yo this actually worked for me. I tried it yesterday when i was taking my nap and i actually entered a lucid dream. I definitely recommend this to ppl who have a hard time lucid dreaming.

Came back to this comment three weeks later, I can kinda relate. So in the morning I have different alarms with different sounds to wake me up and make sure I don’t fall back asleep for too long. They’re all five minutes apart. So when I have a dream, it’s normally interrupted by my alarms. I normally just tell myself “go back to the dream, go back to the dream”. Then when I’m out of the dream, I get mad at myself for not trying to lucid dream. The other night I was having a dream about stranger things and witchcraft, the alarm thing happens again. But this time I’m awake enough to tell myself to lucid dream. So I visualized a sandy cave next to the ocean. It actually showed up but then it changed absolutely nothing to the plot of my dream. So.. -_-

I did it! I just had my first lucid dream! I “woke up” on my couch and someone was all up in my face and I told him to “go away, what are you doing in my dream” and swatted at his face. He backed up and i never saw him again. I wanted to fly but as I started to fly I think I lost control of the dream and started getting chased by some guy with a dark robe on and a animal skull(for a head), with a magical staff and I kept saying “stop I want to fly”
Meditation Vacation I guess my tip would be to do what the video says until you fall asleep. I dont keep a dream journal or anything but I have been getting in the habit of doing reality checks.

Some tips for all you beginners -don't eat anything 1 hour before bed -hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! -stay stationary and pretend without moving your fingers or hand that you are playing the piano and slowly allow that to become the start of your dream once you slowly feel like your slipping away to sleep. Breathe through your nose soft but in a controlled rhythmic pattern. This has increased my lucid dreams by loads and I've been trying for the longest time. happy dreaming everyone!

I had a dream when I was younger that I was being chased by chucky and he was killing me. The door to my eyeballs weren’t opening the door was locked. I could feel them flutter but they wouldn’t open shit scared me half to death

Wow first time I had lucid dream it was like I woke up in my dream and i knew I was dreaming. I started to take small jumps then I made bigger jumps across building where I live and each jump got bigger and bigger and I felt like I was floating it was amazing I hope I have another one tomorrow.
Ya i only did 5 times or so but i got lazy and didnt write in my dream journal. All them were by accient like i remeber seeing my family in one and then i realized it was dream. Yes! I’ve had these dreams several times. Jumping higher and higher each time I dreamt this leaping sensation. I never seemed to realize it wasn’t real, and that I was dreaming, but could make the concise effort to jump higher or stay in the air longer. It would start out as me jumping a few feet and then several feet and then over a house, then a neighborhood. I would often end up at a friends house in these dreams and try to show them how it was all possible. I had these dreams often for months, but haven’t had them in quite a few years. Does anyone reading this have any insight on how these dreams were triggered and how to start having them again?
"Get rid of all distractions" - *becomes very aware of the annoying sound my fan is making so turns it off* - *gets comfortable* - *cat starts meowing and shaking bedroom door* - *wakes up entire family screaming at cat*
Of course you can, but you should be careful to not overdo it. For example if you want to teleport then you shouldn't just visualize everything around you changing, but rather imagine a door appearing behind you that brings you there.
when i tried to lucid dream i kept getting "attacked" by memes and random discord messages that doesn't exist, like just a square floating image going and flying over to me and just filling up my vision, until i visualize a kind of "menu" and just press "reset" and finally they are gone, and then after that i just gave myself a hug and some pats for a few dozen minutes and then i woke myself up and went to youtube comments

my favorite thing about this meditation is that it doesn't even mention lucid dreaming until far in. there's no anticipation or disappointment, it's designed to get you to sleep, then trick your brain into consciousness. wonderful
I listened to this last night...and I had a Lucid Dream. I dreamt about being in Heaven, but I realized I was dreaming (not dead), and I hiked up a beautiful trail with glistening trails and waterfalls. I also summoned a jelly donut to eat; it was quite raw and doughy, but tasted good otherwise
BurningCayenne I couldn’t really control anything or the environment, but I could fly, and summon things. It was like hiking in real life, except my body didn’t tire, and I was neither hot or cold (just right) and everything seemed more high definition than in real life. It didn’t last incredibly long, but it was cool. There was originally a group of people, but they all disappeared when I became lucid, so I was alone.
Okay, so im not gonna lie, i didn't really think this would work when i first found it a few months ago. I had been looking for just a regular sleep hypnosis video because i have a horribly difficult time falling asleep. Ive played it every night since i found it because it works as i originally intended. HOWEVER the last couple weeks ive found ive actually started lucid dreaming more often than not. Im blown away. Before this i had never lucid dreamed in my life, at least not as far as i can remember, and now i feel like at least twice a week (sometimes more) i do in fact lucid dream. I never realized how nice it was to be able to have full control of your dreams. Thank you so much for making this video and opening up a door for me I never thought would open.

