  • Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.

      Hi! Yes, you can definitely add resistance bands to many of these routines! I kept this 30-day series very simple with no props, but I do love to add bands to many of my workouts. I have quite a few classes utilizing resistance bands on my channel!
