My therapist once suggested ASMR to me about 5 years ago. I had no idea what it was. She tried to explain it to me and honestly, I thought it sounded dumb. 🥴 She pulled up some ASMR on her phone, handed me her ear buds and turned it on. 😵💫🤤🫠🙃😁I immediately got the tingles and almost felt high. Since then I've been hooked! 🥰
I absolutely love all of her videos because the sounds and her energy really help me get into that meditative state. I have a hard time getting into the state where your still awake but almost drifting off to sleep and these videos help SO MUCH! Thank you for all that you do

Her tapping has such a nice sound like its hallow or muted but also crisp at times and it's just the right amount. No annoying scratching like so many other videos. Her tapping has such a nice sound like its hallow or muted but also crisp at times and it's just the right amount. No annoying scratching like so many other videos. Some scratchings alright but most just annoy me. Also i love whatever that first object is....THATS LIKE THE PERFECT TAP SOUND FOR ME lol. I want 3 hours of that and the stone thingie id be melting.
