Not just crying...sobbing 😭. I put my little Chico down 3 yrs ago next month. He was 17 yrs old. I keep his little collar and tag to this day. I want another dog so badly..but not sure if I can deal with the pain of losing them one day. I suppose the good times far outweighed the pain...so, maybe..one day...again...😢
I had blessed with a dog who lived 27 years.. Matei is buried in our front garden full of flowers there was the place were he stayed at the sun! Next to him I buried the next dog i had, Ivan, beautiful, good boy and very loving husky he died at 9 years from epilepsia stroke. He crashed my heart in pieces, i loved Ivan to the moon and back, he was my giant baby boy, I have another 2 husky girls Yuki and Chiara(read it Kiara-italian name), his living sisters but they are not the same, gourgeos girls but so selfish, I love them much, both of them are my children, but not the same Ivan was. My boy is Angel now, he runnin over the clouds without any pain😪

Coco chose his person and Calvin found his best buddy. This story is golden.😇💓🐶

22 years is amazing. Saddest days of my life when I've had to say goodbye to my dogs, so hard to do. But, what a life Coco has had.

I have a 17 year old Yorkie. I already know in my heart. That this be her last year. It's ripping my heart out. Because she's still teaching me so much. So this last year with her. Will be the best for the both of us.
Don’t forget to spend every waking moment you can with your baby. We helped our Yorkie cross the bridge in June last year. He would’ve been 17 in August. We knew we weren’t going to have a lot of time, so we took lots of pictures and videos of the most mundane activities. We wish we’d taken more. We miss him so much.
@@mlob535 i have 2 working dogs that are still young. A 9 year old great Pyrenees & a 6 year old border collie. When i let my Yorkie outside. I watch her the whole time. She's the queen of the farm. All the other animals will move to the side to let her through. My Yorkie has taught my working dogs so much
I too remember when Calvin got Coco. It was meant to be, and luckily the client loved Coco enough to let her go. My husband, daughter, son and I always reminisce about the dogs we have loved and lost. We laugh and cry talking about them. Our first dog, an Akita, we got when our daughter was just 8 weeks old. His name was Tika. He was so patient and calm, the children crawled all over him, pulled their wagons, ran and played with them. Sadly when he was 16 we had to put him down. He had severe hip dysplasia, and once he got old was in a great deal of pain. Finally, one day I got home from work, I'm a nurse, he couldn't walk, so I knew it was time. The children were at school, my husband out of town, so I called a friend to come and help me get him into the car. I was crying so hard my friend had to drive. When it came time for his injection, I crawled in the cage with him, held him close, sobbing, and he was comforting me! He licked my tears away, he knew exactly what was happening, and that beautiful creature was saying, don't cry mommy, it will be ok. Rest in peace my darling Tika, we will never forget you. He gave us far more than we ever gave him. God bless Coco, Milan family, Calvin, I understand your loss ♡ Nurse Carolyn
So beautiful to hear! thank you for sharing! I had similar experience with my Chihuahua who I had to euthanize at almost 15. It's an unbearable pain, it's because they give us so much unconditionally love. To me the definition of the word "Love" should have the picture of a dog as it's meaning.
Damn it, you made me cry! I’m so glad you got to experience such beautiful creatures and I’m sorry for your and all of our losses. I believe we will be reunited in the next life, no doubt. My lovely girl Randy, ho lived to 16, died at home in her sleep is definitely there with my Grammie and Grandaddy, waiting for the rest of the pack to join.
Have had mine 15 years he now has lung cancer this was so needed and touched my heart

Cesar, you do these 'adios' videos with such dignity and composure. They always make me cry. Calvin experienced that bond that is hard to describe unless you have experienced it.

Cesar has taught me so much about animals. For so long! I've followed him from the start! But more than that, he's helped ME AS A PERSON to be better. To be calm. To change my energy. And that has helped me with my dogs but also my own personal life! Thank you, cesar, for helping me be a better dog owner, AND a better human! 🙏

It’s so heart breaking when they have to leave us. 22 amazing years of love, friendship, learning and teaching. Amazing.
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Twenty-two years with a best friend is nothing but to be proud of and grateful for. I'm glad you guys had that much time with CoCo- I definitely remember the episode we, the public, met him in! It makes me bittersweet-happy to see your old geezers at this point in their lives- they're obviously having difficulty getting around, but they're still so happy to share their moments with their humans.
I feel that CoCo, Daddy, and the rest who have shared their lives with you, will be happily waiting for you to return to them, someday.

This is always the hard part of a pet being part of your family. I loved Calvin's 'when I can no longer be with his body, I will be with his spirit. That really is so true of people, dogs ,cats etc. God Bless y'all

🦋❣🦋This video is so close to home for me. I have a 22 year old Chihuahua rescued from the Lancaster, California pound. She's had some close calls, when we found each other, she weighed less than a pound, bald, and was to be put down that day. Her life is a big part of mine. She was a licenced service dog for me for many years, but always like a close friend. A picture of her is my thumb nail. I know my heart will hurt when she is no more, but my memories will be forever. Thankyou for sharing. 🦋❣🦋❣🦋

It's amazing how the smallest things can make the biggest impact. I'll always miss my wee girl but I'll always be grateful she taught me how to love and never give up.

