go to, been using this video off and on for 6 or more years
For anyone new to this, meditate throughout the day so you can get use to the numbness.

This is one of my favs right now, I love the stages and the affirmations in the beginning to get you prepared as well it's a perfect method, Amazing! Are there other ones like this journey, but with music instead of rainfall or nature sounds? I'd love to hear one like that and longer if possible.
WARNING: I’ve never really tried to lucid dream before this.. I managed to slide into the “Goldilocks zone” my very 1st time listening to this!! But when I recognized my shift from regular conscious visuals (like the ones ur imagination makes when u day dream) to actual lucid dreaming. I wasn’t able to wake up like all these other people commenting in the comments. I’ve had a couple “bad trips” on psychedelics.. they honestly pale in comparison to this. I felt like I suddenly woke up from the dream of normal life & became present in this other strange world. I could still hear the narration but it was coming from the dream people & when I wanted it to stop, everyone’s demeanor changed to very happy but in a terrifying sinister way. Like I fell for it & now that I was here, I was trapped at their whim. Worst part was when I woke up on my couch & I started crying & my dad heard me & came in the room to calm me down. He was teasing me a bit but in a funny way to get me to smile, as a way to shake it of. I did manage to laugh at something he said & was so happy & relieved... & then he had a little laugh.. he kept laughing.. About 7-8 seconds into him laughing, I FINALLY realize that he didn’t look exactly like my father. His teeth were yellow and his eyes were bloodshot & bulging as he locked eyes w me, laughing like a maniac. I got up to run & idk if he stabbed me or just grabbed me or maybe he didn’t touch me at all(I think he cut me out stabbed me though)… anyways I remember that’s when I could see the whole room from a birds eye/3rd person view & I remember time just stopped and within a couple seconds, we basically melted/evaporated until it was all white. Then I finally woke up.
Most terrifying experience I’ve ever had. Not even close to anything. Ive barely slept the past 72 hrs bc I’m so worried it might take me back there.
do you feel any better now? you experienced a false awakening and for some reason they always seem extremely sinister. I hope you feel better now!
Dude feel sad for you😮,Are you okay now?
You mentioned that you wanted narration to stop,I think you got into a lucid nightmare😊
This is the real deal, I have been practicing LD for a while, I tried this clip back to back and it work both times, You have my vote.. I have been using different methods and some a little but this one is awesome, thanks.

