Wise night mare I ever had, time dilation, felt pain, was in hospital detox, got tortured, it felt like I was there for days. I had conversations with people I've never met and can't possibly understand how my brain came up with the stuff it did. How it came up with the conversations with the other people in the hospital, I don't know how I thought of the story when the government came in and started performing diagnostics on some of us to see if we smuggled drugs. They shoved a copper catheter up an artery in my thigh and it hurt so so bad. I was screaming for help. I'm not even making this crap up. I swear
This happened to my brother and he hasn't woken up I'm going in his lucid dream to find him don't know if I will ever come out but I'm getting my brother back he's been asleep for 4 months
My dog is laying with me and had fallen asleep, she had a dream where she was running right when I was about to dream, she scared the living daylights out of me
when he said open your eyes to see the lucid world i opened them but i was still in real life :/ yeah this just made me feel super relaxed and i felt like i was floating a little above my body but maybe that’s just because im a bit drunk
Omg that’s what happened to me!!! Exactly like vibration floating/pulling above my body. But I open my eyes and get up and look at my bed and see no one :( I was disappointed LOL
i had a dream a couple weeks ago (not a lucid dream) where i woke up pretty and i looked in the mirror and i was like “...that’s different...but PERIODTT....sis always slays” and walked away
Hey for first timers , i have a tip for you ,if you start to feel a bit scary ( you might see shadows or hear things) i want you to welcome Those feelings and relax , is normal , this is when your brain starts to dream 👌🏻
But sleep paralysis scary. I wanna learn to do the methods that involve them but I don't know how to get over this fear. Any pointers on staying relaxed while it happens?
@@blane-pizzaking-crews6960 im glad you reach out , a friend told me that whenever you start to drift into your sleep , squint your eyes without forcing it and picture yourself out the bed staring at yourself and try to imagine the point of view that you would have if you were staring at yourself from outside the bed , not only would you get distracted it also allows you to find a way in into your dream 👌🏻👌🏻
I listened to this in the morning after a night of sleeping. It was the perfect time and it was amazing! After months of trying at night, it finally worked and I was lucid dreaming! I was flying, controlling my environment, and even flew to visit my old house. I can't wait to do it again. Thank you!!
Any tips on how to get into a relax state in order to make this work?? I keep on trying to focus but I can never get to the point of being so relaxed in order to dream ?

@@M3LLY999 rightly so. If you're gonna go into an altered state of mind you should expect that any fears. Trauma. I normally lucid dream when I have nightmares. It's when my emotions are most powerful in my dreams and I usually wake up unhappy with the result of the dream and jump back into it and change it until I've calmed down :) Or it's a repetitive nightmare and I know what's gonna happen so I change it. Or it's too hot with nothing to cool me down so I grow some trees real fast for shade :)
This may sound crazy but last night I used this to fall asleep and I actually ended up sleepwalking and sleep talking and my family got a full video on it!!
This video eased me into the most profound lucid dreaming I have ever experienced, I was flying, crawling up the sides of buildings, and lots of other stuff ;) I have been lucid dreaming and projecting for 5 years and this is without a doubt the best of them all, every time I went into one I felt a very physical feeling starting from the centre of my face and it felt like curtains opening all the way to my ears, the dream would begin and afterwards the curtains would close, then the constant reminders would slip me back in...totally blown away by this, thank you Christian.
@@Kill_Switch-fz5qy You have to clear your mind before you go in, before you put the video on lie for 10 mins and relax, try to put everything out of your mind, and focus on your breathing as this (for me) is the most important thing of all, take it in then expel it at a comfortable rate. Try flying, it is the best thing ever, I used to be able to astro project as a child, and the beginning was always the same, I would jump off the top of my stairs and just before I hit the bottom I would fly off and out of my front door and through mountain ranges etc, i can do this again while lucid dreaming and it gives me a really strong connection to my childhood that gives me warm and fuzzies.
