Lights of Venus when you lucid dream and learned a task there will it transfer to the real world(within reason like learning math or how to code or even learning how to use blender)
Every single time I sleep at night, I lucid dream. Once this happens, I set an alarm for 4 am, stay up for 5-10 min (bathroom, drink water, etc), then go back to sleep, and the dream gets more lucid and better. Thank me later. Once you wake up, immediately voice note what you remember in your dream. Thank me later.
That’s so crazy that you say that. This is exactly what happens to me. I lucid dream EVERY night. To the point where I thought maybe it isn’t healthy. It just happens. But like you said I always wake up to use the restroom etc and when I get back the dream is more intense and I’m even more in control and in it.
you know, I have a story on something like this, I was experiencing sleep paralysis as a side effect of FILD, this was my first time getting sleep paralysis, I was unnerved, but then I closed my eyes, an idea came to me, "I'm not trapped with an impossibly tall figure staring at me, an impossibly tall figure is trapped with me staring into its SOUL" i then proceeded to stare into where its eyes should be. i think it was the hysterical uncontrollable mental laugh that woke the rest of my body. don't get me wrong it was terrifying until I did start laughing at the demon whilst staring it in the eye. the only problem was it was SO FUNNY AFTERWARD that I had trouble falling back to sleep. that is the story of my first sleep paralysis. i hope you enjoyed
This work's every time for me. I had a false awakening once. I thought I woke up from the dream, but when I opened my door I was on a super fast train. Then I really woke up. So fun!! I have so many vivid different experiences with this audio. I will listen always.
Holy shit, I tried this my first time, & it worked. I woke up in what I thought was a sleep paralysis. Because i couldn’t move talk or anything. But there was a figure standing in my room. So I most definitely thought it was sleep paralysis. But then I slid down off my bed and was moving over the floor in my room all crazy like a snake. That’s when I realized i was in a dream. Honestly a crazy experience.
That figure could be any negative emotions you have stuck inside of you. Before you go to bed, think of the negative emotions just leaving. Hope this helps
I was tripping balls. I kept feeling like I was floating or someone had picked me up, and i flew with them to different rooms that i didn't recognize. I dont remember my dreams from last night expect that I knew they were dreams

I’ve been struggling with the premature death of my friend from 5 years go, they were 15 and me 14, I’m now 20 years old and they’ve been on my mind constantly and I’ve had severe depression. For some reason, the soft voice, the relaxing music, and the calming atmosphere genuinely helped me feel better and after 10-15 minutes of this video, I felt at peace with her passing, I’m still just genuinely happy right now. For the first time in 5 years... I’m “Okay” and I owe it to this.

Can't say it's a matter of time, it's perceived length, or whether we can waste something we have no way of affecting that isn't ours to begin with. We should experience anger, regret, and the like. We experience these things for a reason. Imo one of our biggest problems today is the lack of anger from people who should be angry. Instead they're apathetic, docile, and complacent. They don't seem all that happy.
@@Upgrayedddd yes anger is an entirely appropriate response in some circumstances. However, anger only exists to spur one to actually do something: if one doesn't, then anger soon becomes very unhelpful.
Give in to that anger if you need to, it's not good to bottle it up that's how people can have breakdowns. Bearing grudges is usually the end result of trying to suppress anger. Vent, get it over with, then move on to a calmer place.
I watched this video almost 2 years ago, it induced a series of dreams and visions that lead me on a journey to move to another state completely. Let's just say that since then, my dreams are becoming more than just lucid.
As a small child i had night terrors. As a teen I've had vary vived dreams. In my 40 I've been readying, studing and practiceing lusid dreaming fore a couple of years. The mind is a wonder to explore. I injoy this channel its been a helpful.
Quick question has anyone ever laid down and when u start to fall asleep ur body feels like it just fell straight down but u were already down no just me ok
I ACTUALLY FELT MYSELF GO INTO THIS STATE, my eyelids felt tighter and tighter and then when they finally relaxed on their own i felt vibrations and fuzzy feelings shoot through my whole body, i was completely conscious but i knew i was no longer in reality 10/10
Nah all you did was keep some memory of the transition from being awake to sleep and maybe alittle bit of sleep itself. What you explain isnt sleep paralysis because you said you knew you were no longer in reality. During sleep paralysis you are aware of your suroundings and can even have your eyes open. But you never left reality anyway. Your brain turned of a few things and paralized your body. Which is probably what you felt. During being paralyzed you can feel but you just cant move. So its like extreme relaxation which can feel good or weird. It feels like another reality because you have nothing to connect you to the outside world. All your senses are off. So its just pure thought. Sadly nothing is magical. Everything can always be explained in a boring way like this.
This sounds like astral projection. You get into sleep paralysis and then feel the vibrations and imagine yourself pulling your astral body out with a rope and apparently youre free. Wish I could get to that state!
This is MAGICAL! SENSATIONAL! POWERFUL! I woke up in the best mood ever! I think every human being should do this every night. Maybe this world would be a happier, safer, peaceful world! Highly Recommended. Thanks Lights of Venus!!!
Out of curiosity I sleep but it feels like I have a sleeping disorder of some sort right now, I'm pretty sure it is a form of insomnia and I hope this does help
"Are you in your room?" Yes? "Are you laying down?" Is this some kinda Ender's Game shit where up is down? "Are your eyes closed?" *Not anymore they're not.*