My son is also a Scorpio so I can relate! Two souls find each other and it's priceless. Dog is God spelt backwards for a reason, his presence in your life is a true blessing. Calvin and Co Co have had a beautiful time on this planet together, we're lucky to find our own 'Daddy', mine is still here with me aged 17 after being due to be put to sleep for severe aggression when he was four and a half. My little Chihuahua Hannah who I had since she was 3 months old passed December 29th, 2021 at the age of 14 years old. I miss her terribly. I thought she'd have the chance to live to possibly 18 years but she had a bad heart from heredity. You are so fortunate to have CoCo for 22 years. 💜🐾🐾💜🙏🙏🙏

I got a chihuahua during the pandemic who is now 8 years old. I can’t even imagine having a dog for so many years but I pray to have that privilege. That’s a long and beautiful life for a dog. I know Coco is so incredibly treasured and loved by you guys 💛
My dog Jack is black lab/golden retriever. When he and his 2 brothers were puppies their mom would teach me how to discipline them because they were "wild", rambunctious, high-energy, happy-go-lucky, and too curious for their own good. From the age of 6 months until he died at 20 months old, Jack would teach me like his mom did. When I would get frustrated trying to get his brothers to behave he would look at me to get my attention. Then he would DO. Then he would look back to me and say, "See? Do it like that." Ceasar, I've often wondered how you deal with the loss of a beloved dog as these experiences have been hard for me my whole life. Thank you for posting.
Thank you for posting this. My dog is in her last part of her life also and it is difficult to try and think about losing her. Your video has helped me tremendously, all your videos do. You are one person who I would love to meet someday. I am a rescuer, specifically rescuing the lost or abandoned dogs that no one else can trap. It's a hard job but very rewarding and I have learned so much from your videos and shows on how to assess and react to dogs. Thank you for all you do for the dogs, and to teach the humans how to communicate with the dogs.
What a sweetie, I'm so sorry. I have two chihuahuas, one is a rescue no one would take because of his aggression and his habit of biting (he was severely abused his first year of life). I got him when he was 4, I was his 4th home and his forever. He has come a long way but he's still not like Coco, but I understand his anxiety and give him space. He's now approaching 10 yrs old and I love him more than the day I first met him (of which I was the only person he ever went to and just sat on their lap!) I just felt he deserved to know love and security for the rest of his days. ❤
Sorry to hear Coco's time is near the end here on Earth! I can see Coco is greatly loved by all.

Animals are also spirit beings.
Our pets are totally enjoying g their time and are watching us from Heaven and will occasionally remind you how much they still love us and can't wait to be reunited. 😉👍💖

I work at a vet and we see a lot of people who have that once in a life time dog. We call it your heart dog. I think that’s who Coco is for Calvin. I’m happy they got to experience each other ❤️

Calvin became a man. Such a beautiful bond. We los our German shepherd on Monday at the age of 13. She became very ill and she passed in my arms. Que suerte compartir tanto tiempo con Coco

I have a 13-year old Red Heeler named Cassie, who is smarter than some people, reads me like a Doggie Book, and doesn't like to have me out of her sight for more than about 10 seconds! The love, acceptance and loyalty of a dog cannot be topped! Even that of a fellow human isn't the same because that connection can be on a scale! WOOF! 🤠🐶💓
Wow, CoCo is 22 yrs., is that a record? I'm a Scorpio too October 31st, we do have our eccentricities, but most important, we are loyal, and compassionate. So grateful you have a spiritual foundation to help you through, CoCo looks pretty good for his age, maybe he's not ready to depart for the Rainbow bridge, but if he does, he will be waiting for you Calvin. All of us that have followed Cesar & family from the jump grieve along with them when they lose a dog. Daddy was almost a shock. I think we all thought he'd be around forever. It makes US realize we're getting old as well. Lol. I have an adopted 8 yr. old Bull Terrier. He's up there in age. I can't picture life without him. Losing our pets is such a heartbreak. Just hope we get to see them over the rainbow

I cried. It made me think of how special my boy Odie was. I lost him almost 2 years ago suddenly, literally overnight. I was broken for many many months until a Chihuahua named Penny came into my life. I'm so sorry for your loss but he is always with you❤️
I adopted two adult chi’s last May. I had lost my boxer mix the previous Oct, she was 14. I still love my boxer and always will. These two chi’s (One male & one female.). The female was about 6 and the male about 5 years old. They came together from a lady who had to move but could not take them with her. Needless to say I have totally fallen in love with both of them and so has my boyfriend. They sleep in our bed every night. They are the most amazing dogs and so smart. There are some behavior problems because they were not socialized before I got them. However, I am working on that. Calvin I know how difficult it is to lose your best friend, but you are correct, love never dies and so neither will Coco as he will always be in your heart. Thank you for letting us share your little one.
