Thoda sa change hota rehta hai Mtlab kabhi kabhi me pura apana cal. Hit nhi kar pata hoon I gained 2kg weight in 1month I star workout from 50.1kg to 53.8kg Sach bolll rha hoon With workout🏋🚴💪

Breakfast 9am : {1 banana,2 cheeku,2 dates, 1spoon peanut butter ,1 gilas milk(250ml),1spoon honey }= mix all and drink a shake Lunch 12:30pm : {1 katori daal,1 katori cooked rice ,2 chapati,sabji ,and salad is necessary for good digestion } After 1 hour of lunch: { drink 1 gilas juice of orange for better digestion} Pre workout 4:00 pm {2 banana} Post workout 5:30pm{same breakfast shake, and 5 gram of creatine} Dinner 8:30:{ 4,5 chapati sabji} 10:30 before bed {one gilas milk(250ml) Or mai ek lower middle class se hun par iss diwali mai kapde nahi laya or un pese se dates peanut butter creatine or juice k liye pese bacha liye or aise hi kar jagah pese bachata rehta hun diet k liye jab body achi banegi or kamayenge to kapde bhi khareed lenge style bhi mar lenge....
I prefer a fuller chest like Arnold Schwarzenegger .But i also know that arnold had gr8 genetics and used enhancements ,so a chest like is hard to achieve.