I actually had to stop because I thought something nightmarish like that might manifest and I’d be conscious for it...also I wish I didn’t but I get a bit panicky when I start to feel myself (as in my consciousness or “astral body”) leave my physical body. it’s just that being conscious enough to experience that happening is so unfamiliar...
Today I had my first FULLY AWARE lucid dream. It was wonderful! The space was limited somehow, but I could manipulate and decide what I wanted to do in that space. I flew up to the sky and down to hell. I remember the exact time when I noticed it was a dream. I hold the face of someone I _summoned_ in my dream and yelled in their face that I was dreaming! 😂😂😂 I know I still have a lot of improving to do, but I'm forever so grateful this video exists! ❤
@@berresfordstewart2873 It really was. Another thing I noticed is that I usually use medical cannabis to sleep and that night, I didn't. I might be taking a break from it if it means I'll have more lucid dreams, honestly. 😅
the space being limited is usually because your subconscious is almost like a little kid and it doesn’t wanna give up “full” control yet. taking small steps when lucid without getting too excited slowly gives you more control!! it definitely takes time but i’ve had crazy vivid cool dreams bc of it. also weed definitely made me forget my dreams too and stunted my lucid dream progression so i did the same thing, stopping. this comment was 8 months ago so i wonder where you are now in your progress
first night: fell asleep didn’t lucid dream, however woke up at like 3am and then tried again to get to sleep AND LUCID DREAMT OMG!!!!!!!! it was kinda short but i was flying and it was so cool,, like my comment to remind me to come back for updates haha
Write your day dream(also over thinging, negative thinking, day dreaming...write about any thought which is disturbing you)in a paper instead of imagining it. After this , even if you try to see the day dream that you already written, that dream, that dream will never have that much power and energy as earlier. Write your day dream whenever you tend to day dream. (ie, you can write the same day dream as much as you want. Each time, the intencity of that dream will decrease. One time writing itself will give you awsome result. If you read the day dream which you had written, your brain and mind will recognize how cheap the rubbish way, they are moving. Sure. It will work. It worked for me. I got an awesome result. You can also distroy these paper if you want.
Alright let’s give this baby a shot Update day 1: very vivid dreams but I have no recollection of being lucid. Though, right as I was falling asleep I had this crazy moment of almost falling into a dream consciously. Day 2: I remember so many dreams from last night and they’re all connected. It’s so weird. Some of them unfortunately were nightmares as I had a really bad day before sleeping. I never really realized I was dreaming, and wasn’t able to create the space I was in, but I was able to make decisions in the dream consciously if that makes sense? Day 3: I remember 3 separate dreams from last night and they were SO VIVID. The only problem is in the second one, I came class to finding out it was a dream, but my dad in my dream argued some solid points that made me think it definitely wasn’t a dream. SO CLOSE! Days 4-14: I’ve hit a wall. I have vivid dreams but I either don’t remember the lucid part, or I’ve never actually reached lucidity. I’ve tried a number of other meditations and I’m still at this point. Does anyone have suggestions? I try my best to listen intently to the voice, though sometimes I get distracted. Young Eden suggests a dream journal so I will start that today :) don’t worry I am not giving up!!! Day 15: still the same but I had a nightmare tonight :( maybe I’m stressed out. However, I’m feeling hopeful for future nights -Months pause- Day 16: I’m back! I tried a day nap and night time hypnosis, and I think I got really close this time, but since I’ve taken a break, I’ve probably gone backwards in progress.
I'm naturally a lucid dream. I have control over my own actions and less control over the world around me. In my dreams it usually takes hours to realise I'm in a dream so I can start controlling it. This helped me to realise much faster, thanks
I was around 17:46 and I felt my bed starting to shake and my vision becoming different. I felt as if my body was floating. It was scary but it was awesome. I got up because it freaked me out but I’ll definitely be doing this again!