This is my go-to meditation when I have bad migraines and can’t sleep without something else to focus on. I don’t always lucid dream but I do always manage to give pain the slip. I’ve used this audio to calm nausea as well. It has saved me from so much insomnia. Thank you for creating!
I tried this even tho I wasn't tired yet and if u do the breathing eventually you'll relax. It's only my first day using this and I saw colors for the first time in my mind w/o a light being shone in my eyes beforehand (variations of purples and blues) and I almost started to see silhouettes of people, which is crazy because my mind is blank when I try to visualize objects😭

I just lucid dreamed however I didn’t use this meditation. I went to sleep at 444 and told myself that I wanted to lucid dream. I think the time didn’t have much to do with it but my intentions did. It was kinda scary because it felt like I was still awake but at the same time I knew I was dreaming in my bed, that was so cool. I could barely move but I was able to chose what I wanted to do and what happened
Thank you so much for this video. I’m autistic and have ADD so my mind constantly races when I try to sleep, I’m very fidgety too. Because of that I have really bad insomnia. I really like this particular meditation because it doesn’t tell you what position to lay in. I find it really difficult to stay in one position. I find other meditations really difficult because there’s too many instructions. With this it’s “Find a comfortable position. Breathe in and out, and your mind will process everything.” I end up falling asleep within 25 minutes! It’s incredible. I also lucid dream sometimes with this which is a huge bonus.

I always end up falling asleep like, 5-10 minutes into the video. I've been using this for a month now and to this day I don't remember hearing anything after the body relaxation/floating. I'm a heavy sleeper and have yet to lucid dream, but this audio has given me the best nights sleeps I've ever had.
At least you get some good sleep Emma 😉 takes a bit of practice to do the lucid dreaming, especially if you are a heavy sleeper. I am too, I slept through an earthquake once😳
Wow! Experienced fantastic lucid dreaming with your voice still softly running through my subconscious in the background. I flew alongside mountains next to the sea and played around with the sky. When I realised what was happening I had to force myself to not get too excited and wake up. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This actually worked!!! I was up at 3:30 catching up with college work and went back to bed 3 hours later. I decided to see if I couldn't lucid dream, so I decided to play this and the results were astonishing. About half an hour into the video, I accidently achieved the WILD technique and induced sleep paralysis; I did this when the voice said for my body to relax deeper and my body started to have this vibration feeling before inducing paralysis. The crazy part was that I still heard the voice and it helped me transition to a dream. It was a crazy experience because I was aware I was in a dream, the dream was very vivid, and I still heard the soft, relaxing voice that guided me through my lucid dream. Thank you so much for creating this video and helping me have such an amazing experience.

Some tips for all you beginners
-don't eat anything 1 hour before bed
-hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
-stay stationary and pretend without moving your fingers or hand that you are playing the piano and slowly allow that to become the start of your dream once you slowly feel like your slipping away to sleep.
Breathe through your nose soft but in a controlled rhythmic pattern.
This has increased my lucid dreams by loads and I've been trying for the longest time. happy dreaming everyone!

I had a dream when I was younger that I was being chased by chucky and he was killing me. The door to my eyeballs weren’t opening the door was locked. I could feel them flutter but they wouldn’t open shit scared me half to death

Wow first time I had lucid dream it was like I woke up in my dream and i knew I was dreaming. I started to take small jumps then I made bigger jumps across building where I live and each jump got bigger and bigger and I felt like I was floating it was amazing I hope I have another one tomorrow.

Ya i only did 5 times or so but i got lazy and didnt write in my dream journal. All them were by accient like i remeber seeing my family in one and then i realized it was dream. I have made myself fly, run though walls and one time i even managed to jump into my brother dream i regerted it because he had a nightmare.

Yes! I’ve had these dreams several times. Jumping higher and higher each time I dreamt this leaping sensation. I never seemed to realize it wasn’t real, and that I was dreaming, but could make the concise effort to jump higher or stay in the air longer. It would start out as me jumping a few feet and then several feet and then over a house, then a neighborhood. I would often end up at a friends house in these dreams and try to show them how it was all possible. I had these dreams often for months, but haven’t had them in quite a few years. Does anyone reading this have any insight on how these dreams were triggered and how to start having them again?