Mr O such a wicked reply I’m going to try this way too! I got as far as lights and feeling completely relaxed floating, but got scared and came out of it....Thanks n happy lucid dreaming year! 🙌🙏🏼 🌙✨

Wait really I thought weed reduces your rem sleep which makes it harder to lucid dream. If it doesn’t then I’m going to roll a fat blunt and put on this and pass out
happy cinco de mayo, it's may 5rh today and 11:57 pm i smoked a fat blunt earlier and feeling high af, laying down listening to this. I'm hoping that I have a good lucid dream tonight 🤞
It's great but for some reason I can't see the portal to leave my body. The video rushes to that part. It does not give the listener enough time to "visualize" the portal
i started to not feel my body anymore and it felt like i was floating above my bed and that my hands and stuff aren’t on the bed but then i started seeing flashes of light behind my eyes and i accidentally opened my eyes a few times thinking i was in a dream but i couldn’t visualize anything because all that happened was my eyelids started twitching really fast and for some reason i got scared and started breathing heavy lol. this happened multiple times :( i felt close but i couldn’t get into the visual part, i was still too awake. this is the first time i’ve tried a guided lucid dream meditation so i’ll have to try it again and update you all :))
zabooma fu i haven’t tried recently because like i said, i always get scared for literally no reason and start breathing heavy ahah and i was scared that would happen again. this was maybe my third night doing it in a row and those were the best results i got. i haven’t tried since that night but i was thinking about trying it again tonight so we’ll see :)
I had the same thing but it was when he first started describing the beach, I started seeing flashes, then I started shaking and breathing heavily, I moved my thumb to stop it. It was really weird
I listened to it last night. I had some success that I wasn’t expecting. My dreams were in color and I seemed to be able to change scenes at Will. I’m looking forward to listening again tonight. Excellent Work!!
Meditation Vacation I would suggest doing it after waking up in the morning so you won’t fall asleep again that way your body is more relaxed and your mind is awake and I also was facing the ceiling instead of the side I loved it so much! This is the first time it has worked for me I appreciate it!
I have for years been able to lucid dream , but I found this guided meditation a added benefit that has allowed me to expand those boundaries, thank you
wow I have been practicing lucid dreaming and astral projection all week and then BAM you serve me with one and I love it! I was dreaming that my dog was dying of thirst. When I woke up three hours later he was begging to get back up on the bed. I know that he got down to get a drink cuz his bowl was almost empty this morning. :-) 🐶😁 talk about a vivid dream ♡dor
It’s magical how many of us scroll through the comments, and tonight I realized there are no negative comments. Glad my cat didn’t jump on me. I wish the joy spreads for us as we destress in these crazy times. We are living in a changing time and expanding our minds. I hope people see it’s more important to preserve our beautiful planet than waste fuel trying to go somewhere on a barren planet. Peace🙏❤️
Also, does anyone know the dream significance of vitiligo? I don't have it, but in my last dream I looked down and had pale white patches that looked like vitiligo on Caucasian individuals. I'm also a Christian, so any way you want to interpret it that way is cool.
When my body is asleep and my mind is not, my eyes and eyelids begin to like twitch 👈🏼👉🏼👆🏼👇🏼and I cant focus when they start to do that so i dont get any longer into lucidity.. But I really want to!!! Any tips?
Mo Schouten Twitch eyelids means your body is going through REM. From what I remember (correct me if I’m wrong), if u wake up from deep REM u might expriance sleep paralysis.
I can't find a separate version! I can't find vivid dreams! Vivid and lucid dreams are different, lucid = knowing you're in the dream itself, feels real but things don't appear correct, or what we are all used to in the waking world. Vivid = crystal clear, vibrant colours, literally feels like the waking world, everything also appears to be correct, it's likely our brains take in the smallest details of reality and place it into the dream reality, making it even more real.... there is a difference between a vivid and lucid dream, and if you have both, then well done, congratulations! I have lucid dreams all the time, where I am fully conscious of what's going on, but then after a while or so, it starts becoming too real, so I forget I'm dreaming, and then I simply just go on about my day not realising that I'm still inside my own head? Or some other dimension? I believe that normal dreams are inside our heads, I also believe the same for vivid and lucid dreams, however I believe that both lucid and especially vivid dreams are apart of another reality
update: came looking for a new video for the night and wanted to revisit this one and ran into this old comment! i haven’t been able to lucid dream still but hopeful 😭
Thankyou very much Sheena, are you getting notifications? There has been a change where everyone who subscribes gets the personlised option instead of all. The problem with that is only literally a handful of people get the personalised. On to 500k :)
I listened to this video last night & omg. I saw & felt a shadow come out of me twice and back into my body. I couldn’t move. Then when I finally realized what was going on & I started walking in my dream my legs were moving in bed as if I was walking. Dreams & pockets of pictures felt so freaking real.
