I remember when I was young and flexible enough to work on the floor like that, but just barely remember. Good luck on the build and the flying to come.
Thanks! And thanks for the tip! I was actually in the middle of working with some epoxy when you sent this and wish I had seen it beforehand. Will definitely keep this tip in mind for the next round!
I agree with some of the other comments. Well made video with lots of attention to detail on the construction phase. I look forward to watching your build. Could you do a video on why you chose the Kitfox? Also a video on the tools and jigs you made/bought for the build?
Thanks! Glad you're enjoying the videos! I can certainly talk about my decision to go with Kitfox and will see if I can throw it into my next video. I do plan on making a video on the Kitfox toolkit and tools that I'm currently using soon. I plan in making a rotisserie for the wings soon and will cover that as well! Thanks for the suggestions!
Wow. So glad this video just popped up in my feed. New subscriber here! Loving the high quality video and editing. I’m really looking forward to watching your build!
Awesome video love the detailed time laps of every step. I want to build a kit fox as well, this will be extremely informative thank you. I may just do it one day if I can watch someone else show me how first. Looking forward to more.
Thanks Steven! Glad you're enjoying the time-lapses and glad you're thinking of getting a Kitfox! Hope my videos help out! Feel free to reach out with any questions.
Awesome!!! Super keen to follow this build 👍 you might have mentioned somewhere else - but what extras did you get with the kit! I can see you’ve got the airfoiled tail ribs, and I assume the STI wing - but what else?
Thanks for following! Yep, I got the airfoiled tail ribs and STi wings as you mentioned. Also got the 29" Airstreaks, Cabin Heat, Pre-Rigged Wings and more. Might make for a good video to go over everything actually! Will do that soon!
Hey man! Looking Great! Looks like I'm a bit ahead of you. For your reamer, grind down the end to fit a socket set and universal joint on the back. Hit me up some time! And check out my low quality video updates! Will be following along!
Should a bit more care be put into epoxying ribs in? And using a file to widen holes? Don’t want to rag on you but I hope someone can help pass on some craftsmanship skills
That was my first one shown in the video. I stopped recording the rest of them because I wanted to get them done before it got too hard to work with. They definitely got better as I went along. Not sure what you're referring to on the using a file to widen holes part. Can you elaborate more? Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks Brad! I have it elevated on sawhorses now and it's definitely easier to work with.
T 9 is great stuff!!!! Good job on attention to detail. Subscribed and notified!
I’m really impressed by your diligence, thought and efforts. Can’t wait to see more!
Thanks Eric! More to come soon!
Great job. Dip a gloved finger in acetone to smooth epoxy joints.