Izzy Harwood cool
Worked, had a dream where my Apple Watch was a teleportation device and it was the fanciest thing in its time
oh my God!!! this is awersome. I had lucid dreams before, but till now I wasn't able to controle what I am dreaming. I have to mention that I have lucid dreams only when I'm sleeping during the day. I had a bad experience 2 weeks before, I tried many times to wake up from a dream and I couldn't so I started to search on the internet and found this kind of videos. in my case are very useful. I'll try to have more complicated lucid dreams. by now I achieved : flying intentionally, jumping on the bed, after "waking up" in the dream I jumped in the bad to see if there is gravity, after that I wished to see my cat and played with it. ( I gave her a year before and I haven't seen or dreamed it) and I put myself to sleep again just to wake up. For the first time I remember the whole dream. Probably u don't care but just wanted to share this
I don't even need something like this. I almost lucid dream when i try but get scared.
1. I lay in my bed on my back, arms against the side of my body.
2. I lay for a while with my eyes closed. Being careful to not fall asleep
3. After a few minutes I roll my eyes crazily for a few moments, it helps, but may feel weird. Try it right now actually, lay down and just roll your eyes with your eyelids shut.
4. After sometime of laying COMPLETELY STILL, (no leg adjusting, no slight head turning) I begin to feel weird, and that's when it gets trippy
5. I feel like my mind is slowing down... you have to experience it to know what i mean.
6. I begin to imagine anything... just anything a beach, the outside, even hell one time.
7. Whenever I start to think of something, something random and scary always happens. And I endure it for a while but it gets too damn threatening.
For example last night, I was dreaming and usually i think of spinning things like my fan to help me dream so I did this night. Because my fan is on the ceiling I immediately thought of my ceiling, but hell, when I did, I saw myself in my bed as if i was an eye watching from the ceiling right above it. My bed started spinning because I was still thinking of a fan. (I always laugh about this part) I said to myself while I was seeing the bed spinning to not think of hell, because my eyes panned out and i was seeing the whole room now. As i was thinking of not thinking it, (no shit) I thought about it. My floor started to crack and glows of red were coming out from them, and then... my floor shattered and my bed wall falling down this HUGE hole. My god, it was an orange red, all around, if i looked around I could see lava surrounding the hole. I was falling and falling and it kept thinking of hell, so I imagined souls and hands and bodies started reaching out of the walls of the hole trying to grab me. I was scared beyond measure and at this point wanted it to stop, but it continued and I saw my bed falling and falling and before I reached the lava at the bottom, I made BIG efforts to wake myself up! Like, I actually believed I was about it fall into hell, it was so vivid! I was just watching my bed fall and I felt my hand in the real world trying to lift itself so I could beat my face to wake up, but i was still paralyzed. I tried to move my entire body but, (gah, it still makes me mad that my mind failed me) nothing happened. So I plunged into hell and I saw myself screaming in my dream, splashing around in the lava like it was water. It didn't hurt or course... I was dreaming... but it felt like it should enough for my body to finally wake up after struggling.
Yup. All 4 real.
same thing i do to have lucid dreams. most of the time it works
"Try it right now. Roll your eyes with your eyelids shut." :') What is wrong with you
Fuckin dumbass
Lol
I never fell asleep, but was very relaxed and started hearing the ocean in my head at about 20 minutes.

I woke up in the morning from a dream, I don’t remember it anymore but I can just remember it was nice. My airpods were beside me and I didn’t remember listening to this until I went to UA-cam and it said fully watched
My results are as follows:
I took a nap in the middle of the day while listening to this video. I did have my dreams, but I was not able to take control of it. The interesting thing is that my dream self told me this was a dream, but I didn't take control of it, and the dream continued normally. That night, I tried again and this time I was successful. When I become lucid, I appear to always start in my own bedroom and I have to successfully exit my home (through a door or a window) to actually get anywhere in the dream. I was in the middle of my dream when I suddenly woke up. It was 4am. I never wake up at 4am unless I have some sort of alarm! I noticed the video had ended and I assume I woke up for that reason. I went back to sleep with the video playing again but I did not become lucid. I'll try another binaural beats video and see the results...
+Empherial did it work?
+Empherial astral projection - read about it :-)
+Empherial This has happened to me every time I've became lucid. I wake up in my room, which I always think I'm in reality, but when I leave my room, thats where my dream starts to kick in. But I'm always so confused because waking up in my room, I just assume I'm in reality and never acknowledge that I'm dreaming until a few seconds before I actually realize it's just a dream and then wake up
+Jason Trandahl lol we freaking same, i ever feel i woke up n then walk to the bathroom, and take a bath then i wake up in my room again then i realize its so annoying then i walk again to the bathroom and take a bath then i wake up again lol feel so real, sometimes when it goes, i just really confuse im in a dream or in reality
Check to see if a light is on somewhere, then if there is your lucid dreaming! It's something to do with the subconscious. Mind you I ain't sayin every time you see a light your dreaming, (or does it) especially in a bloody supermarket n freak out in front of the shop! Just to be clear! ✌☺
I listen to this every night and it helps me sleep, I have real bad insomnia. Yet ever since I found this I've been able to fall asleep within 10-15minutes and it keeps me asleep.
This is a fricken lucid dream video not insomnia helper thingy.
THIS IS GREAT!!!! I can finally get WET DREAMS!!! AND BE ABLE TO TAKE CONTROL!!!!! :D no more bullshit shitty ass dreams!!!