This video showed up yesterday in my UA-cam feed. I didn't click on it I just read the text that UA-cam automatically puts on it. During the afternoon nap I had an OBE. I followed the suggestion to picture the room in my mind and it worked. It was hard to control, I found myself in my room and it took a lot of effort to keep my feet on the ground because I was floating but I wanted to walk. My daughter was also asleep next to me and I saw her real body and another more transparent body above here, it was like I was seeing double. After that I wanted to move to the corridor but I lost my sight, I could feel the handle of the door with my hand but I couldn't see so I gave up. I found myself back in bed. Thank you very much. This video did the trick for me. Thank you!♥️
this stuff is really powerful, i was on the brink of lucid dreaming but i couldn’t move in the real world, i freaked out and tried to move for multiple minutes, i was completely sleep paralyzed but I broke out somehow, ill try again tomorrow
thank you omgggg I knew I was dreaming and even had sleep paralysis but yet I couldn't control my dream properly and I even did reality check I knew I was dreaming but 😭😭😭😭
I have so much trouble visualizing and always have! This one got me super duper close!! Then my headphones cut off I saw lights and shapes mainly but no solid figures. Back to trying again! Wish me up 3:37am
This was the trippiest guided meditation I've done quite a few going to 5th dimension, floating thru portals. It's excellent. Just remember body asleep, brain awake. Beginners usually keep eyes open at first. Enjoy & shine
Olivia Smith I’ve been practicing hypnosis and lucid dreaming for 2 YEARS and the exact same thing happens. I’ve never had a lucid dream and only once did a successful past life regression. I feel connected to the spirit world and hypnosis but I still fall asleep. I’ve been doing it for so long and I’m out of ideas. Someone help!
just listened to this last night. I had one of the most vivid and fun dreams I’ve had in a while!! I’ve never been able to fully lucid dream before, and I still can’t to this day, but I’m definitely going to listen again.
You are the main voice I enjoy your tone way more than most. I do my best to find the stories you read. Even now struggling to type this already falling asleep with heavy eye lids.
I love that he repetitively reminds me to relax my body frequently. It really helps. The first time i listened to this video, 2 days ago, I really had to keep reminding myself to come back to reality, because ive never had a lucid dream meditation actually work And im worried about leaving an empty vessel, also what if i cant come back? lol Anyways, Here goes round 2 with a more open mind.
I’ve been trying to lucid dream for over a year and I feel the vibrations and see visuals and then my anxiety ruins it every time. This also happens when I tried smoking weed- it’s like I’m subconsciously scared of being in a false reality even if it’s a beautiful place. I’m going to keep trying. This is very helpful Christian thank you
guide for lucid dreamin.. drink on friday night and get hammered. go to sleep at 3am and set alarm at 10:30am sat morning. hit the snooze button and then turn off your alarm and sleep some more. ull be in a lucid dream state for sure.
@@MeditationVacation Ended up being sleep! Didn't quite get there in the lucid dream guidance part of the file so I'll keep trying - had a wonderful night's sleep after listening to this anyway, thank you for this file! ❤️
@@MeditationVacation I find the tone of voice + the instructions from this video completely hypnotic, the choice of track is perfect too! it’s helped me through some seriously tough times. So thank you for helping me lose sight of reality for a few hours each night 😊
He is going a bit fast to be honest. Best thing is to breath in deep 4 second counts, hold for 2 seconds, then breath out deeply for 4 seconds. Keep doing that about 7 times and that will start to relax you. If you get itchy, like I do, each time you breath out envision you're breathing the itch away. That takes a few breaths. Just focus on your breathing. It does typically take 10-20 minutes to be fully relaxed so keep focusing on your breathing until you feel relaxed enough to do what he's telling you to.