@@dr.benway2693 I’ve had two moments in my dream where I’ve said ‘I’m dreaming’. But after that I say that, the world will slowly start to dim, or things slowly disappear till it ends! Set an alarm for like 4:30am get up and drink water turn on the lights. Go back to bed and between that time and the time you wake up you will have the best chance. Tell your self to remember the next thoughts you are having will be a dream. It takes practice.

@@tiagoleite2721sleeping on your stomach is extremely unhealthy and it strains the muscles in your neck, back, and/or shoulders. It’s harder to relax when you’re in an awkward position like sleeping on your stomach that’s why it’s recommended to sleep on your back.
As a pre-warning, for anyone who uses sleep hypnosis, make sure you're in a safe environment and that there are few if no dangerous objects in your immediate vicinity. Maybe it's because, to me, the music is very discomforting, almost like it's out of a horror video game, but when I tried to sleep with this on, I almost flung myself off my bed in my sleep. I woke up sideways, my head off my bed and an inch away from the corner of my nightstand. It was very disturbing.
yeah same, I used this for the first time last night and I had a really really scary vivid dream and I woke up horrified and started to cry cause it felt so real

Well you were probably sleep walking since lucid dreaming doesn't make you move physically. Ive been able to lucid dream my whole life without guidance and whatnot. Apparently it's not normal however it takes you out of the physical world and puts you into a new reality.