{Warning real small spoiler to Pokemon Alpha Sapphire ish}
So I had a dream about being Red from Pokemon origins and I was trying to find some bug/fire type accient Pokemon.. said something about a primal form and all I got from the discovery was Primal Kyorgre which of course is NOT a Bug/Fire type that I saw at first ... So I woke up and sighed " my dreams are still confusing asf "
I had to stop listening to this because voice synthesizers creep the fuck out of me ._.
Hahahahah they do sound creepy
I have been looking for this video for years…. So glad I’ve found it again. Used to watch it every night. 👍
I've been using this video the past month. It really helps me fall asleep fast in any state, even drunk state lol. My dream activity has been more active than before. I'm slowly gaining lucid control of my dreams. Really should use the voice overs of the male and female in other videos! Really helps a lot :) Keep it up!
I also want to say I've had these two very real dreams after I had woke up around 3am and drank a cup of coffee then decided to lay back down and put my earphones in and turn the video on. That seems to be the best time for me. When I attempt this at night when I go to bed I always fall asleep, but I have been having more vivid and so close to reality dreams then I ever did before. I'm also remembering them after waking up.
So what I suggest to anyone out there who really is serious about having lucid dreams and OOBE is to relax, turn the video on and just listen. Don't try so hard or give up so soon. Just go with it. Let the video do all the work. All you have to do is enjoy the experience.
The last thing I want to say is...
I have NEVER had a bad dream or felt scared! I have always felt so safe and secure! Like I said before, I wake up feeling like I was reborn! So Alive!. I pray all of you will have the same experience that I do. You deserve it. Don't give up!
I have read some pretty scary dreams in the comments, and have had some scary natural lucid dreams. From what you just said I have decided to liaten to it tonight.. i will message again when i wake up..
Oh shit, he's still asleep
Yup.
Kyle, how has the video been working for you?
It didnt work but yoi sjould try it.. everyones mind qorks differently.
This will work better if you just remember to say the affirmations in your head while falling asleep. This is creepy sounding I couldn't sleep with this
fell asleep within 10 minutes. the binaural beats feel amazing
Dude, I woke up for work with an alarm, turned it off and said "5 minutes more" then the guy goes "is this a dream? Do a reality check" I literally had an existential crysis while quickly checking the time on my phone and slaping my face to make sure I was awake. I can't skip work lmao.
finally someone who gets it. stop attracting what you don't want by focusing on it. You will feel uncomfortable, you will itch, you will want to move. Just fix it and believe fixing it will not effect or experience. Eventually you will stop noticing these things. If it happens get over it and don't make up the excuse that is why I messes up. Part of this process if changing your beliefs on what is possible. The doubts, worries, fears will just keep you from getting what you want out of this.
I would really like some answers. Everytime I listen to this I have a lucid dream in a dream. My lucid dream feels like an actual lucid dream, but then I wake up into a new dream in which I'm thinking about my lucid dream, or something from my lucid dream rolls over to the new dream. Secondly, my dream last night was very weird... In the lucid dream part I met someone.Dream: I am hanging out with a random person who in my dream is a new co worker. Something tips me off that I might be in a dream so I do a reality check. Lucid dream. I turn 5o this guy and tell him we are in a dream, and that I'll prove it by making the water on the table explode. He then agrees we are dreaming. This character doesn't feel like a normal dream character. Something is different. "Where are you from?" He replies "San Fransisco". "Tell me your full name" he replies "I can't tell you my full name." "Tell me tour full name.. We sharing a dream. I want to contact you and confirm this with you tomorrow. ". "I can't tell you my full name... Its not allowed." Then a name pops in my head and I say ir out loud "YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO KNOW MY NAME! IT'S NOT ALLOWED" then he disappears. Was I in a lucid dream? Or was it just a trick because it felt like a lucid dream in my other dream? Did I meet someone, or a trick of the brain? (I forgot the guys name) but remember where he's from lol
Everything makes sense
Sounds Really Trippy! :)

