Day 22 of 30: Stretch & Breathe - Balance Series (Pilates for Strength & Mobility)

Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
This class focuses on stretching while connecting to the breath. When we lengthen our inhales and exhales and move with the breath, we deepen the stretch and find more length.
