See how I build a ultra smooth wooden jump for mountain bikes in 7 days to add to our flow trail in Steelville Missouri! This is the third and final feature we're doing for this trial build series. I got this building done in a real hurry but I think it turned out great!
Watch how I start and finish this project from scratch using concrete, freshly cut wood, and a whole lot of patience. It's all in the details, and regardless of our crunched timeline, our goal is to consistently deliver a quality experience with our own unique style. Be sure to stick through to the end of the video for a very special limited-time offer!

Welcome to the official UA-cam Channel of Backyard Trail Builds - Detailed videos on Trail Building 🛠
Hi, my name is Seth Gebel and I grew up in Catawissa, Missouri just outside of St. Louis. I'm very fortunate to have a playground of woods to build whatever I see fit in because Missouri riders don’t get much feature time. I’d love to change that! Hopefully, someday we’ll be able to push a build-along that benefits the public here in St Louis for MTB skills progression. For now, though, I build every weekend and film for you all to watch!
➡️ On this channel, you'll find trail-building videos with music and step-by-step shots that keep you entertained and informed! Builds like road gaps, berms, jumps, drops, trail flow, skinnies, and many others!
Combining my love of mountain bikes, woodworking, and creating something from nothing, stick around to see just where my wild mind takes me next!
What started out as a passion project for building fun and exciting trails in my literal backyard, has grown into so much more. (Giant lizard bike jump, anyone?) Be sure to watch for builds, tips, and special offers each week.
If you love adventures and seeing wild and lofty ideas, come to life, subscribe to my channel for new videos every Sunday at 11 am Central! Hit that bell to never miss a video! 🔔

Get yourself some 5 gallon buckets, fill them half full and carry two at a time you will carry six shovel falls in one load much more efficient also in mixing concrete keep your dry dry and then mix wet and slightly or slowly introduce the dry into the wet, add water accordingly

don’t forget to vibrate the concrete when you have alot of it in height, like in the sonotube. and adding rebar inside them would be alot stronger

Love the bike design ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L and functionality. It is hard to align the front tired to center the disk brakes. The brake wheel touches the stationery side of the brake caliper and pad. I aired the tire up to 40 psi as the markings say 40-60psi. Left the house for a few hours and came back to an exploded innertube. All in all it seems to be a good bike. Have not ridden it yet though so that's the max of my knowledge. Update, put a new innertube made sure the tire was set properly and it did the same thing in under 20 minutes as second pic shows.

Why do you have so little footage of people riding the features you build? UA-cam shows it's the section of video with the most views. I'd like to see riders of different skill levels riding them, a few runs, a few tricks etc. Would definitely get more people into watching the build. A 3 second slow mo clip doesn't get me excited to watch. You do some awesome builds!