Omg that's crazy lol
It's been a long while, will try again tonight.
I was laying in my bed not moving an inch with my mind empty Just the sound, suddenly my hands start to feel really heavy and so do my feet, at this point i saw Light, even tho my room was dark and my phone's screens brightness at the lowest, at this point i told myself again, i Will be the master of mu dream. But suddenly i get a text, and all is lost. I Will try again this weekend and turn my Phone On silent. But thanks for posting this, it really seems to work and i believe after reading the internet about lucid dreaming, i Will have a lucid dream this weekend.
Thanks for uploading and reading :)

I listened to the first half hour of this lying in bed before I had to leave... that night I didn't have a lucid dream, but as I was falling asleep I heard the man's voice telling me something, very loudly and clearly. I was too tired to remember what it was, but I think he was giving me instructions....
JUST DO IT!! DONT LET YOUR DREAMS BE NON LUCID!

THIS IS THE GUY THAT TAKES THE BLUE PILL IN THE MATRIX
I was almost lucid dreaming. I was barely conscious the whole time, and I was aware that my arms and legs didn't feel like they were even there. I even practiced taking control of the things I saw in my mind before I started losing conciousness. Right before the second stage started I had a dream that I was kissing my conscious self goodbye and floating away, but something loud in the living room happened and felt like it snapped me back out of my dream. then the second stage started and it told me to do a reality check. I opened my eyes fairly easily but I was still in a state of sleep paralysis for a few seconds. when I was finally able to do a reality check, I counted my fingers (there were still 10) and the time was normal too. definitely trying this again tonight, it was the closest I've ever come to lucid dreaming.
Listening to Minecraft music before this really helps your brain calm down and prepare you for this.
hey who turned out the lights?
Cool! I just visited my grandma! Seems like i really miss her. My mom is abroad, but last night i've seen both together. So twisted, but i felt safe! Really helped reading comments. It happened to me before, but not like this. Thanks guys for sharing! I'll try it again tonight.

this is the 4th or 5th one i have tried and it worked,i was really suprised.i have been having lucid dreams for close to forty years.i try to fly to see if i'm dreaming or awake.u have to concentrate on what u want to do (such as flying) really hard.i think i developed lucid dreams as a defencive measure against the horrific nightmares i had.i have fought the devil himself in my dreams.
got to a point where I could see my room but then shadowy totemlike sprites jumbled around then my eyes twitched like crazy I felt them opening then just woke up with weird vision.
***** know how i can keep my eyes in check?
+Shawn Kwarta thats not sleep paralysis...
Batman The Superman Killer yooo where it like balls on top of each other????
Might be VS bro
This is interesting, boggles my mind. I am an avid lucid dreamer, naturally, due to finding a 'glitch in the matrix', something is impossible in reality and I notice it and know I'm dreaming. I have full control, I can fly, go places and do things. I have no idea, none, where to start with reality checks, like I don't even see how it could work for people but I guess it does.
Kyle Drewry
You are on of the few lucky natural lucid dreamers. The rest of us have to work hard at it
I've been having this problem lately where i become lucid while in the real world.
How indie of you...
Several lucid dream researchers have spoken of their lucid nightmares: bad dreams in which the dreamer is aware but loses the ability to willfully control events. The unconscious mind takes over and delivers a message to the dreamer in as much emotionally-wrenching graphic content as it deems necessary. A lucid nightmare.
I'm not talking about nightmares which turn into lucid dreams - or lucid dreams in which consciousness is lost and a nightmare takes over. This is a highly specific (and quite unusual) state of awareness in which we can learn a heck of a lot about our inner fears and repressions. Although possibly frightening, we can also take part in a kind of live dream (nightmare) interpretation and apply this knowledge to our waking lives.
At first, I got sleep paralysis. If you get this too, just stay calm, know that it is not real. Then, i started to lucid dream. I will definitely try this again, so worth the sleep paralysis. 😊
have ever tried making contact with another person's dream self?
Tavean Osborne Yes, many times when I'm lucid

