The comment that really stood out, medication aside, was the timing of ‘when’ to have a hair transplant. Surgery is for life and as was also stated needs to be performed to address hair loss over the life span. Great video Joe and thanks for sharing!

I've just had my first transplant and require a 2nd on my crown. They put a few grafts in that area but nowhere near enough I fear. I wonder if it's even worth it or is the crown area simply impossible? I feel like it's dominating my life completely.
It is old to you because you've been researching at least that long. For the tens of thousands of people that have started their own journey recently, not so much.
Topical fin is working well for a lot of patients, but the problem is that there is no standardized recipe so some work better than others. Verteporfin? Too early to tell but I don't see it applicable on a large scale. I could be wrong.
Drama about that guy first I had a skype session with him. He told me I can also come later he delay the appointment and later someone A women carman took the case. After all he said wait till a half year and later after 1 year is also gone he skype me. It wont suprise me he make video and dont have time for a real appointment and cancle it. I Had to choice a other clinic at that time than he send me a skype ring.
I had my 1st bad surgery in 2003 then I had another 2008 then another 2010 My hair looks worse than before I ever had a transplant and I went to top surgeon for my 2nd and 3rd procedure Yeah OK I made the mistake of not taking meds but u think after my 2nd and 3rd procedure would have fixed that Nope!!! also transplants were put in wrong angles which is a huge problem for me For anybody reading this Prevention is key Make sure u get a hairline that is soft and mature ie not straight Make sure transplants grow same direction as ur own hair And don't rush into it

Basically if you not ready for more Hairloss in the future, and the possibility you are going to loose it longterm. Don't get a Hair transplant.

Medications are imp post op not for the Transplanted hair but The Exsisting hair to Prevent 2nd Surgery as Long as Possible
Not entirely true. Some transplanted hair can be susceptible to DHT as well.