That feeling of experiencing the transition between awake and sleep was insane (in a good way) you feel your body finally give in, such a sensation lol. @@The_HomieChris Best advice anyone can give you about lucid dreaming is 1) don't give up and 2) don't be afraid. Lucid dreaming is something you choose to do for a positive effect, and as long as that is what you want and ask for, that is what you will get. Sleep paralysis is not as common alongside lucid dreaming as people think. Sleep paralysis as a whole is also not as bad as people think. Sleep paralysis only becomes scary when you allow it to be. Hallucinations can be anything, including good things, or even being absent. Many people purposefully induce sleep paralysis as it is an easy gateway to lucid dreaming and astral projection (if you believe in astral projection that is). TLDR; Don't be afraid. There is truly no reason to be. If you expect the positive, then that is what you will get.
@太高橋幸 I understand, I'm the same way to an extent. What I'm saying is you have no reason to expect anything but the positives. As long as you are aware of that, nothing will happen that you can't handle.
This hypnosis has the weirdest effect on me. It felt like the world was shrinking and growing. And at one point I felt like I was nothing, like in a void of some kind. My mind was awake, I could hear my thoughts, but I was stuck in a horrible nothing. I can’t explain it. This is not the first time this has happened, but I had never gotten that far
This is the first lucid dreaming hypnosis that ever worked for me. I sat up in my dream and tried walking down the stairs. Kept using the railing to pull me out of my body, but it was like I was being stretched out all mist like. Part of my mind/body was still afraid to let go, because of some past instances, especially in my childhood. But this is the closest I’ve gotten in a long time. And it gave me so much hope, I’m so excited to keep trying and see how I progress, it’s realizing that I am safe. My body is safe. I am protected. My angels, my guides, and my source is protecting me. Nobody is going to hurt me when I just let go.
Hey, I am extremely confused as to what happened last night in my dream. I fell asleep to this and I actually did have a lucid dream only it was extremely weird because my mom was in it. I couldn’t control her or anything but I could to anything else and other people. Her and I went to various different locations talking and just having fun. So then I straight up asked her if she knew we were in a dream right now. And she was kind of shaken up by it. I told myself I was an idiot for asking that cause Im in a dream. But after we talked a little more it was like it hit her that we were in dreamland. Side note: my mom is very much alive. I dont quite remember much after that but when I woke up I wanted to ask my mom if she had any memory of her dream from last night. But I dont know am I crazy? Should I ask?? Do you think she was actually in my dream and we had this weird connection? I dont know what to think. UPDATE: I ended up actually talking with my mom. Asked her first if she remembered her dream. She said she only remembers a glimpse of it sadly. She did mention she saw me at some point and that she remembers a roller coaster. In my dream, one of the adventures we went on was to the amusement park where we rode... a rollercoaster. So at this point, I’m dead set on the fact that we dreamt together. Was a weird but kinda cool experience. Totally recommend. (I do not know how I managed to do that, I lucid dream almost every night so it might have something to do with that.) Thank you all for wondering haha
This is crazy ! While I was sleep, i randomly became aware that I was sleeping, and for some odd reason I just remember telling myself to float. After that my body began to shake and it felt like my spirit was literally trying to float out of my body. But I got scared and woke up.
Lol yeah it was a hell naw for me 😂. I would try it again but I’m just not ready. I also used to astral project when I was a kid but I always thought it was a dream.
at first ive thought i wasnt gonna be able to sleep to this because of my sleeping disorder and i genuinely fell asleep without having to take my medication. thank you for this.
Ok I’ve been trying many videos so here’s my journey for this one! Day 1: had ONE very vivid dream and it was what I have have been trying to dream about for ages! Not lucid but was awesome! Day 2: I wasn’t able to fall asleep :(
I've been listening to this every night for the past week and a half or so and, to my knowledge, I've literally never felt better in my whole life. I'm not sure if I've done any actual lucid dreaming yet but I am more than happy with the results I'm getting!
definitely having lucid dreams now. I even had a dream a couple nights ago where I remembered and mentioned something from a previous dream, and I was aware that both events were within dreams
I couldn’t fall asleep and lucid dream. However, I started to feel like there was lights and shapes pulsing and moving and the background became darker. Then as if a tunnel, my mind was moving forward in a fast pace and felt vibrations through my head and my eyes feeling tight. It then started numbing my body. I felt kind of scared by this, but I kept trying until I heard sirens. I don’t know if it was because I had a head ache and took Tylenol. Anyway, it felt very strange.
What is astral projection? I just used this to bore myself to sleep. I do remember seeing lights that didn't exist outside of my eyelids though (quiet hotel was my environment). It was like a dark tunnel until my body became uncomfortable and I went to my side and fell asleep.
@@TisOnlyAScratch you were actually extremely close to lucid dreaming. at that point you should've started visualizing images, etc to get into a dream.
I've made this a part of my nightly routine. I absolutely love the dreams I get with this hypnosis. This is the ,without a doubt, absolute best. I can say that I feel I my have become a bit addicted to this hypnosis. It's the complete comfortability that I get no matter the dream. I've had some very horrific dreams in the beginning, yet I was not afraid. It has to be the calming tones that kept me grounded enough to know I dont have to fear this unknown. Well I've rambled...smh. bottom line this is a great asset to me. Thank you!!
I didn’t lucid dream since I wasn’t in control in the dream, but when I woke up toward the end of this video, I did remember dreaming and it took me some effort to remember and I think I’ve had revelations on the origins of some of of my personal problems. Thank you and God bless you for helping me out
Night 1: fell asleep within minutes. Had the most vivid yet drunk feeling dream. Ended up doing a reality check (tapping my palm) and realized I was dreaming. Looked at a mirror. No reflection just a portal into another dimension. Flew through the mirror. Felt like my body was vibrating harder than I can even explain. Chilled in this dimension for awhile until I found a door. Opened the door and went into what can only be described as a mansion. Felt the feeling of being hunted for being in the mansion. Got scared as fuck. Told myself to wake up. Woke up in my bed but realized that I somehow brought two cats from the mansion with me. Oh shit, I’m not awake. Got more freaked out. Woke myself up again. Went to go pee and realized I was floating. Freaked out even more. Woke myself up again. Stuck in sleep paralysis. Finally broke out. I was only a hour and forty two minutes into the video. Turned it off and went back to dreamless sleep. Night two starting now...
I finally had a lucid dream last night after trying for over 2 years. It didnt last long I think I got too excited once I realized what was going on. Ive been going to sleep listening to this for about a week.
I'm listening to this in the afternoon while awake (to prepare for the night) & drinking coffee and I can feel my eyes begin to close because this is so relaxing