wow I actually controlled my dream it started from sky-diving, to a car chase in a Hollywood movie, which skipped into a battlefield of me in a tank, then an airport drug bust!! but I was an magician and was able to trick the sniffer dogs away and then I jumped into a convertible Mercedes with this bangin Milf.... Then my brother woke me up :((((
Wow me too!!!!,actually when I wake up, I hope to see that I actually wrote this comment while being in a lucid dream.... See you in 8hours to confirm 😁😎👌👍👍
Irvin Bravo Op did not deliver
Op died.
Hey what the fuck. Are we astroll projecting or what!? I had the same funky dream too but instead i spent the whole time with the milf bangin in the back
@brainwave first I thought it wont work. With piles of disbelief I put earphones and went to my bed lying and kept listening with pure disregard of the waves. Don't know when I fall asleep but in the morning I realised I saw in my dreams, my school, hiking on everast, eating up mountain of bread and butter and ended up hugging and making out with my dream girl.
OMG!!!
This is so raw and I'm gonna use it everyday from now on. And my belief on the Internet things has been restored again. Thanks for the video team.
Dude. I slept while listening this.
Then I woke up (didn't see any dream) and I said "fuck it didn't work for me"
Then I woke up again...
Had a dream, stacks worth millions of dollars around me, bitches all around, lying in a Jacuzzi smoking expensive cigars and wearing gold chains...I woke up, still the same
It worked..i saw girls and a big red snake..it was all symbols... i was aware in my dream
I wish if i told them that i was dreaming
Last night I listened to this, earphones in, started video once I was fully relaxed and nodding off to another earlier video through quickly switching tabs. I woke up the next morning late for work, however when I woke up it was like my dream was reality and waking up was a dream.
Trippy to say the least! Definitely recommend! Stick with it if it doesn't work first time, there is definitely something in provoking a lucid dream!
how do you guys sleep with headphones? so uncomfortable
Ikr
put ur arm in a A shape and have ur side of of head in the space so the headphone on ur ear won't have force. I do this every night
Or use earphones
Bluetooth ;)
+Brayton Huntsinger I just blast this kind of stuff on my surround sound as I'm going to sleep xD Or just play it on my phone.
This is one of the best of these videos around. It honestly doesn't make me have lucid dreams or anything, but i get to sleep like a tired baby
Last night will have been my third consecutive night falling asleep to binaural tones, specifically lucid dreaming ones. I usually lay down around 2200, and wake up at 0100 to take off my headphones. But here's the thing. Now I remember why I stopped falling asleep to isochronic tones a couple years ago. My dreams have gotten progressively weirder over the past three nights, and last night was full blown nightmares. I kept waking up every 30 minutes after I took my headphones off. I got stuck in a loop where I thought I was having precognitive visions and hearing noises in my room. At one point I dreamed I had sleep paralysis, and it seemed like I was actually awake in my room hearing something right next to my bed. Turns out the whole ordeal was dreamed and was not an actual case of sleep paralysis. Never fucking again am I falling asleep to anything of this sort again. Listening to them during the day is okay, but listening to them as I fall asleep? Fucking negative. I got rid of my frequent nightmares(4~5 a week) once I started taking Prozac. I'm not letting something as simple as this bring them back.
+Paul J Nightmares are there to tell you something is wrong with your life, it's your subconscious telling you you have to do something, not take drugs.
BxPanda7 I was having nightmares due to stress/etc from severe anxiety and depression; the former stemmed from a chemical imbalance I've had pretty much since birth, and the latter from more recent events. I'm not just 'taking drugs'. Prozac has to be combined with psychotherapy to work effectively, and psychotherapy I've had plenty of. If I stated I got rid of my nightmares, then the natural conclusion would be that I did do something about it, which should've prompted you to reserve your comment, but hey, what could I possibly know? I'm just the affected person, not the fearless, all-knowing keyboard warrior who doesn't seem to believe in modern medicine.
Paul J I don't believe in modern medicine because it treats instead of curing. I have suffered from depression multiple time and i got out of it every single time on my own.
The chemistry in your brain really doesn't matter, it's how you take it that matters, because circumstances don't matter, only state of mind does.
BxPanda7 I chose to take Prozac to assist in my recovery, and I'm happy with the results. You do you, and I'll do me.

