I own the 2010 speed triple 1050 with the classic round headlights. Not particularly fast but it's a nice comfy ride, enough punch for the road, and I love the sound from the twin under-seat arrow exhausts. Pops on the up-shift and burbles for days on the overrun 😍
All bikes are fast ... the 1050 speed triple is definitely still fast.
Agree .. the suspension is absolutely fine on it ... well better than fine even in the default settings.
Had my same bike about 5 mos.. This vid helped me like the fly catcher I just got and yet to install. Looks better from the saddle and the side look at it. I deep sixed the tail appendage right after I got it. Bout to install the TPMS (tire psr monitoring system).
That chain was just about right, cause when you put your body weight sits on the bike, it'll taunt up

@@captain_midlife for me I’d really only enjoy the 1200 on track but the 765 would be great all around. I sold my only bike back in November so I’m tried of waiting for the 765. We won’t get them till April they say.

I have the Speed Triple RS , I had a sit on the new Street Triple today it’s SO nice I’m gonna swap it for my bike ! The Speed Triple is amazing but you don’t need 180 bhp so it’s a bit pointless 👍🏾
Does the rr have a different or same transmission as the rs? The rr has clip one and somewhat fairing. Always wondered if it had more of a super sport trans instead of naked
Agreed, performance is there but the old twins lights you either like that or no but this generation is nice. Well as I see it...

Yeah I prefer the 765 definitely
I have a 22 speed triple 1200 and a Bmw R1250r , the BMW is a thousand times better than the Triumph in every way, the Speed Triple is uncomfortable and irritating to ride

How heavy was the clutch? Compared to…? My mt10 was medium. My xsr900 and tracer are light. Cheers 👍🤪🇨🇦
Clutch is nice. I find triumph clutches are always really easy pull

I had a Hyper 1100 Evo SP and have now a Tiger 1050. As much as i loved the Hooligan Duc, it was not possible to ride it in normal traffic or slow in general. How about the touno in that regards.
Tuono more raw and sporty🔥✊✊sound better too🔥speed triple more smoth and blend🤘
Daily rider😂 buy a Mt 09 much Softer and easy too drive👍🔥s1000r are more blend , speed triple more raw and faster🔥🔥

@@helgejohan3604 It doesn't look like a street, not that that is a bad thing. It looks more haunched and angry. The old one doesnt look bad but this one does look markedly better.