Meditation Vacation Practice is key, there probably is a higher chance for it to work if you've meditated before. I myself have a problem with staying still for a long time, tbh I was surprised that it worked the first time. Thank you❤️
I’ve done this a few times accidentally but I looked into it and now I’m actually able to control it sort of.. I start to dream but I’m fully aware that I’m dreaming. I can make things happen but I know It’s not “real”? It’s almost as if I’m in another dimension but I control that dimension. It’s very neat and this video was a huge help,, thank you.
Hello my friend on the other side, sorry it took sooo long to comment. It has been very busy. Been listening to this every night since you uploaded this session. Helps me to melt away the day. Love and Peace always Kat
I literally didn’t lucid dream when I tried listening to this. But after I got back from a early doctors appointment, I took a nap and I became lucid in the middle of the dream because I remembered when you said about touching stuff and texture
Unfortunately, I did this hours before I actually usually fall asleep, but this experience was great, and I hope this will translate into my actual dreams and sleeping process.
I've been listening to this every night for weeks. Last night I fell asleep about 20 minutes in and someone/something screamed in my ear! That can't be normal right?
I'm happy to find this video again you helped open my mind to so many things when I first watched this and entered the lucid dream I was in a forest and there was a lake and, in the middle, of that lake was a tiny island with a tree as big as a five-story apartment I proceeded to jump into the lake and at my surprise at the bottom was the softest sand I continued to walk as I got to the island the tree was pulsing with this purple pink slight red glow I began to float above the tree and into the sky it felt like nothing I have ever felt before so calm and peaceful no more worry no stress and in the sky where all these bright white lights I held one of these lights it was just so different I guess then I woke up ever since I have never had a normal dream sorry this was a long comment I hope you have a good day.
Excellent! Woke up at 4am and shuffled around for ages. Thought I’d give this ago and fell straight in to lucid dreaming! Never been so awake and asleep at the same time. Had great fun! Thanks. Will be using this more!
I put on this meditation today because I had a hard time going back to sleep. I wanted to extend my naps and dream time today because I didn’t have much going on. This turned into a WILD , I began to see flashes, and then the flower of life symbol from sacred geometry. Next I could hear waves crashing on the shore, and I was in a chair being rocked back-and-forth with the waves. I thought the wave sound was part of the meditation, because I could still hear the voice. I was completely lucid the entire time . When the experience ended, I was trying to find the wave part again in the meditation, but it doesn’t exist. At least I couldn’t find it. So the waves were part of the dream. I’ll be doing this meditation again for sure.
Thanks for the lucid dream meditation. Hopefully, it can help a lot of people here to have lucid dreaming stories like the ones in my channel. Have a like. Cheers!
10.38 pm I never ever believed this would work and after a month omg the most amazing dreams ever and I remember them all also . A lot more energy in the morning and feeling great .
Loved this one , I was really floating away into a deep state of tranquility, could feel the sand on the beach under my feet! Your voice is so soothing and I felt safe and secure during this journey. Gonna listen many times more. Thank you🍁

zabooma fu i haven’t tried recently because like i said, i always get scared for literally no reason and start breathing heavy ahah and i was scared that would happen again. this was maybe my third night doing it in a row and those were the best results i got. i haven’t tried since that night but i was thinking about trying it again tonight so we’ll see :)
James Woodhouse what
I had the same thing but it was when he first started describing the beach, I started seeing flashes, then I started shaking and breathing heavily, I moved my thumb to stop it. It was really weird
Paige Estoll same! it’s kinda scary in a weird way because when i couldn’t feel my body i freaked ahah
I listened to it last night. I had some success that I wasn’t expecting. My dreams were in color and I seemed to be able to change scenes at Will. I’m looking forward to listening again tonight. Excellent Work!!
That’s absolutely great 👍 any tips? Thanks for listening and taking the time to comment🙏
Same
when you’re 20 minutes in to the video and a car alarm goes off 🥰👌
Yup! I used to have that a lot
Oh yeah yeah happens often
OOF :c
I can't even get that far in
It’s a sign 🔮 it’s a sign someone’s breaking into your car 😂
Dude not even 30 min into it and I was already in another dimension I literally walked into this mirror!!!!! Thank you❤️
Amazing! Any tips?
