What a disaster! Bondo is for metal( cars), wood filler is for wood, ever heard of it!
Did you know that there is actually wood filler Pondo? You might want to look that up
Wood filler can be stained to match the wood , Bondo not so, again honor the craftsman and the wood. Throw away your paint cans and learn to refinish properly. @@olive.street.designs

You made this dresser look absolutely gorgeous. I love it. I would love to know did you just use two color of paint on this? I'm talking about the white. The first coat of paint looked like a color blue to me.
It was a grey tinted primer first before the white.
You took an beautiful piece and made it look like it's from Target. BRAVO!

People always love to complain about how you “ruin” wood furniture when you paint it. 😒
1- the world has not stopped spinning since people paint wood.
2-Its likely the majority of people don’t understand dovetail drawers or well built furniture. I didn’t until I started flipping and learning. I still know little. You probably made this piece appealing to people who wouldn’t have even looked at it before in its original state.
3-Painted is better than trashed at the dump. It’s still around and being loved and appreciated by someone.
Every single video like this, I swear the comments have people losing it because something was painted. Okay, rant over 🤣

I get lots of questions about my sanders and sanding paper, so I hope this gives you the information you need.
I use two sanders
SURFPREP
SurfPrep 3x4 detail sander. It can use both standard (flat) sandpaper, but also uses sanding pads that have cushion and allow you to sand round edges and details without damaging or making divots that an orbital would make. This saves TONS of time and reduces the need for hand sanding.

I also use a DeWalt 5" Random Orbital. It's a great sander and very economical.

A quality made piece of furniture like this with dovetailed drawers,treated with no respect for the wood or craftsmanship that went into it. You should be ashamed.
I respect every bit of this. It just needed to fit into a specific aesthetic for my client. Now it it to be enjoyed again for many years.
