      @@rachelrichardsmassage9660 please make a follow along video on self massage on middle trap and rhomboid. I also suffering from chronic pain on the anterior part of my right hip joint. The pain is circling out and around to the later or out side of my hip joint. Sitting on a short chair and bending aggravate the pain. Thank you for sharing your massage techniques.