Meditation Vacation I would suggest doing it after waking up in the morning so you won’t fall asleep again that way your body is more relaxed and your mind is awake and I also was facing the ceiling instead of the side I loved it so much! This is the first time it has worked for me I appreciate it!
@LANA JACKSON good way to scare them.
@@kimgarza9969 thanks I guess that’s a good tip cuz I tried to do it last night and fell asleep half way through the video and had a regular dream
Just as I was about to turn my tv off I realized I was watching a tv show episode about lucid dreaming. I’m taking this as my sign y’all
I wish you luck
Meditation Vacation thank you!! I actually did experience lucid dreaming that night. It wasn’t for very long, but it was a great experience!!!💗💗
I have for years been able to lucid dream , but I found this guided meditation a added benefit that has allowed me to expand those boundaries, thank you
Recently, I figured out that there is a constant rule in my dreams that if I flap my arms like bird, I can fly and glide like one. It's hella epic.
I used to do that when I became lucid.
When I do it it’s like swimming for me. Been able to do it since I was 9. I’m 46, and it doesn’t come to me as easily.
This is me with jumping 😱
Broooo idk if you gonna see this but for me I jump up!! IM IN THE SKY! Ima gonna try that! Lmaoo
I do this same thing. Other times I can just run and jump, or the last flying dream I had, I had to use a magic pillow.
wow I have been practicing lucid dreaming and astral projection all week and then BAM you serve me with one and I love it! I was dreaming that my dog was dying of thirst. When I woke up three hours later he was begging to get back up on the bed. I know that he got down to get a drink cuz his bowl was almost empty this morning. :-) 🐶😁 talk about a vivid dream ♡dor
wow! That's cool, sounds like you were somewhat aware somehow
Peace🙏❤️
It’s works. I was at my old school, talking moving around like I knew what I was doing. It’s insane how much I had control in my dream 😊
This meditation has been very effective! I'm not completely lucid, but I HAVE been able to wake up and remember important remnants of my dreams.
Also, does anyone know the dream significance of vitiligo? I don't have it, but in my last dream I looked down and had pale white patches that looked like vitiligo on Caucasian individuals. I'm also a Christian, so any way you want to interpret it that way is cool.
not familiar with that sorry
When my body is asleep and my mind is not, my eyes and eyelids begin to like twitch 👈🏼👉🏼👆🏼👇🏼and I cant focus when they start to do that so i dont get any longer into lucidity.. But I really want to!!! Any tips?
I experience the same!!!
Mo Schouten Twitch eyelids means your body is going through REM. From what I remember (correct me if I’m wrong), if u wake up from deep REM u might expriance sleep paralysis.
@@grillme6272 i did this at 9pm my REM sleep is at 3-4am, so yea
Also when i tried it again it didn’t happen that much. But I just want answers..
Stupid? Huh? Oh shit then idk
@@grillme6272 i saw a video explaining that we have about like 5 stages of REM sleep (Different times) so maybe your right.
4 months since my last comment, this still helps me sleep when I struggle 🙂
I believe that normal dreams are inside our heads, I also believe the same for vivid and lucid dreams, however I believe that both lucid and especially vivid dreams are apart of another reality
i haven’t had a lucid dream yet but i do think this is helping me dream more often which is nice! ill get there and so will all of you!
update: came looking for a new video for the night and wanted to revisit this one and ran into this old comment! i haven’t been able to lucid dream still but hopeful 😭
This will perfect to fall asleep to tonight. The first night I've had to turn the heat on so I'll be nice and cozy under the blankets.😔💤
I have had the heating on for the last week, can't stand my feet being cold lol. i hope you enjoyed this outing. thanks Angela
Wow I just noticed that you have over 200k! Congrats; good for you Christian!
I feel this is one of your best lucid dream meditations. Thanks so much Christian.
There should be a couple more before christmas. Thankyou Wanda
@@MeditationVacation awesome thanks so much Christian. May good karma come your way!
Thank you!♥️
this stuff is really powerful, i was on the brink of lucid dreaming but i couldn’t move in the real world, i freaked out and tried to move for multiple minutes, i was completely sleep paralyzed but I broke out somehow, ill try again tomorrow
thank you omgggg I knew I was dreaming and even had sleep paralysis but yet I couldn't control my dream properly and I even did reality check I knew I was dreaming but 😭😭😭😭
Wonderful. Thank you for more content. You mean so much to a lot of us with sleep issues.