Of course you can, but you should be careful to not overdo it. For example if you want to teleport then you shouldn't just visualize everything around you changing, but rather imagine a door appearing behind you that brings you there.
when i tried to lucid dream i kept getting "attacked" by memes and random discord messages that doesn't exist, like just a square floating image going and flying over to me and just filling up my vision, until i visualize a kind of "menu" and just press "reset" and finally they are gone, and then after that i just gave myself a hug and some pats for a few dozen minutes and then i woke myself up and went to youtube comments
It took me a while to truly get comfortable, but wow. I honestly can’t explain how awe-struck I am. I had a lucid dream for the first time in years. ❤

my favorite thing about this meditation is that it doesn't even mention lucid dreaming until far in. there's no anticipation or disappointment, it's designed to get you to sleep, then trick your brain into consciousness. wonderful
I listened to this last night...and I had a Lucid Dream. I dreamt about being in Heaven, but I realized I was dreaming (not dead), and I hiked up a beautiful trail with glistening trails and waterfalls. I also summoned a jelly donut to eat; it was quite raw and doughy, but tasted good otherwise
What was it like? Could you change the things around you? That would be cool.
BurningCayenne I couldn’t really control anything or the environment, but I could fly, and summon things. It was like hiking in real life, except my body didn’t tire, and I was neither hot or cold (just right) and everything seemed more high definition than in real life. It didn’t last incredibly long, but it was cool. There was originally a group of people, but they all disappeared when I became lucid, so I was alone.

Okay, so im not gonna lie, i didn't really think this would work when i first found it a few months ago. I had been looking for just a regular sleep hypnosis video because i have a horribly difficult time falling asleep. Ive played it every night since i found it because it works as i originally intended. HOWEVER the last couple weeks ive found ive actually started lucid dreaming more often than not.
Im blown away. Before this i had never lucid dreamed in my life, at least not as far as i can remember, and now i feel like at least twice a week (sometimes more) i do in fact lucid dream. I never realized how nice it was to be able to have full control of your dreams.

This is my go-to meditation when I have bad migraines and can’t sleep without something else to focus on. I don’t always lucid dream but I do always manage to give pain the slip. I’ve used this audio to calm nausea as well. It has saved me from so much insomnia. Thank you for creating!
I tried this even tho I wasn't tired yet and if u do the breathing eventually you'll relax. It's only my first day using this and I saw colors for the first time in my mind w/o a light being shone in my eyes beforehand (variations of purples and blues) and I almost started to see silhouettes of people, which is crazy because my mind is blank when I try to visualize objects😭

I just lucid dreamed however I didn’t use this meditation. I went to sleep at 444 and told myself that I wanted to lucid dream. I think the time didn’t have much to do with it but my intentions did. It was kinda scary because it felt like I was still awake but at the same time I knew I was dreaming in my bed, that was so cool. I could barely move but I was able to chose what I wanted to do and what happened

I really like this particular meditation because it doesn’t tell you what position to lay in. I find it really difficult to stay in one position. I find other meditations really difficult because there’s too many instructions. With this it’s “Find a comfortable position. Breathe in and out, and your mind will process everything.” I end up falling asleep within 25 minutes! It’s incredible. I also lucid dream sometimes with this which is a huge bonus.

I always end up falling asleep like, 5-10 minutes into the video. I've been using this for a month now and to this day I don't remember hearing anything after the body relaxation/floating. I'm a heavy sleeper and have yet to lucid dream, but this audio has given me the best nights sleeps I've ever had.
At least you get some good sleep Emma 😉 takes a bit of practice to do the lucid dreaming, especially if you are a heavy sleeper. I am too, I slept through an earthquake once😳

Wow! Experienced fantastic lucid dreaming with your voice still softly running through my subconscious in the background. I flew alongside mountains next to the sea and played around with the sky. When I realised what was happening I had to force myself to not get too excited and wake up. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This actually worked!!! I was up at 3:30 catching up with college work and went back to bed 3 hours later. I decided to see if I couldn't lucid dream, so I decided to play this and the results were astonishing. About half an hour into the video, I accidently achieved the WILD technique and induced sleep paralysis; I did this when the voice said for my body to relax deeper and my body started to have this vibration feeling before inducing paralysis. The crazy part was that I still heard the voice and it helped me transition to a dream. It was a crazy experience because I was aware I was in a dream, the dream was very vivid, and I still heard the soft, relaxing voice that guided me through my lucid dream. Thank you so much for creating this video and helping me have such an amazing experience.