I’m glad to hear that you enjoy this video so much and that it helps you have great adventures. Thank you for your kind words and appreciation. You are very welcome, dear soul. 😊🙏✨
Tried this last night and I’m pleasantly surprised that it worked! I had several very vivid dreams, but I wasn’t lucid until my 2nd or 3rd dream. It was something kind of boring, I was playing tag with a bratty little kid. They kept getting me because I was wearing socks. I took them off then started running, and I looked down and I was still wearing socks. I apologized to the kid and took them off. Then I started running again, and they tagged me because I couldn’t turn quickly. I was wearing socks again?? Then it clicked. I was dreaming!! Because I’m not new to lucid dreaming and this setting was quite boring, I tried to change what I was dreaming about. I’d never done this before because normally I just go along with whatever I was dreaming about, but I had a lucid dream several weeks ago that I never got to finish because of a mosquito waking me up. So I tried really hard to change my surrounding. I closed my eyes and imagined where the other dream took place, a snowy forest. It sort of felt like it was working? But it also felt like I was starting to wake up. I’m not sure if I actually woke up or not. It’s fuzzy. But I don’t think it worked. But that’s okay, the important bit is that I became lucid at all! I think I’m going to use this video more. I rarely find one that works for me, and it’s even more rare to find one that works twice, but hopefully this one does! Sorry for this essay of a comment btw, I’m just excited about finding a video that worked well. Her voice is very soothing ngl.

this really works!! after numerous times trying to lucid dream I could finally do it with this video. It was so cool, at first I was just dreaming like I usually do but then I was like, “wait, this is a dream” and then I blinked and saw everything so clear, like i usually see dreams a little it blurry but this time everything was like in real life, and I did a lot of things haha

Ok, Thank you later.

you know, I have a story on something like this, I was experiencing sleep paralysis as a side effect of FILD, this was my first time getting sleep paralysis, I was unnerved, but then I closed my eyes, an idea came to me, "I'm not trapped with an impossibly tall figure staring at me, an impossibly tall figure is trapped with me staring into its SOUL" i then proceeded to stare into where its eyes should be. i think it was the hysterical uncontrollable mental laugh that woke the rest of my body. don't get me wrong it was terrifying until I did start laughing at the demon whilst staring it in the eye. the only problem was it was SO FUNNY AFTERWARD that I had trouble falling back to sleep.
that is the story of my first sleep paralysis. i hope you enjoyed

Don’t waste your time in anger, regrets, worries, and grudges. Life is too short to be unhappy.
Depression: *am I a joke to you?*
Give in to that anger if you need to, it's not good to bottle it up that's how people can have breakdowns. Bearing grudges is usually the end result of trying to suppress anger. Vent, get it over with, then move on to a calmer place.

Same here, felt like a bees was buzzing in my head. Could not move my body when I wanted to.
Found out this is part of the transition (sleep paralysis)

In my world, we call that an anti virus.

Mate I literally had the exact same experience as you! It ended my relationship. Recently , we are one or awarene conciseness
the space being limited is usually because your subconscious is almost like a little kid and it doesn’t wanna give up “full” control yet. taking small steps when lucid without getting too excited slowly gives you more control!! it definitely takes time but i’ve had crazy vivid cool dreams bc of it. also weed definitely made me forget my dreams too and stunted my lucid dream progression so i did the same thing, stopping. this comment was 8 months ago so i wonder where you are now in your progress
So did you listen to this while sleeping or before you slept?