I have been there myself trying to sleep and only getting 2 hours if that per night for 5 months. Thankyou for your kind words
I have tried a few other channels for meditation and yours is the only voice I enjoy
I have so much trouble visualizing and always have! This one got me super duper close!! Then my headphones cut off I saw lights and shapes mainly but no solid figures. Back to trying again! Wish me up 3:37am
You might have aphantasia, you should look it up
When you go lucid it will be as real as when you're awake.
Levi i have aphantasia but when im lucid i can vizualise
Me: *about to lucid dream*
My cat: I’m about to ruin this girls whole career *jumps on my stomach*
Oo
😂❤
This was the trippiest guided meditation I've done quite a few going to 5th dimension, floating thru portals. It's excellent. Just remember body asleep, brain awake. Beginners usually keep eyes open at first. Enjoy & shine
it's freaky when you open your eyes and see behind you 👀 Thanks for listening
Havent had a lucid ddream yet. But ive used this to fall asleep for the past couple months now, thanks man
I keep falling asleep during these and wake up to no recall of a lucid dream, any suggestions?
Olivia Smith I’ve been practicing hypnosis and lucid dreaming for 2 YEARS and the exact same thing happens. I’ve never had a lucid dream and only once did a successful past life regression. I feel connected to the spirit world and hypnosis but I still fall asleep. I’ve been doing it for so long and I’m out of ideas. Someone help!
Clemmy And Gigi of course you’ve heard of this but have you been doing reality checks correctly
jakersbitch I fall asleep too soon
@@jake-cj7ii I did but do I have to do it continually until success and writing my dreams.I only remember good dreams.
Y’all can’t lucid dream because y’all want it so much, you guys have to want to lucid dream without wanting too if that makes any sense.
This was so awesome ..get lucid everytime
Fantastic! do you have any tips?
Hey Christian..practice makes perfect..best things I can recommend are really focus on the breath...imagine it is happening and ohh breathe lol
Dude the freaking mike Bloomberg adds.. there everywhere
This is the best sleep meditation I’ve heard in a while it made me sleep right away
That’s fantastic, use it how you chose 😊
just listened to this last night.
The first time i listened to this video, 2 days ago, I really had to keep reminding myself to come back to reality, because ive never had a lucid dream meditation actually work And im worried about leaving an empty vessel, also what if i cant come back? lol
Anyways, Here goes round 2 with a more open mind.
This is by far the best lucid dream video ever!! It's my go to whenever I can't sleep. It's the only one I will use. Thank You So Much!!!
This is very helpful Christian thank you
let me know how you get on, staying calm is the most important thing to do and that is from what people who have achieved it do. Thankyou Tia
I find you’re voice really soothing and just hearing it relaxes me
Thank you, Christian, for all you do...BLESS 🙏💙
Thank you very much too! Sending positive vibes your way
Thanks for the horrific nightmares that went on for days
Ahhh Christian you've done it again. Another beauty. Love the sound of your voice. 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks very much, this is probably my fav lucid dreaming meditation too
I did it and I was getting bullied 😂😂😂
RISED SPOKEN it probably wasn’t lucid unless you wanted to get bullied
this comment made me wheeze for no reason
You’re my favorite! I listen to a few others that I like but you’re the best for me!
Thankyou very much, you are very kind. Best wishes to you
I’ve always been able to lucid dream but I fell asleep to this last night and was actually able to control every tiny detail in my dream
I love spirit travelling to the other world Steve thanks yo you guys

it's cool when you're in the zone. I usually get a block of them in a week or every so often
Wow! Well that was intense and a total success.Cannot wait to try this again.
Fantastic!
guide for lucid dreamin.. drink on friday night and get hammered. go to sleep at 3am and set alarm at 10:30am sat morning. hit the snooze button and then turn off your alarm and sleep some more. ull be in a lucid dream state for sure.
You should start your own channel haha! I’m sure that would work lol
Vaild
Same happened with me!!!
