It's very usual in the initial days vro don't be afraid of anything n don't quiet... Take proper rest and skip training those muscles for at least 3-5 days unless it stops paining n soreness remains so less... N do remember these things happened to everyone in the initial days... Try to add some more protein in ur diet n fish oil tablets for better recovery (only if uh can afford)... N last thing be consistent because nothing gonna happens in some days or weeks...