>Doesn't believe in modern medicine
this happened a lot when i just tried OBE at 1st but soon faced my fears after a few nights I finely built up the spunk 2 do so and faced my fear and when looked at the figure I seen myself now I can enjoy my dreams and just let them take me were every my mind wants 2 go... remember its a dream and ur mind that is controlling it so there should never be fear in your dream unless u wish for it... "YOU CONTROL YOUR MIND" say that out loud 5 times b4 sleep and enjoy the dreams ahead Enjoy and gl

Nice series, ty
All u need is the beginning paragraph - dream diary, reality checks (there are apps that remind u as often as u like like 'awoken' on your smartphone for FREE)
EVERYTHING about Lucid dreaming is free, its up to you if u buy self-help books but most decent ones are free as .pdf's anyway.
Its 1 of the most awesome things we can all do for free nd its valuable practice for the inevitable day we die.
I was Relaxing but suddenly homer of the Simpsons Springfield app was shouting: "hey! Hey!! Stop doing things and play with me!"
Worst thing ever happens to me :D
Also lucid dreams takes lots of attempts for things to go your way, when I was a kid I use to mistake my lucid dreams for nightmares because I didn't have full controll, but as I got older and got into opening my chakras I have full controll of my sleep state
Ditto. Full control for most dreams, if they get scary ive a way of waking myself up if I don't like the dream I'm in.
This is so sad I thought I was watching the video but I actually pressed an ad when I sat my phone down. I was wondering why this video was about making money 😂😂
I tried this and relaxing my muscles really helped when I woke up. I had fallen asleep around 20 secs before the end of the first segment. Unluckily, my sister woke me up after half an hour. -_- But I woke up and tried again and the second time I just stayed half asleep but once I got up I felt so relaxed. Almost the best sleep of my life ^_^
Im sooo pissed off.i share a room with my brother and i was 1hour in and hes on the ps4 and starts talking loud with his friends and i lose concentration :,,,,,(
Imagine sharing a room with 3 brothers...
No way dude!!!!!! Lmao the same thing happened to me yesterday 😂😂😂😂😂

@@MysticYusha whats funny is that this is my first time even being aware of these comments LMFAO
This is the best lucid dreaming tack I've ever used!I combined this with asmr to get me relaxed and then played this and I had a lucid dream first night.
im still working on my 1st lucid dream
None of the lucid dreaming things have worked for me yet but they do put me to sleep really fast.
trying to dream that a lost loved one is back with me for just one more day. this video had worked well for me in the past. wish me luck!
when I was using this my body felt like it was vibrating and that I was floating but I snapped out of it because I was too scared of going into a scary sleep paralysis !!!
Astral projection :D
ahhhh! scary but exciting!!
Axl Benavides lópez im scared to do that!
ant billionz
This actually works. Every people running down the comments don't get freaked out. If you sleep with no fear, you'll lucid dream. But f you remember the scary comments and then keep it in your mind, you are gonna suffer a nightmare or sleep paralysis. You will see a ghost sitting right above you and you can't move or make a sound. So, take all those negativities out of your mind and be ready to LUICD DREAM. HAPPY LUID DREAMING !!