Alright let’s give this baby a shot
Update day 1: very vivid dreams but I have no recollection of being lucid.
However, I’m feeling hopeful for future nights
-Months pause-
Day 16: I’m back! I tried a day nap and night time hypnosis, and I think I got really close this time, but since I’ve taken a break, I’ve probably gone backwards in progress.

That feeling of experiencing the transition between awake and sleep was insane (in a good way) you feel your body finally give in, such a sensation lol.
This video seems like the only work that works, the voice, glitches and music are top notch, also the only one so far that had instructions (laying on back, where to put hands etc)
whats it like?
@@eoinrodgers33for me it was oddly strange but satisfying but i backed out after 15 mins or so
essentially your body is numb with relaxation and you're extremely calm. then, after a while, your hands begin to numb depending on where you put them (mine were on my ribcage). then there was a sort of tingling sensation!
This: "relax"

No, Ik this comment is 4 months old. But while I listen to her speak and I try to focus all I can think about is what if I get sleep paralysis and a demon starts staring at me from the corner of my room.

@@nightmarex4740 can i ask something, im a christian, i dont have any beliefs other than God, i can still lucid dream tho rightttt???
This hypnosis has the weirdest effect on me. It felt like the world was shrinking and growing. And at one point I felt like I was nothing, like in a void of some kind. My mind was awake, I could hear my thoughts, but I was stuck in a horrible nothing. I can’t explain it. This is not the first time this has happened, but I had never gotten that far
Is this meant to hurt your eyes?nvm I'll go ask that flying cat over there.
You made me laugh out loud enough to wake my flying cat!
It hurt my eyes too 😭😭
One second let me land this flying house real quick
my palms felt like they were being pierced with something
My eyes are burning while their locked

The best Lucid dream video on YT ..
You should definitely ask her or you might keep thinking about it instead of just knowing the answer ya know?
you might’ve had some kind of collective dream or something
So did you ask her? You got me curious 😂
Did u ask? What's the 411?!
The minute I saw mirror I panicked, do some protection please
I felt like I time travelled with this video and in reality I was asleep for 30 minutes. Whoever you are you are a master at this 💗
This is crazy ! While I was sleep, i randomly became aware that I was sleeping, and for some odd reason I just remember telling myself to float. After that my body began to shake and it felt like my spirit was literally trying to float out of my body. But I got scared and woke up.
Sounds almost like astral projection
It's a dream (lucid dream)
I've gotta say, this stuff isn't for everyone. I feel that goes for me but imma give it a few more shots
My mother would have dreams like this when she fasted
Lol yeah it was a hell naw for me 😂. I would try it again but I’m just not ready. I also used to astral project when I was a kid but I always thought it was a dream.
at first ive thought i wasnt gonna be able to sleep to this because of my sleeping disorder and i genuinely fell asleep without having to take my medication. thank you for this.
Ok I’ve been trying many videos so here’s my journey for this one!
Day 1: had ONE very vivid dream and it was what I have have been trying to dream about for ages! Not lucid but was awesome!
Day 2: I wasn’t able to fall asleep :(
did you find a vid that actually worked?

Astral projection
What is astral projection?
I just used this to bore myself to sleep. I do remember seeing lights that didn't exist outside of my eyelids though (quiet hotel was my environment). It was like a dark tunnel until my body became uncomfortable and I went to my side and fell asleep.

@@TisOnlyAScratch you were actually extremely close to lucid dreaming. at that point you should've started visualizing images, etc to get into a dream.
@@noneofyourbuisness1087 THANKS! I completely forgot about this but I'm going to try again. I suspect that if I didn't move, it would've worked.
Havent had a lucid dream yet but certainly have been dreaming and remembering my dreams more. Hands down my favorite two videos on UA-cam.
This comment scares me.
It’s been 4 days.. he never woke up lol

It has been over 1 year year now and still have this video on repeat through the night love it and still having epic dreams thank you dear soul 🙏
