    As we discussed earlier, our body types are different and thus diets and workouts may vary from person to person.
    Instead of following what others do, you can actually prepare a healthy diet of yours.
    These can be especially useful if you’re just starting out and don’t really know what you should be eating, or how much.
    Today we will give you an overview of the steps you’ll take in creating your own personalized diet plan.

    I liked how simple and concise this video is! I feel like everyone knows what to do, but doing it is the hardest part to most, the patience and determination to make sure you maintain a calorie deficit after a lifestyle of excess is pretty hard, but don't lose hope. Never giving up, specially when you DON'T see the results is how you succeed. I lost 20 kg and maintained it for a year, aiming for my next 20 kgs :)

    but not all calories ar emade the same . I believe that scientifically calorie counting alone doesn't do the work. BMI is the least scientific method, it does not give you an idea of how healthy a person is.

      Hey Chandini, wow.. But athrem calorie ottayadik cut cheyanda. if your maintenance calorie is 1400 at least consume 1200 calorie a day. Athayirikkum healthy.