LOL!!
I've never been able to achieve a lucid dream state so I'll try again tonight! Worst case scenario is your voice is there to lull me to sleep anyway!
was it sleep or a lucid dream? lol
@@MeditationVacation Ended up being sleep! Didn't quite get there in the lucid dream guidance part of the file so I'll keep trying - had a wonderful night's sleep after listening to this anyway, thank you for this file! ❤️
Glad you slept well, are you going to try again? Thanks for listening Gareth 🙏

This actually works, don’t worry
Any tips?

@@MeditationVacation I find the tone of voice + the instructions from this video completely hypnotic, the choice of track is perfect too! it’s helped me through some seriously tough times. So thank you for helping me lose sight of reality for a few hours each night 😊
POV: you’re looking in the comments to see if this actually works
This is a callout post, I feel attacked
Haha good one. :)
Well... Does it work???
@@TheBartholomewJinPing no it doesn't. There is no such thing as lucid dreams.
@@Bgh583 yes there is dumbass
Wow, this is the first lucid dream that has actually worked for me, no idea where I was but it was deeeeep and wonderful. Thank you 🙏
Any advice on ways to clear my thoughts, I can never seem to keep focus.
I know it may sound cliche, may I suggest cupping your nose with your hand and concentrating on your breath. It's a very simple exercise. let me know
Here’s a tip, look at eye patterns and focus on breathing.
It does typically take 10-20 minutes to be fully relaxed so keep focusing on your breathing until you feel relaxed enough to do what he's telling you to.
you have to focus on your breathing and just zone out in the darkness when you close your eyes
@@MrsAmandaSmith try putting it on a slower speed

Worked like a charm. The first time I listened to this I vividly remembered my dream, which happens nearly never.
10/10 will use again
Fantastic! Do you have any tips?
Meditation Vacation Practice is key, there probably is a higher chance for it to work if you've meditated before. I myself have a problem with staying still for a long time, tbh I was surprised that it worked the first time. Thank you❤️
This was my first time trying to lucid dream it was a fail can I please get tips on what to and not to do please🙏🏽
casualmarine25 Well, have you dine meditation or something alike before? It really helps. And try again, it will get better
No Name no I haven’t but I’ll do what ever to get a lucid dream
I’ve done this a few times accidentally but I looked into it and now I’m actually able to control it sort of.. I start to dream but I’m fully aware that I’m dreaming. I can make things happen but I know It’s not “real”? It’s almost as if I’m in another dimension but I control that dimension. It’s very neat and this video was a huge help,, thank you.
Jayden Fayee reality is what you make it and what you believe in
Daniel Sepulveda what?
This is nice I love these types of meditations
There will be a few more of these to come, they are aren't as scary as people think, just remember to stay calm. Thankyou Star
Had the best lucid dream last night
Hello my friend on the other side, sorry it took sooo long to comment. It has been very busy. Been listening to this every night since you uploaded this session. Helps me to melt away the day. Love and Peace always Kat
Thanks as always Kat :) have you experienced lucidity yet?
@@MeditationVacation actually I don't think so. Working my way to that point. Any advice?
Perhaps two things, listening to your breath and gazing at an area can help😉
@@MeditationVacation thank you. I will try it that way. I always have my eyes closed when I'm meditating.
Guys this does work, if it doesnt you probably arent writing down your dreams or are doing something wrong
Why does my anxiety shoot through the roof all I can feel is my heart beating hard asf in my chest
Yess!! Every time I do these meditations I drift to sleep but wake up like 10 minutes later with a panic feeling and have to stop. It's weird
You were probably about to enter sleep paralysis thats why
that a good thing
I literally didn’t lucid dream when I tried listening to this. But after I got back from a early doctors appointment, I took a nap and I became lucid in the middle of the dream because I remembered when you said about touching stuff and texture
Should we lucid dream wen we r sleepy?
To be honest, that's probably the best time
Unfortunately, I did this hours before I actually usually fall asleep, but this experience was great, and I hope this will translate into my actual dreams and sleeping process.

I played this video and i used earphone i full the volume
*10 sec later*
Video: in a few moments
*freak out*
Hahaha 😂 I scared this would happen to me
